I traveled to face all of me 3 years ago and now I still can’t believe I paid that much for this bike. Let’s flash back to Hanover Germany. Step into the bike shop with me and see what I bought and what mistake cost me double. Back then I thought I was making the best choice. But now see for yourself and compare. Unfortunately, it was during the COVID days back then. All right, I got to put my mask on now. The world of bikes. First, I need to find my friend. He’s waiting for me. All these bikes. And guess what? I picked the wrong one. How much is this? 2,849. This one 3,999. These ebikes look cool, but their prices not so cool. Oh, the royal bike section. I mean, these pink horses should come as free gifts, right? Let me ring the bell. Oh, watch out. Don’t pump to the ladies. My friend says the spike seat looks like a cheesecake. The prices. This one’s €599 and this pink one just €349. These are around €700 to €800. But I’m not planning to buy a city bike. So these ones are more my style. It’s so hard to choose. What should I do, guys? This is the second time I’ve come to buy a bike and I still can’t pick one. Aha! Found it. This one. This is the one. So, you found something. What do you think about this one? This bike is Merida. It’s got 21 gears and the price is €550. just the bike without any extras. But honestly, it still needs a lot of stuff. Yeah, guys, this is where I messed up. Even though this bike was decent, it came with a lot of extra costs. I should have gone for something that had everything included. And honestly, if I had done more research, I probably could have found a better deal for the money I spent. Maybe I would have picked a different bike, one that I could actually travel the world with more easily if I wanted to. Bring it out. Let’s see what it really looks like. Let me take it for a spin. Got to test it out. The weight feels good. It’s pretty light. Feels comfy and nice. Just the saddle is a bit low. I’ll be right back. Let’s go. Oh, it doesn’t even have a kickstand. Finally, we chose this bike. A basket for the bike accessories. Is this good? Okay. I take this like too. It didn’t used to be like this in Germany. Bike theft wasn’t so common, but now why do you think it is changed? Unfortunately, now they steal your bike so easily. €35. Don’t shoot. Hey, we got the bike, but man, it’s a hassle. Putting it together takes so much work and cost. I might regret it. order. Yeah. Wow, this reminds me of my very first bike as a kid.
