Welcome to Part One of our chaotic, sun-soaked Erasmus+ journey through Sardinia!
We kick things off in **Cagliari**, where we dive into local life—exploring winding streets, tasting regional delicacies, and hunting down flamingos in a nearby nature reserve (spoiler: they were fashionably late). Between beach hopping and bicycle battles, we soaked up the best of southern Sardinia’s laid-back charm.
Then it was off to **Alghero**, where the vibe flipped completely. Picture postcard views… and *every single tourist in Europe*. We braved the crowds at **La Pelosa Beach**, only to discover what overtourism really feels like (hint: it’s not great). But hey, one bad beach day couldn’t ruin the trip—especially when we got our hands floury in a proper **Italian cooking class**. Pasta was made. Spirits were lifted.
