And now we’re just going to take a little peek inside one of the caravans we’ve got here. This is personally one of my favorites at the moment. So this is an ABI Legacy Sea Spray 37 by 12. Um we’re going to take a little peek inside. I’m going to go up this way. Nor did I shouldn’t? Well, I am going to. This is a 2025 model. Absolutely brand spanking new. No one’s ever been in this, ever lived in this. You can see you’ve got a beautiful kitchen here. Freestanding furniture, dining area, integrated fridge, freezer, gas cooker, and then we’ll come and have a little look down the back. I always like exploring down the back. Lovely. We’ve got a lovely bathroom just here. Again, a really, really nice size the bathroom is. And then even in here, I can actually fit on these twin beds, which does come in quite handy. So you can sit in here, you can see there’s actually quite a bit of room in here. My hands are getting bigger uh the more that we move into the future. So look at this for a master room. This is a fantastic example. Absolutely beautiful. You’ve also got an ottoman. So for those of you that do want that storage, it just does come in extra handy. So, we’ve tried to think of all the the bits and bobs that some people don’t. And then in here, you’ve got an onsuite bathroom with a shower. So, you actually have two showers in here. And now, we’re going to take a little peek into another one. But I am going to tell you the price of this one now. So, this comes inclusive of all of this the rest of this year’s site fees. This all your sighting connection costs, your steps to go on the outside. if you’re not going to go for decking. And this is currently up on the market for a crazy price of 76,000. That is only 76,000. It comes with an unlimited license. So, you can actually keep this on its pitch forever. No license rules here. So, let’s go over and have a little look at the Ashbury we have.
