Tough day on the bike, route initially planned at about 75miles, ended up over 100, mainly due to human error…. Lots of non-tarmac riding / walking. Lots of hills, lots of wind, lots of sun… etc
No music, just the sound of nature. And cars, and a fat unfit man breathing heavily.
