Now we have packed the tent in dew and wet. Now comes the sun. It isn’t easy to get sun in the Norwegian fjords. Aurlandsfjället Now we’re going left here quite soon Sluppen Sluppen waterfall, that was the first of todays points of interest. It’s absolutely fantastic to drive in Norway in September, it’s green down by the sea and the colors change as soon as you get a little higher. We can really recommend driving in autumn in Norway. Also when you drive early in the morning or late at night, it’s like the favorite time of day when the sun is low and there are a lot of shadows and yes, you drive in and out of sun and shade depending on what the terrain looks like. So, what do you say? Road 243 over the Aurlandsfjället is absolutely awsome. Now we are going to, going down on the other side and to a place called Stegastein with a view over parts of the Sognefjord. I’ve been there before but it’s well worth a visit whenever you are nearby. Hey, are you going to lye there? Yes, apparently you would. Let’s stand below there. Or is it handicap there? No, it isn’t. We take below that VW bus. I’ll stand in the back and then you can stand across behind me or something. Another advantage of going in September is that you get roads like this to yourself. Eh, right in the middle of the holiday season, it’s full of motorhomes and minibuses and other things on these roads. This is absolutely perfect. Now we drive into Aurland to see if we can find a morning coffee Not quite 11 but almost 11 coffee. – It will be great. It’s 11 o’clock. Filled the stomach then. Good-“fika” and expensive-“fika”. -Expensive -“fika”? Good expensive “fika” or expensive good “fika”. -Pizza balls and what did you take, croissant ? Yes. Normally, we have two cameras to film with, but now Maria’s camera has broken, the battery is stuck in it so, I hope it’s not too noticeable, but we’re only using mine. And now we are heading south towards Voss where the next attraction is. Beautiful!
