  1. I visit Leicester regularly and recently tried a Bombay Bites curry box. The curry tasted good but found that pouring the curry over the naan bread caused the naan bread to turn into a sloppy mess. I have never seen that done anywhere else and unfortunately it was not for me. I wonder if they will serve the naan separately next time I visit.
Great video and some interesting places for me to try on future visits.

  2. I split my time between West Hampstead in London & Leicester. I think Leicester and county is an incredible place to live. The food in Leicester is awesome, I’m a huge fan of Bombay Bites.

  3. You should have tired chef and spice, best all you can eat Indian in Leicester. If you had gone further up the road on the golden mile, feast of India is also good.

  4. Being from Leicester, you don't know what you have until you don't. We moved to Dorset for a while, and it was only then, did we realise how spoilt we were in Leicester. Dave, to answer your question. Do I agree with curry becoming our national dish over Fish and Chips? Hell Yes. but the answer is always followed up with, " but you have to go to Leicester to find the best one"

  5. Damn, jarring. Just watched you hunting monkeys naked in the Amazon, then straight after visiting places I used to eat at regularly in the city I never should have moved away from. Man I miss Leicester

  6. I've been to the U.K a few times. I've never been to Leicester. Now that I know what is there, I will go and try the food. I like that lady at the Sweet Mart. She seems like such a sweet and kind person. Dvali in Leicester. I will plan for it. This video was so helpful!!!

  7. David you need to stop using the term south asian and call it for what it is,
A Bangladeshi or a Pakistani runs an indian restaurant, like why can't he call it Bangladeshi/Pakistani, it obvious that these people use the indian goodwill while hating indian people simultaneously

  8. David, glad you have had a lovely time in other cities/towns outside of London! You obviously do your research and show the true blend of cultures that we have in this country. Keep up the great work!
