I recently bought this stem for a Hetchins I'm building up and I'd like some more information on it.
It has a badge with the words CRESTA and SVL written on it. I'm guessing it's maybe 50/60s. I believe it's a chrome finish.
I'm not sure if the manufacturer is CRESTA or SVL, Googling turns up absolutely nothing on either. Not sure what country it is from either, though I'd love to know.
