The South Downs Way is a 100-mile (160km) long-distance footpath and bridleway that stretches along the South Downs in southern England. It is one of the 16 National Trails in England and Wales. The trail runs from Winchester in Hampshire to Eastbourne in East Sussex, passing through the South Downs National Park.
