Welcome to Tech Garage and today I’ve got a walk around video of something proper special. Check out this 2007 Kawasaki ZZR400. What a monster this bike is. They are just huge, stupidly fast, and just an incredible bike to own. So this is a Sports Tour come hyperbike. And the reason why they’re called hyperbike is the speed and the power that they have. So these are up there with the higher booster and the blackbird. Um, and this is capable. I believe the stats are 186 miles an hour restricted. So if they’re drestricted, they’ll get over 200 miles an hour. I know that’s just a pub start because none of us can get up to that speed, but yeah, it just kind of shows you how powerful and meaty these machines are. So we don’t get these in very often because they are so hard to come by and especially one in really good condition and low miles. Most of them that’s out there on the road have done 40 50,000 mile and they are used as a tour. Good testament to how well they’re built but like I said to try and get a low miles looked after one it is quite hard. So this one has only done 21,000 mi and it is in fairly standard form as well. It’s not being played about with it. still got great standard exhaust on it, which is all that these bikes need. Um, it has got a couple of little trick bits, but like I said, nothing major. I’ll walk you through them in a minute. Um, but it is in fabulous condition to be honest with you, especially to say it’s an ’07. It doesn’t look like it. It It doesn’t ride like an 07. It rides like a three-year-old bike and it is stupidly fast. So, we have just serviced the bike ourselves. We also have fitted uh brand new Metsella Road Tech 6 sports touring tires. So I’ll show you them there. So they are obviously match front to rear Metler Road Tech Z6. Um they are a fantastic tire. They are brand new. And we also have had the wheels powder coated chrome. So, this is a new um powder coat that looks like chrome, but obviously it’s got the hardware of the powder coat, and it does proper finish the bike off. It does make it look fantastic. So, we have also fitted a brand new chain and sprocket. So, I show you that on that side there. That is brand new JT for sprockets. And the chain is brand new as well. And we have also fitted um some Moto GP grips. These are big fat grips which you know they definitely need it on this bike and Oxford bar ends. The bike also has had all the lights converted to LEDs. So when I start it up I’ll show you that it’s got the angel conversions inside it that are LED and then obviously the the dip and the main beam. And the bike has also had an MRA Kawasaki screen um smoke screen fitted to it as well. But like I said, apart from that, the bike is in fairly standard condition and like I said in absolutely fabulous condition. So I just get started up so we can hear it. I just show you those lights on the front of it. They are quite bright, but they do look quite mean as well. So there you have it, a low miles, fabulous condition ZR1400.
