[Music] He tears through the streets like a thunder’s roar. Rubber burns and the engine soarses. Rev bomb rides with a wild man’s pride. The world can’t keep up no matter how it tries. Rev bomb’s motorbikes got a heart of steel. Wheels spinning faster than the fear we feel. Lights flash like fire in the dead of night. He’s a rebel on wheels chasing freedom’s life. Oh, here we go. 10 6 Thursday night. I have just finished for the night and garage is all locked up. I’m off for a ride and it is bike night at the lounge. And heated grips on, lights on, and look down there. Heated seat is on as well. Vince went, “Oh, it’s going to be a lovely night tonight. It’s going to be lovely and sunny.” Really? I don’t see it. It’s overcast. It’s chucking it down a rain. And am I bothered? Absolutely not. I am going for a ride. Bit of wet weather does not bother me. That’s a bit weird. One of them little weird bikes. Oh dear. I need a point and a cigarette. It has been full-on day today. I have been single crewed the entire day and I’ve still managed to sell five bikes and do a service and an MOT and build another bike and do a bit of welding as well. How do I do that? I have absolutely no idea. Oh, I can feel my backside getting nicely warm. Happy happy days. Oh, that’s nice. Lovely toasty backside. And uh Oh, what fun it’s been this week. Not poor oldie Osborne has died. I’ve just heard tonight that Hulk Hogan has passed away as well. Heart attack at home. Oh dear. And uh someone sent me a post. I don’t know if it’s true, but TMF has No, TMF’s not died. I think someone’s trying to spam me. Uh but yeah, I will share the post. That’s my young mechanic Z. He’s off to Emerson Valley. Behave, Rev. Behave. Oh dear. Right, bike night at the lounge anyway. Same old boring route that I do every time. Filter through the traffic, bundle down the dual carriageway into Warden and meet up with everybody. One of the guys came in today. He’s got his R1 and he’d gone to a local motorcycle shop that’s just started up on the Buckingham Road. And he said, “Oh,” he said, “I went there for his service.” Well, he said, “All I can smell is burning plastic.” Well, you will do because they put the uh the V panel that goes in the front between the fairings in backwards and it was touching the exhaust and it’s melted away. Got big circle in it now. And uh I said, “Did they actually what did they actually do?” Well, they did a full service. I went, “Really? Here’s my torch. Look down here.” I went, “If that oil filter has been changed, then uh my name’s Pamelar Anderson.” He went, “Oh, so that oil filter is rusted and horrible.” He’s not. They’ve changed the oil. And I went, “I very much doubt they’ve had your spark plugs out because look, and you can see the cobwebs on the plug caps where they reckon they’ve taken the plug caps off.” Absolutely not. No. All they’ve done, mate, is change your oil. And how much do they charge you? 900 quid. Really? then uh I would be complaining and leaving them a Google review, mate. Can I bring it into you? Of course you can bring it into me, but I can’t do it for 2 weeks. I am absolutely stacked. I’ve got four big bikes next week. Z800. Uh I’ve got another Vstrom that’s coming, a DL1000. I’ve got to do a full service on that. I’ve also got a big beamer to do and I’ve got a couple of 125s. Is anybody going to let me filter? Can I filter through the traffic? And why is Matey boy got his hazard lights on? Absolutely no bloody idea. Thank you. Let’s uh widen the road, shall we? Rev is coming through. Get your asses out the way. And the reason he’s got his hazards on is because he’s uh carrying furniture with his back door open. Oh, lovely. Right, we’re doing a left here. Great when you realize how easy it is to filter once you get used to the width of paners. So, full-on week next week. I need to get out and give Rocky a blasting. Come on, Rock. rock. Let’s go, boy. Uh, roads are slightly, which is not good if you’ve got knobbybly tires on your bike. Oh, look. He’s That’s a good way to drive, isn’t it? Hold your plank of wood right up to your windscreen and it sticking out the back like a proverbial. What an absolute buffoon. As Jim Diesel would say, what a clown. You’re a clown. Or as Moto Jim would call him. Oh, you sexy little munchkin. Not right. We’re off to Louns. I’ll see you in a few. I’m going to need to get me foot down. See you in a bit. A little longer than a few minutes later. Into one. And we come around the big corner. And don’t forget, watch out for the slope if you come down to the bike night. Oh, there’s a car coming. Means I have to wait. I will hook in there. Right around the corner we go. Big slope. Look out for the bikes. Bikes only beyond this point where it’s reving it. Right. So, where are we going? Right there. I’m just going to block the car park like I always do. Right, we’re here. Vince is probably inside the pub. All the boys are over there. We’re going to go and grab a beer. I will see you in a few. Tada for now. A little longer than a few minutes later. There’s Vince. There’s the GS. Right. Bike none. See you later, buddy. There is Gavin with his R1. Uh, new rider. He popped in the garage earlier and he’s been for a service at a different dealership. It was crap. See you later, buddy. All right. Out the saddle, back in the saddle. Easiest way to get down the bumps through the town and we are off to home. I’ve got that R1 in the mirrors. What a lovely guy he is. That’s Gavin. Um he popped in the garage. He’d been to another service center and that’s the one they uh 900 quid for a service and they’ve done bugger rules. So we’ve hooked that off to Holland Engineering. go and speak to Pete. But what a lovely guy he is. Absolutely brilliant. So, look forward to meeting him on future ride outs. That’ll be fun. And we’ve had a good old NA as well. Good to see Vince and Jay was there as well. Right, time for Rev to gun it for home. We will see you on the next one.
