Free hub gets tight and hard to spin when quick release is clamped down. The end cap on the drive side presses against the free hub when the quick release is tightened making the free hub hard to spin. Also, is the axle supposed to move up and down when both end caps are removed? I’ll attach a video for a better understanding.
