Arcus provided CDM and Employer’s Agent services for West Lancashire Borough Council’s improvement works to Cheshire Lines Cycleway. Improvements included increasing the footpath to 3 metres and laying a water permeable, smooth recycled rubber and aggregate surfacing to achieve a long lasting and aesthetic finish.
