I’m considering buying this anonymized frame. It’s got top/side cable routing and a rear cable hanger, so I’m assuming it’s a cross or touring frame. I’m thinking ‘80s or ‘90s. Really interesting lugs. Seller has no info beyond the photos. Any idea what it could be?
