I did the full 200 hour rebuild of this shock a few months back and only recently noticed this leak. I do remember what the internals of the lockout look like and I do know there’s a seal in there that I could have installed wrong or damaged but I don’t know if that would have anything to do with it. I did drop the internal lockout mechanism but couldn’t see any damage. I really doubt it is but is it normal to loose a bit of oil from the lockout after a service? I have also noticed that the lockout has become a lot easier to spin, when the shock was fresh from the service it pretty much turned itself into the open/closed position after 90 degrees of rotation.
