  1. Я как-то регулировал сиденье, но потом каждый раз у меня болели ноги по несколько дней. После этого я просто перешел на электросамокаты. Ноги теперь не болят и проблемы с седлом исчезли)

  2. This is wrong on so many ways lol. Sit on the saddle with your leg straight and your heel on the pedal. Thats the best way to start. Plus your saddle angle is wrong it should be parallel with the crossbar 😮

  3. There have been a few truly garbage suggestions for setting seat height. You want a slight bend in the knee, not a dramatic one. A very good starting point is to mount the bike while placing the heel of one foot on the pedal. Adjust the seat post height so that the leg is straight at the bottom of the stroke and the heel maintains contact with the pedal while peddling backwards. Final adjustments should be minimal.

    <edit> The above suggestions are for those who wish to maximize their power delivery and efficiency. It assumes healthy legs and joints. A deeper set to the seat, resulting in greater leg bending, may be necessary to accommodate injuries and insufficiencies, but it will almost always result in a greater effort/ less efficient power stroke than when adjusted as described above.
