Linking the Tissington Trail to the High Peak trail

A ride on Cardlemere Lane an old stone road which can be used to link the Tissington Trail to the High Peak trail (Derbyshire UK).
Riding a recumbent trike, ICE Full Fat, rear sus with factory fitted Shimano Steps e-assist on 26×4 fat tyres.
No music, so excuse the out of breath grunting (!) and the occasional disc brake squeal.
The full route was a reasonable 38 mile ride up from Ashbourne and to Dowlow before returning along the Tissington Trail.
One of the GoPro lens covers was incorrectly seated – hence the line on the video in places.
