I'm building my gf's bike for Eroica. It has the original derailleurs and downtube shifters on it and new clinchers that are allowed according to the regulations, but the rear hub has a 9 speed cassette. Is this allowed? Can I use these new wheels or should I use the original tubular wheels with a 6 speed freewheel on it. I'd prefer to use the clinchers in case of flats
