[Music] He tears through the streets like a thunder’s roar. Rubber burns and the engine soarses. Rev bomb rides with a wild man’s pride. The world can’t keep up no matter how it tries. Rev bomb’s motorbikes got a heart of steel. Wheels spinning faster than the fear we feel. Lights flash like fire in the dead of night. He’s a rebel on wheels, chasing freedom. Morning all. We’re down at Dobby’s. We’re in the little green bit. There’s a car park there cuz he’s doing his video. Everyone comes down at a video shoot now. So, the final ride on the Lex Moto L5. Little 50cc bike. We’ve got 13K on the bike and the final couple of miles to put on. So, off the main stand we go. Let’s fire the bike up. Nice little pair from the engine. Full tank of fuel. Takes 4 L in the tank. Plenty of uh foot room there. Your batter is located just between your feet and your basic controls horn, indicator, lights, start button, and a hazard switch. Disc brake to the front, drum brake to the rear. But these little L5s are the follow on to the Lex Moto Echo. So, let’s go off. Let’s go round town and have a little ride. So, while we’re doing that, look at this. Roads are empty as anything cuz it’s uh just gone 8:00 in the morning. Right out we go into traffic. And once again, as I always say, the 50 cc’s are slow as hell to get to 30 mph, but once you’re there, just keep that throttle open and you can whiz round at 30 mph everywhere. Now, with uh the suspension, it is medium to hard. You will feel the bumps, but it lets you feel that you are connected to the road. I hate soft suspension where you can’t feel what’s going on under your under your tires. So, even got time to have me visor up and have a little bit of fresh air to the face and we’ve got lots on this week. So, yesterday, so Monday and Tuesday have been a big one. Monday we had a massive great Vstrom in 1000cc VROM. We’ve done a full service on that and a couple of cars and other bits and pieces. And then yesterday all hell broke loose. Land Rover in full strip out of the front of this Land Rover Range Rover to replace the condenser which they’re still going at. So that’s been an all day job. You have to take the whole entire front end just to get to the air con system. Look at the state of this Alby Street. There are road works everywhere. All the roads are blocked, which means everybody is being diverted up our road at the back. So, diversion there. We’re not. We’re going to go straight down and get a little ride in. Let’s see what we’re doing here. Come on, little car. Let’s go. So, obviously, it’s been a full-on week. Two 12hour days. Oh, look, Bin Li. It’s a Wednesday. There’s nothing coming. Let’s go. So, a bit of a full-on day yesterday. Absolutely. Uh stressed to the max yesterday. So much. So, it got to 6:00 and uh Oh, getting your bike out. Yes. No bike mates though, are there? No, I am just going out for a ride. I went out and rode for about 45 minutes. Didn’t even have the cameras on. Just went out, had a little ride and had a run around. Little Uber. Naughty nod. Oh, he’s not an Uber. He’s going to work. Bless him. And I got a nod as well. Bless him. So, had a little ride last night. I feel refreshed and better this morning. Nothing better than getting out on your bike and having a ride. Now, the other thing, let’s get the visor down so I can have a waffle. 25 up the hill. No, we’re doing 30. Look, we’re doing 30, which is great. There we go. I recognize him. He’s one of our lads. [Music] That’s one of the uh toxic boys. I recognized him. So, got a couple of things on this week. Loads going on. Loads of bikes going out yet again. LXR I am due to ride in a day or so. That one’s going out to one of our customers. So, we shall get that one done. Also got a load of bikes and a load of servicing to do today. And then Thursday this week, we have bike night at the lounge. Oh yes, Vince isn’t going to be there again. He’s gone off to Iceland again. No, not the freezer shop and the country. So Vince has gone back to Iceland again for another little run. Must do Iceland cuz it sounds really, really good. So if you fancy that bite night at the lounge that is at the loun arms in Waden. Now this weekend is going to be a big one. Saturday and Sunday I am going to be absolutely shattered by Monday morning. Saturday, I’m at the garage until 2:00 and and then I am off with Beex and my next door neighbor Zoe and we are going to Pendulum at Milton Kane’s bowl for some drum and bass. Yes, Rev likes a little bit of drum and bass every now and then. So, we should be going doing that. I should probably get back Saturday night, Sunday morning, probably about 12, 1:00 in the morning. And Sunday morning, we are rolling to Clarkson’s Farm, Diddly Squat. We’re going down to Diddly Squat Farm with the Toxic Throttle Club. That’s going to be good. Once we’ve done that, then we are rolling on to I think it’s called the Farmer’s Dog or the Dog Stangloo or something like that. Anyway, but we’re going down to Clarkson’s pub then for a bit of Hawkston. Oh, try and do me Clarkson voice then. It didn’t work. Oh, look at this. Yeah. Right. No, we don’t do that. But we’re going down to Clarkson’s farm on Sunday. If you want to come on that one, it is going to be 125 friendly, but you’ve got to keep the speed up cuz we are not going to hang around. So, preferably, ask you mate, big bikes. But we’re going to be meeting at Learn to Ride, I believe, around about 9 in the morning. Keep an eye on my Facebook page cuz I will post it up this week. So, we’re going to go off and do that. And as always, they have asked for a blocker. Guess who’s got Tail Gun Charlie again? Yes, it’s Rev. So, I am going to be Tail Gun Charlie and one of the marshals on the ride. I like it being tail gun cuz I can just ride at my own pace and then if I need to blat it, catch up with the pack. It does take me ages to get post out because being in the garage 6 till 6, I don’t get a chance to go at the post office and I don’t trust anyone else other than Royal Mail. Don’t like every don’t like DPD. Can’t stand UPS. Absolutely useless. [Music] So, back to the garage we go. We’ve got Oh, I’ve left me indicator on again. Rev habit. Left the indicator on. Back to the car garage we go. Put this one away. Quick clean, bolt check, final QC, get the bike registered, and then we will crack on with the day. So, that is the Lex Moto L5, guys.
