Here with Scott Borman, um, organizer for Cross Series amongst other things. Amongst other things. Yeah. Scott, we’re halfway through the season. More than halfway through the season, actually. Um, how do you think it’s gone? It’s been amazing. You know, forcross is having a massive resurgence. I think people are now discovering uh the fun they can have on their bikes at races. Um, obviously it’s very similar to BMX, but it just has that kind of much more relaxed vibe on the weekend. Um, riders are coming here and getting to ride their bikes literally all day. Loads of practice. It’s not full laps. You can stop and start wherever you want. It’s a lot more chilled. Um, a lot of new talent coming through. Uh we’re finding lots of sort of mountain bike and BMX riders coming back to our sport forcross and you see on the racing today you know loads of action lots of passes lots of clean passes calculated racing not just like bump and and goes which is what traditionally what forcross has been before lots of interest from new sponsors getting involved lots of new interest from British cycling who are using this as a uh stepping stone into gravity mountain bike events. Uh forcross is absolutely back and it’s growing per week. Um, I’m super happy. It couldn’t be going any better. And if you want to come and have fun on your bike for a whole weekend, think about forcross. I guarantee you’ll leave a bit of a smile on your face. [Music] Sunny going young is in the lead followed by [Music] 79y olds are on course trying to fight out for that final position on podium. Look at that USC medal. Young is in the hot seat, but Reef Balor is trying to take it from him. It is neck and neck of first place between Sunny and Reef. Sunny got a slight edge in forward on the inside. Reef though looking to make a move. Sunny guarding it. Re trying to creep up on the inside once more. Sunny now going wide on that bright yellow bike. Increasing that lead on Ree. And then we got Finley Hart getting straight into the mix as well. Sunny Young going to take it straight over that big table into the finish line. So that’s a beef final win for Sunny Young followed by Ree Manor on a row. Alfie is in the lead. Thank you. Ahead of Noah ahead of Stanley. It is two in the race. Alihart versus Noah. Alfie currently in the lead of they’ve had some great racing all day. And this is the final spot. Who’s going to pick up that first spot at the minute? It is Alfie Hart. No, those still in the action. Our young riders are making really light work of this challenging Shreddle track today. Massive credit to the Shred Hill Bike Park team. This place is in such great condition. It’s not an easy place to manage with so much grass growth. But now for the 10 to 12 B final winner, it is Alfie Hart. Come on, kiddo. And Lane Godard in second, but we’ve seen Lane Godard making moves lower down the track. Can he fire that DMR bikes frame further up? So, it’s for fifth place overall. The last available podium spot in the B Finals. That’s where Henry Shensson sits and that’s what Lane Godard wants. As we go through the step up, step down. They are fairly spread out. Lane Gard trying to get the cranks down. He is gaining and lane go knocking right on the door of Henry Shensson right for the body. Oh he lane Godard tried a date late a dollar short move was never coming off. He tags the rear wheel of Henry Shensson. Henry Shensson’s completely innocent and that was it. So, Henry Gentson gets the podium spot, but Williams is currently in second, but he’s got the inside line and he pass in third and Jamie Haywood in fourth as they go through the big step up. Felix Williams still leading out but Will Chaplain set up for an inside move. Go Max Storage to get in the mix. Felix Williams drops down low defending for Will Chap. Will Chaplain now go to the outside. Great racing from Will Chapo. Oh no. I was going for first says William Chaplain. So unhappiness there from Will Chaplain. I was going up the inside. Felix Williams couldn’t hang on. They both touched and they both went down. So Max Suridge gets the win at the podium spot. It’s a terrible 360 for Felix Williams. Jamie Haywood and William Chap in blue. She’s not scared of that lead. She’s 74. But by the side of her, it is Rodri Jones. Rodri Jones breathing down the neck of Jason Ford doing all he can to steal that B final win from her. Josie though, she is not backing down. He’s giving it all he’s got. Coming straight from the heady height of the Pro Tool, but Rodri’s done it. He’s stolen that lead from Josie. We got the battle of the Joshes at the back. Josh Cartray holding back Josh Barrow. Roger Jones up having a bit of a stumble there into the roll as Jokes McM trying to steal it back. He’s looking to the inside of Rodri, but he’s closed the door. That was a That was a B final win for Rodri Joe. Second Jo third Josh and fourth to Josh Barrow. looking tight between these two guys. Rich currently holding on to that lead ahead of Matt. Matt covered in dust that he picked up on the track earlier today. This is a great head-to-head between Roland and Parkinson. Matt trying to get that move done every track. They are side by side. Match just touched in front of Ronen as they go into the tight corners where you feed a few tumbles today. Are they both going to stay upright? He’s looking up trying to steal it back everywhere they can. The pedals are firing though. Holding on to the lead. Rich pushing straight towards the finish. That was a chunky B final. Going to have two riders in the six bike pump. [Applause] James Mors look to the right side. The brave stars coming. Oh cash is down. Harine up into third place. Don Caswell on his feet. Good seeking carried on lower down. James has got the move done on Graeme Stark. But Graeme Stark is still in contention. Balls goes to the inside. Gra’s trying to carry it time. So it’s Morsley getting more time away from Graeme Stark. Martin Harine just needs to relax and he’ll get third and Don Cashmore has pulled over by the BC. He’s licking his elbow so hopefully he’s okay. So with the win is James Morris, Graemest second and Martin Har. This is the Masters 50 plus B final. Those are the boys. Then we have Adrien Fall. Oh, Adrien F getting a little bit bounced about in second place. Third place is Graeme Watts. Oh, Adrien Fall lost his foot. Graan Watts is now back alongside this racing between Watts and Far. Watts has the inside line which will pay off. Adrian Fas got there first and it’s gone around the outside. Fast and Was can ride the inside. footprint. Oh no, Bass down again. He’s gone really bad and then for a long time anyway. Yeah, it Okay, so we’re going to have a course hold. Graham Watts uh is calling uh for the medic. So Joy Ken will collect the win and then Graeme Watts will be second of Agent Fowl in third. [Music] You look across there. Hang on. Big balls the last few years representing Chicks Bike Bar. She gives it all she’s got on this course. Always with a massive smile with all of her mates and her fantastic team from Chicks Bike Bar. Love to see Claire racing. [Applause] leaning out the charge. Lucas Rose fighting out with Ben Jones that second spot. Ben Jones though keeping Lucas Rose at bay. Ben Jones are fighting out now with Dan Wagner. Wagner’s had a great season so far. Looking good in this be. Lucas Rose up on the inside of Ben Jones. Now hard to heel of Dan Wagner. Jones back to the monster losing his final throwing involuntary one more time for trying it on you. [Music] Okay, so leading out in the first corner, we’ve seen those sleeves on [Music] go. In the lead is Leo Britz followed by Jeff and me and then we have in third place that is Ruben Michelle where can you roll it just roll changed Seb wearing different gear where is he there he is there okay so Seb Harry has gone down at the first two corners and is back up on the wheels so there we go Leo Britz cruising into the line jetpack Jensen me in Second place, Raven Michelle Bird and Seth Perry with dust on every limb and it on his body is going to get fourth place. So, as they go down to the line, there we go. Leo Britz crosses the line, hits the last jump, which is after the finish line. And there we have Jetack Jensen, me in second, and Ruben Michelle in third and Se Perry fourth. Next up, Come on. [Music] Olivia, Eevee Holder, Dory Williams, and Laney Cording in the lead. Dory, Cording, have I got it mixed up? It’s Ry. Yeah, it’s Moto. Sorry, I’m misreading the sheet. So, it’s Olivia Webb. Laney Cording. Oh, big jump there from Evie Holder and Dory Williams in fourth as we go down to the lower portions of the track. Pulling that lead further and further out is Olivia Webb with Laney Corning in second because this is Moto Points. This is not our final result, but because Olivia Webb is going to be fourth for four, she will take the win today with Laney Cording is second. Eevee Hula, although she did drop a result with a crash, I think she’s done enough to get third place. So, she hangs on for this race, followed by Dory Williams in fourth. So, although this is only a moso four, that’s the final result. Olivia Wear followed by Laney Cording, Eevee Halber, and Dory Williams. 20 [Music] the white top is Josh Arthur’s white bike is Clay Vini and it’s Marcus Arthur and then we have in third place that is Archie finishing Clay Machini as we go lower Now Marcus still leading them out. Joshua Arthur in second place. Third Archie Phillips. Fourth Clayini. They are fairly spread out in this one. This is the A final. So it’s all up for grabs in this one. If any mistakes happen taking the outside line through be the first in the air spends. He’s trying to outra the clouds in the sky. Josh is still in second place holding it super tight to the inside as check out the Chinuks to the left. The army’s come out to watch this one. So, as we go down over the line now, Sparks F with the win, followed by Joshua Arthur, and then third place Archie Phillips. And in fourth, Clayini. Next up is [Music] mouth. coming out. It’s Harry Stevens in the lead followed by Jill Spence, James Waterhouse, and Evan Damian. Harry Stevens leading out the charge. Dylan Spence right his heels. He’s hungry for that first place. Harry Spence is holding on hard though. Dylan Spence. Harry Ste is holding on hard. Dylan Spence trying to get it. Incoming though. It is Evan Davyy. Evan Davyy trying to get in the mix on this battle for first place. Looks like Harry Ste is going to hold on to it. Dennis F picking up second. Evan Davy in third spot. Esby in second, Poppy Gosling in third, Lily in fourth. We’ve had some great racing all these four women. Fantastic at the front from Janelino and Ward. And then more battling at the back. Gosling and McCoy. And incoming in is Ward trying to get the move done. Janelino closing the door, shutting us straight out. The Oh, Ward gets the move done. Straight in that corner. Carrying more speed than Janelino. We all have our own So Ward takes down towards the finish. Final time for today as Esme Ward bringalina but coming Poppy Gosling picking up loads of pace. She’s really moved on with the speed today. I said I said if you wanted to get a good you could jump. If you dump this, you dump that. But then you still [Music] competitive. [Applause] The winner charging through nosing it in. All remains uncheed out of that second corner. Mcwitty Howard, Davey and W. Davy trying to get the move on Harry on the step. Step down bombs it. Harid holds on the second spot, but Mcwitty is keeping that lead on the pack. They chased him down towards the finish. But that is McSwitty who holds it. Jono in second. Davy punching hard. So is Widow Son. Lady Cinema and they stay unchanged. South of Switz and Widow in that start on the inside from Jakearta. It’s in second now. Coming around the outside is Dylan Willis has shared the move down on Brad Dove. Brad Dove now fighting it back. Gets to the front corner before Dylan Willis. Dylan Willis slots him behind as we go down to the Fband. Jake car has a look over his shoulder. Checks out where Isaac is. Knows he’s got room. So Jake Carr still in the lead. Isaac second. Oh, we got a rider down. That is the third place. What was first Brett Dub? He’s gone down and that Dylan Willis through down to the line. Jacob the win. Isaac Williams second. Dylan Willis gets third place for the Kavat House team. And more go the way of Breed in dust. That dust isn’t going to be there for very long cuz I’m feeling raindrops. No. Yeah. Oh, do you want to give me the bank? They hate each other. They want to see each other lose as they come out the first turn in the lead. Simon Nash in fire. Dave Brickston in fourth. Dave Richston getting the move done. Simon Nash by carrying more speed. But then the Simon Nash in the SL stream of Coloss Nash goes to the inside to defend. But Richo’s on the inside of him. Dave Brites in one corner on the inside of Nash and Connor. Connor from the inside, but Dave Bridton shuts it down. So this is the bow for second as Kings M is gone. Oh, we’ve got to ride it down. Nash has gone down to the back of the pack. Connor Joselyn’s lost time through the Sben. So Kingsley M with the win. Dave Richston in second. Colin Joselyn third and Simon Nash going back up after that crash in four. Imagine [Music] go super strong riding from Chris Evans goes down. Hillyard takes the lead ahead of Steven Matthews. And here Chris Evans has taken a faster one off for the medical team up to the motorway section please. Matt Hill is knee in the path down out. So that’s Matt Hillway Steven Matthews and Harour Harour looking like he wants to take that second spot from Steven Matthews. Who will increase this lead? Oh, but he gets a stumble through the switch back. But here we are across the finish line followed by Steven Matthews and Neil Harmer and Sy Vargas on the first straight coming out. Catherine. Oh, it’s for big straight past on the step on the motorway. Chucking her into first place to Catherine Big catched up again and jumping down through this track is leading everyone down in third in fourth towards That was a win for those succeed in any race so far. No surprise here to the side. Oh, hope for this. For Hudson, Curry and K to go along the main straight. They are not giving each other an inch. For has a bit more track speed for Hudson to the inside. For side, but it doesn’t work. And Hudson has now lost time to Charlie Curry. But there’s a problem with Charlie Curry. He just went so slow out of that corner. D K now in the mix right on the tail of Connor Hudson. Connor goes wide. Daniel goes tight. It’s down to the line. Connor shuts K down and keeps second place. Well done. So Ean Foright with the win. Connor Hudson second, Daniel K in third. And a problem for Charlie Curry that took out his speed after the step down in fourth.
