In my defense, I was left unsupervised in the shop with tools. This whimsy started as a 1962 JC Higgins Sport Flyte, which was a Simpson Sears badged CCM Catalina. I liked the arch frame lines and because it was nothing but a POS frame I decided to have some fun and hot rod it.
The rear legs were widened to accept a balloon tire, front springer fork and rear rack fabricated from 1/2" seamless tube which is attached to the frame with spherical rod end bearings. In the back is a Shimano Alfine 8-speed hub and the front has a Shimano roller brake. The wheel discs are from https://www.mooneyesusa.com/MOON-Disc-s/211.htm and the frame is finished with "In Yo Face Yellow"
The Schwalbe Fat Frank 62-559 tires make it ride like a dream, but whollee crap it's a horror show in a cross wind!
