The walls of the famous Tuscan city of Lucca. Bike riding and some great shots of the city.
Lucca is a city on the Serchio river in Italy’s Tuscany region. It’s known for the well-preserved Renaissance walls encircling its historic city center and its cobblestone streets. Broad, tree-lined pathways along the tops of these massive 16th- and 17th-century ramparts are popular for strolling and cycling. Casa di Puccini, where the great opera composer was born, is now a house museum.

hey what’s up we just came from the train station over there it’s pretty pretty nasty uh there’s a lot of people hanging out in front but we’ve walked we’re walking across the street and we’re checking out the luca walls you can see in the background pretty huge i think it’s one of the only couple walled cities in uh italy that are completely walled it’s a hot day too we’ve got a couple bikes here with my daughter g say hi g there they are the luca walls we’re gonna go up there and ride some bikes we’re at the walls and we found like a little moat let’s see if you can see it goes across the walls there’s a couple cool little i don’t know bridges or some kind of i don’t know defensive stuff hey there we are on the luca walls and right here is the lake a haunted lake based on the legend of lucinda mansi the choice to be young for the rest of her life to never grow old and apparently the devil like didn’t let her or something and now she haunts this lake apparently cool so check it out everywhere they have these uh what are they like water fountains where you can go and get some fresh cold water and uh cool yourself off actually i just i just saw two guys almost taking a bath in one of these things as we were waiting it’s kind of gross but they look like they’re good for dogs or someone in need of some sustenance [Music] we’re up above right now as you can see the walls are below us okay check this out pretty crazy so we’re on the local walls here and it’s a very nice area and inside the walls you have abandoned buildings like this i mean you got trees growing out of them it’s something you really find a lot of in italy you have like normally in the united states on the beach all the areas are very nice and clean in italy you’ll have just abandoned entire buildings in the very expensive area it’s very unusual okay here’s the main reason why i think everybody comes here to ride bikes i mean look at that gorgeous view incredible [Applause] incredible view holy cow [Music]

  1. This city looks so beautiful! One day I will definitely visit it! 😄👌 Nice editing and I will for sure Subscribe and like it. Good work editing and shooting. 👍

  2. I do not understand these British or American tourists who when they come to Italy do nothing but complain. As if in the United States it wasn't full of abandoned buildings and decay, even at levels that are impossible to find in Italy.
