Hey TDF Fans! and ICW Fans! #stage20TDF
It’s the final weekend with 2 stages left. Stage 20 is a super punchy rolling course, perfect for the breakaway men and those teams that are still hunting for their first victory at the Tour de France. 4 Categorized climbs with 2900m climbing so it’s definitely not a stage designed for the sprinters. Come enjoy the last weekend of the Tour de France with me, jump into the chat and talk anything and everything about the Tour.

Stage 20 4:07 in the morning. Colin here over at
Inside Cycling World. Welcome aboard everyone. Get in the stream. Let’s go, guys. Uh neutralized
start has just uh flashed up on screen here for me. Uh 4 kilometer neutralized start today.
Let’s get set up here, folks. Just going to get my uh chat session set up here. What a stage
yesterday. Uh epic rains. Epic breakaway by uh Thyman Arenssman who just held on yesterday uh for
the finish stage victory. His second stage victory of this year’s tour. Okay guys, everything looks
good here. Let’s talk quickly about the route. Couple things I can show you here quickly. Uh
Saturday morning, guys. Most of you are probably   sleeping in. I think I rolled out of bed at 3:21.
It’s just after 4:00 in the morning here. Uh okay, here it is. We got the chat going up here quick,
guys. And we’re off. We’re off to the races. And we are off to the races. So, I think there’s
a lot of tired riders at this year’s tour. Um, let me just jump back here again. Let’s take a
look at the rankings first off. And I’m going to   look here to see if we’ve got any more withdrawals
today. How many riders have made it through this? There we go. Yesterday, Tim and Aaron first place.
He crossed the finish line with a two-cond gap over Yonas Vingo and today Pagacha are top one two
riders in the world at the moment. I just wanted to point that out, guys. You know, uh basically
you got the two top cyclists in the world going after it each day after each other. Uh there’s
been a few cracks in Yonas’s armor along the way, but I mean these guys are riding side by side
every day. I mean, he’s the only guy out there uh capable of keeping it with Pogy right now. Uh
so it looks like uh Yonas is kind of basically conceded yesterday that he can’t take it out
anymore. Uh Pogy is exhausted. He basically said, “I just want to go home now. I just want to
go home. Let me jump out of there, guys.” Um there’s some stuff I want to show you here. Okay.
Uh looking here, just under a couple kilometers to go. I saw some cool stuff this morning. Let’s
take Well, let’s take a look at the route first.   We always do this, right? Kind of a lumpy, bumpy
route. And not kind of, very lumpy and bumpy. So, the reason we’re starting so early today, this
is my theory anyways, is that we’re starting in   Nanua here. Kind of like very very east side of
France, just outside the Alps. We’re not far from Albertville where we were yesterday. Nanua.
and we go to Pontarier right along the east side of France there uh where we butt up against
Germany here there’s a huge transfer after this one today they got a transfer from the finish at
Pontarier all the way across to outside of France uh Paris here for the finish tomorrow so that’s
why we got this crazy early start today we’ll look at the stage today uh I think it’s right
around 180 km so second last stage guys 184 km ometers. You can see here start time was right
5. That’s when they rolled out this morning. Uh expected arrival about 10 after 4 this afternoon
at CST time. So that’s 5 after 4 for me. And uh whatever else just after 8:00 in the morning.
Take a look at Well, let’s take a look here first. Category 3. And this is a tough one right off the
start. The cala de la Sierra. Uh 12.1 km at 4%. That’s tough enough. I think a lot of
the sprinters are going to have a hard   time keeping up here. Next, we hit uh Kotel
Valin. Uh 5.7 km at 4.2%. The sprint point today. Um taking a look over here, guys.
Just making sure everything’s live. So, we got our first climb at 24 25 km in our second
climb at 45 km in. The sprint points not till 72. I wonder if we’re going to see a different uh
I think the sprint points are going to be taken   out by a breakaway. Sprint points are going to
a breakway today. It is 184 km and there’s 2900 m of climbing. If you’ve done a lot of cycling
outside, that’s a ton of climbing. Uh this is not classified as a mountain stage. Uh I don’t even
know. It’s technically a hilly stage here you can see. But 2900 meters of climbing. Let’s have a
quick look at the stage as to what we’re going to see today. the map out there. Manua, you can see
we’re just on the edge of the mountains in these uh foothills here. Lumps and bumps everywhere
today. This is not an easy stage. Upgrade your mind. First guy in today. Alma’s back. Good
morning from Texas. Fred Vice, he’s here too. Uh we got Robert Lewig here. Um Robert, have you
been here before? you look uh I think I might have seen your name. So there’s Pontar. You can
see the mountains still in the background there.   Uh that’s as we look east towards the Alps. Um
after this they got to take off and get all the way back to the west side of uh Paris for the
finish tomorrow, which is going to be a crazy   finish tomorrow. Jump back out of there, guys.
Uh let’s get to the live view here. So this is as live as we’re going to get right now. We’re still
waiting for the neutralized start to be finished. lot of tired riders. GC riders are probably much
just like one and two anyways. It’s over. It’s a four-minute gap. Generally, Saturday will be the
last two to attack, but with 4 minutes in hand, I can’t see anything happening here. Uh
Pogy still the strongest in the race, but   he’s extremely tired. They asked him afterwards,
he’s like, I just want to go home. Uh you know, he has been under pressure every day.
Uh he is the world’s number one cyclist.   But he has been under a lot of pressure.
Yonas has been able to stick with them. I think Yonas is exhausted, too. Uh, very,
very tough tour, guys. Very tough tour. So, you can see the caravan out here floating
ahead. They’re just past the sprint point. Now,   the caravan is the little thing goes out several
hours ahead of the tour. Throws it all the swag uh to everyone on the sides of the road. Oh, I’m
in top chat there. It always defaults to top chat. Okay. Oh, hey, Learn to back. Yep, you’re right, dude. Learn to heard it
through the grapevine that the race was cut short yesterday because the cattle industry
and Yeah, that’s right, dude. Uh, so yeah, there was some kind of contagious uh cattle
disease there. I don’t know. I kind of think   it might have been dairy up in that part of the
world, but where we are here, we don’t have Well, we don’t have cows up in the mountains. We don’t
do that here pretty much. But yeah, they had to call some uh herds off. So it was I don’t think
they’re worried. Well, obviously they’re worried about the contagious disease. Got one rider
on the back here. This looks like it’s Merier   just calling for the car in the neutral start.
One kilometer to go in the neutral start. Guys, I think this is going to be a ripper right off
the beginning. Sprinters aren’t going to make   that sprint point. If they are, they’re going to
be more of a long range sprinter. Uh I think the breakaway is going to be there. I think right now
GC contenders are more than content to let people go up the road today. I did want to show you this
here too. I’m able to share this with you. This is when uh Pogy attacked yesterday. I do want to
show this to you guys. Pogy attacks yesterday. This is them catching time and Aaron’s been here.
So Pogy goes, he launches it. Yonas goes with them. Everyone else at the back. You can see him
back there. Felix Gaul, Ben Healey’s back there.   Tobias Johansson. They all get dropped. They
pass time in Arenssman here. This is that was pretty explosive attack by by Pogy there. Jumping
out of that guys. Get to stage 20 here again. Uh and Yonas hung with him all the way. Just
Yonas doesn’t have anything extra to go past him now. Uh soaking wet conditions yesterday. The
coolest part about that little clip there was that uh time and erandsman for Inos Grenaders was able
to get back on with them and then accelerate away. So that would have happened somewhere down
way down in the valley before we started the   huge final assault. I think he got a max lead of
about 45 seconds uh and held on all the way. You probably saw it on Bike Terror yesterday. Let’s
scroll down through the uh the feed here. There was some good stuff this morning I wanted to show
you. So, here’s just the feed this morning. Oh,   there’s a lot today. There’s some funny things
here. So, first thing I read this morning was that um the last time was the last time I think they
were talking about Pontelli before a stage finish here way back in 2001 and they were so far
ahead. They finished 35 minutes ahead that if you were to follow the rules strictly, you
would find the entire Pelaton being eliminated. Uh, so obviously they didn’t do that. I’m going to
find that for you again. Here, uh, Mattie Mahoric   here saying, “It’s a stage that suits me the
most. It will be about legs, but also patience and courage.” I love this guy, Matty Mahor.
Malansa and Remo winner a couple years back. Uh, that’s Nanua. Thought this was funny here, too.
Totile energies is carrying a big cardboard cutout life-size of I think his name is Janeire. Yeah,
right here. E Janeire. uh who had to withdraw. So, he’s still following him at the tour. Uh am seeing
a Sudal rider pulled over on the side of the road getting a full bike change already. Is this It’s
not Tim. Bottle and mouth head unit transferred to the new bike. And we’re going to come back here,
guys. Stage 20. Ah, here it is. I did have it pulled up. Oh, it’s already moved on me. Yeah. And
here, take a look here, too. 14 teams without a victory so far. So we’ve got Alpus and Dynic very
early on. Sudal’s won a ton. Uh Sudal’s won four stages. UAE obviously Pogy and Wellins EF with Ben
Healey. Milan’s won stages for Lead Alrech. Vizma uh Simon Yates uh Unox Abraen who’s won a stage
uh stage 11. And what I’m seeing here neutralized start is just over now. Going to make sure
that’s live. Not live. Live now. They’re into it, guys. They are already into it. I’m already
seeing brakes and riders off the front here.   Let’s get right back into the stage here.
We’ll roll to the top. Everyone settle in. Strap yourselves in. Here we go, folks. Uh yeah,
here it is. Casper Asin already off the front for EF. I can see one rider way out front. And even
from this super high overhead helicopter view, the EF jerseys make it very easy to spot him.
So, he’s out front by himself and there looks like there’s about maybe just under 10
riders trying to work their way across   right now. I think I’ve already seen Campart’s
yellow super ultra aerodynamic helmet on. So, let’s take a look at that. Figure out where
we’re going to use our like bike terra today. So, we’re starting out heading along this lake here.
Lactons. So, we’re definitely still up what you would call the mountains here. here. Like if you
were riding your bike through here, this would   be exhausting terrain. Arnold De on camera right
now. 139th place overall. We’ll be working our way towards this first category. I can’t believe this
is just a category three here. This seems really   tough right now. 12.1 km at 4%. So, not overly
steep, but it just kind of drags on. Drags and drags and drags shortly followed by the category
4. And then it’s, you know, still another good distance till we get to the sprint point here.
Category four is only going to be worth one point. This category two uh three is only worth two
points for that much work. O that’s tough. So all helicopter views right now. Uh just the Pelaton
is just all over the place following wheels here. They’re just swerving back and forth across the
Hey guys. Yes, I am here. Uh, got a delightful second coffee of the day right now. And wanted
to show you these. This is a treat that Joey showed me last night. Joey Jojo, she said, “You
forgot about these.” Do you guys remember these cookies? Little cookie with cream in the middle
and the uh the jam in the middle. Fantastic. So, that’s my early morning nutrition right there.
It’s all about healthiness over here, folks. Got the coffee on the coffee warmer. Let’s rock.
Let’s rock. Bring it on. Oh, my cookie shows up as kind of yellow there. I think you guys know what
they are. Uh yeah, get ready for a ring aading   dong dandy here, folks. Possibly a malfunction at
the junction. It’s going off today. Uh also too, guys, uh I don’t know if you know, Bertur to
France Fe axswift starts right after this. So, I kind of figured out what they were doing at
first. I’m like, why do they have them scheduled   on the same day? It’s probably for resources.
Uh I was just just making up stuff in my head upstairs talking to Joey Jojo. She’s awake,
too. I don’t know why. 20 degrees right now,   guys. Uh just barely no. There’s like no winds out
here. They are quite protected. So, it looks like we got one on the front. Still guys are chasing
him. Ben Healey. This dude. This dude again, guys. I keep talking about him. Jonas Abrahamson.
Let’s take a look at his record quickly. Uh, where is he? There he is. Stage 11 at the
top of the screen here. You can see it in   the middle. First place. That’s how you get a
first place, guys. That’s how you get a first place. You have to go in the breakaways. Mororrow
Schmidt. Oh, this dude. Check this guy out. Uh, this is awesome. I love this. Uh, take a look
at the top again. stage 11 second place. It was him and Yonas an Abrahamson that went on that
long range break. Uh and Mororrow Schmidt here missed first place place by about half a wheel
length. So these guys are breakaway friendmies. They like to go on long range breaks. I kind of
always wonder like do they look at each other   before the stage and go, “What do you think,
dude?” Yeah, let’s do it. Yeah, let’s go. Boom. That’s what I think happens. Okay. Yep. So,
there was that Yeah, they had to slaughter a bunch of cattle and uh they said, “Okay,
EF here.” EF talking to Casper. Keep going, Casper. Keep going, Casper. Great encouragement.
That was it. That was the directions. So, obviously, they want Casper going out front.
Uh maybe something for Ben Healey to leap   across to later. I could see that. Tall, lanky
Casper Ascin here. Let’s take a look at Casper. How’s he doing at the tour overall? Casper
Askin here. Danish rider. So, has been sitting, you know, right now he’s 91st overall. He’s been
consistently in that range here. You can see 80s to 90s pretty much the whole time. So, very
consistent rider. It’s Casper asking out front. Yeah. So they said the distress caused by uh what
had to happen to the cattle. That means they had to go in and call the herds and the farmers are
probably just furious. So they didn’t want the tour to France coming through there and having
the roads blocked. So they I mean they will take that risk, but they were probably so concerned
about it. They’re like there’s no we cannot go   through that. They’re so mad. Uh I think every
farmer would be. Fred saying hopefully no cattle on the station. None today. Hopefully not. Uh,
learn to my question is anyone here, do they know why the race directors actually made that
decision and are there any biologists? Yeah. So, learn to that’s what I thought too. I thought,
well, it’s a contagious disease. They don’t want   them going through the area. Maybe transporting
it cuz honestly there could be cow doodoo on the road. That’s what I was thinking. Uh, and they
could transport it anywhere. Like if you go to a   barn, like a dairy barn specifically around here,
you generally step into like a container of some kind of sanitizing fluid with your rubber boots
to kill whatever’s on your boots so you don’t   bring nothing new in. They called those herds.
So yeah, they’re worried about the disease, but basically I think it was just a bunch of
very upset uh farmers. So that’s why they they made that decision last second. They must
have known there was going to be protests. Uh yeah. Does anyone else know? That’s what
I heard and I did read that in another place.   They did say culling c u l i n g which means
destroying the herd. Uh Dawn’s in the mix. Good morning Collins dudes. Hey dude, what’s up? Uh
the title of yesterday’s stage. Holy cow. Yes, that would have been a perfect one, wouldn’t
it? Um new dude here. new dude here. Uh goo big O big O here. Really appreciate your
insight watching and supporting all the   way from the Philippines. So many Filipino
supporters here. I’m still looking for that dude. Uh I won’t remember his name right now.
He’s got like three names. Uh like you know, first name, middle name, last name. He’s
watching. He’s a Filipino dude who’s in   Hawaii and he’s watching like at 3:00 in the
morning, which is insane to me. Um, okay. So, yeah, he’s still on today’s times. You guys are
on like tomorrow’s time. I’m totally confused. Uh, Fred saying, “Did the two just launch too
late? Maybe underestimating Aronson?” Well, I think they did that last time, too, cuz the
last time he won in the interview afterwards,   they asked Pogy, you know, and he said, “Guys,
I had nothing left to chase him down. This one, they almost had him.” When you see Tom and
Ernsman, he puts his hands over his face like   the he puts his hands over his face like this.
There’s a tiny bend in the road that they’re right there. Like it was two seconds. I think Yonas
came across the line first and then Pogy there, I believe. But I mean, they were right together.
Colin Coats back in the house. Colin, you off to work again? Colin’s always on early. Gets his
whiff ride in. Let’s take a look at the gap now, guys. Uh, so just Casper up front. It looks like
the Pelaton’s pulled everyone else back. So, we still have 160 riders in the race. I think
we started with 184. Yeah, I think we started with 184. So, we’ve lost quite a few riders.
Uh, good morning. This is from Robert over an hour before my video feed starts. Relying
on calling. Oh, hey, Robert. Good to see you,   dude. Robert’s been here a long time in
the channel, too. Fred’s saying, “Wow, start is close by to Geneva.” Yep, we’re right
there. We are just across the border from it. Oh, you This is from Robert. Robert’s sent me
a ton of great information this race. Uh UAE is saying that they will announce Wednesday if
Pogy Rise of Welter or No. Everything I’ve seen, I watched uh David Miller and Ned Bolton talking
afterwards. They do a review show every day, 15, 20 minutes. David Miller looks like he’s never
been in extreme cold in his life cuz he is just so he looks so uncomfortable after the stages
freezing to death in the rain. Uh they’re both saying he looks exhausted like he’s shattered. He
wants to go home. Uh he’s won so much this year. He’s done all the big classics. He’s kind of wiped
out. He needs He needs a break time. Now, what are we at today, guys? It is the Wow, the 26th of
July. Love starts August 23rd. So, don’t miss that cuz guys, I’m going to do all of that, too.
Just the exact same format. See how I can improve   it between now and then as well. What else can I
do for you guys? Hopefully, you guys can make it to that. Been awesome support here. So, here’s our
little Mappy Poo again. One guy out front. They’re just going to let him dangle out here today. And
current speed. Okay, I’m getting no average speed yet. Dead calm. The winds out here. Guys are
pushing hard though. I think more riders are going to start jumping up. We’re getting to that
base of that climb here right away. And again,   12 km. Oh, it’s Vout on the front. So, Vout is
feeling good again today. I’m hoping Vout has a day where he actually can get the job done cuz
it seems he goes e it seems he’s either having a really off day or he goes out full guns blazing
and then fades really bad. So maybe he’s working his way through something. I did see this morning
uh Evan Federov. He had to withdraw. Didn’t start the race. Looking at Clement Bar here looks like
he’s having a mechanical right now. It looked like one of those ones. It was focusing on his
chain there. Uh I think he was stuck in a really   big gear. Something was going on there. So we got
four riders in this replay trying to attack. Let’s see if they’re all there. Okay, so we got three
of them here now. Alfippe, Vanart, Tobias Fos, Tobias was in the break up front yesterday, and
Arnold Dar Dear. Wow. So here’s a sprinter. uh you know a few years back this guy was like lethal.
He’s trying to get out front today too. Maybe he’s thinking about the sprint points. There’s
teams that haven’t won anything yet this year,   guys. So it said 14 teams haven’t won anything
this year. Uh as in stage victories. There’s teams that don’t have any points probably for sprint
points for K. They got they want to start showing something off today. Uh just going to jump back
here. Oh, Don saying, uh, what do you call them? Lindsor tart cookies are great. Is that what I’m
eating? I don’t even know what these are called. And Don saying, “Good morning, Jojo.” Yeah, she’s
actually sitting upstairs here. I’m in the 10 x   10 cube of destruction and sorrow. Uh, guys, I got
to get on the bike later today. God, I missed the bike ride again yesterday. I think once I did the
stream yesterday. Awesome stream, guys. So much support. It’s amazing to me. Uh, Jennifer Robinson
from New Brunswick here. Good morning, Colin. 7:20 here in Monton, New Brunswick. Leaving soon for a
mountain bike race. Oh, awesome. On Sunday. Let’s   rock this day, Colin. Uh, Jennifer, who’s racing
you and Hutch? I hope Hutch is her husband. Met these I met these two characters over on My
Whoosh, guys. So, that’s where I met them. Uh, and Jennifer, just so you know, I will be doing
some My Whoosh commentary this year. Uh, I think more I did it last year, remember, for Echelon.
I think that’s where I met Hutch was doing the   Echelon Racing League. I’m coming back this year.
They reached out to me and said, “Hey, can you help us out again?” And we’re going to discuss it
in August. Uh Sean Northco here from South Africa just tune uh tuned in from Cape uh Cape Town.
Crispy 8. Oh, 13° C. Dude, I’ll tell you what. We’re at here. Peak summer in uh Alberta, Canada.
I give you a little shot of this right now. It’s probably not cold. It’s rainy. If you guys
can see it, it’s rainy and 10 degrees Celsius, so not too bad overnight. There was a couple
nights a few days ago, it felt like fall already. It’s honestly right around the corner if you live
here. Uh, thanks for your pleasant and passionate coverage and thank you for the gifted membership.
You’re absolutely welcome, Sean. That’s probably   you probably got a gifted membership through Joey
Jojo. Pelaton looks pretty stable right now, guys. We’ve got Casper up front. 25 second back to this
group here. Okay, so you can see it’s bouncing around now. Looks like they’ve captured the Vout
Van Art group. They didn’t let them get away. He’s got a 26 second gap and Arnold Dele is out the
back. 49 seconds. Again, he’s in that range of just just being a mechanical 30 40 seconds when
I see that quickly. I’m waiting for the camera to cut over here to show him getting a wheel change.
Video is live. Casper asin off the front. It’s a good place to uh do a breakaway today. According
to this, he is on the climb now. Clement birthday. We just saw him and he was struggling. It looked
like he was struggling with his shifting before. There was a few riders going up the road from
him and it just seemed like he was pushing   a really big gear. Come on mechanics. We got to
get those batteries charged. Probably just Yeah, it’s one of those things, you know, you plug your
your device in and you think it’s charging and   it doesn’t. Joey Jojo does that all the time. I
thought this thing was charging. Uh Robert again, fun EF video about Alex Bodin riding through
his hometown in Albertville, all his family and friends hanging out on the corner and then Alex
attacking the pelon. Exactly there. I love it. Yeah, back in the day you’d see riders go up to
like Bernardi know the little clips that you can find online and they would basically talk to him
and they were like, “Oh yeah, go up the road.” And   they would pull over. They would see grandma and
grandpa. It was even more. They let them even go further back then. I’m seeing an attack here off
the Pelon again here. It looks like a grenadier   going. Could this be time in Arens? I just want
to see here if this is if this is amazing. Uh, we’re on the first climb of the day. 12.1 km
at 4.1%. They’ve talked about the attack that’s coming. This is Ben Healey’s trying to get up the
front, too, guys. So, it looks like a grenadier rider, I think. I don’t know if the bike color
is right, but Ben Healey’s on the front now, trying to get out. EF sitting on the front, too.
About three to four EF riders kind of at the front of the Pelon probably trying to slow it down. so
that Ben can jump away. Pelaton wary and wise to that move. Uh they’ve already shut down the front
of the Pelaton. So you can see here no one got away there. They are pushing now. It looks like we
got Matteo Jorgensson on the front. So that whole front end of the Pelaton kind of little attacks
going off getting pulled back quickly and then guys are going again and again. Yeah. Uh great
point, Robert. Guys, go on YouTube, just start searching the team’s names. EF is probably one of
the best. Uh, they have awesome videos on there, daily videos. A lot of the teams do it, and you’ll
get all sorts of behindthe-scenes looks. Um, you know, the chefs cooking, the mechanics doing their
things, the swaners, uh, who take care of the riders, just the daily things that go on in the
background. And also really good race videos, too. My favorites are always of Locky Lachlan Morton
who did ride in the world tour and now he does all their gravel adventure things. Uh I saw Jonathan
Bers talking. He says the single biggest attention to EF on social media is Locky Morton. It’s not
it’s not this. It’s when Lachland does things. Uh okay. Oh, did I just see my Hawaii guy? I think I
just saw the Hawaii guy. Yes. So Sean North Code, great to have you here, dude. Uh and Robert, great
great story there. Don saying this is grounds year for Calvid 2025, but I hope not. Yeah, Don.
Yeah. So this guy Yeah. 1:26 Hawaii time right now. He jumps on here and it’s usually 3:30 in the
morning. Okay. Healey’s being really aggressive up this 5% grade here right now at the foot of the
climb. They’re maybe a kilometer into it right   now. Yeah, they still got 10.4 4 km of climbing
to go here. Uh he’s got a Yuno X rider going with him. I wonder who that is. We’re going to find
out. And actually, I think we got Arca B&B at the front, too. Maybe Kevin Balon’s trying to get on
a move today. Why don’t we do that here right now?   Let’s get bright, folks. Let’s go to the rankings
overall. We’re going to go to individual stage 19 in the GC. Let’s do that. And some key moves
yesterday. Uh, Vocalon fell down one. Actually, no, he stayed the same. He stayed in seventh
place overall. Johansson was able to move up two positions yesterday to sixth place. Go, Yuno X.
Uh, Primos fell down three positions. He went from fifth to eighth. Ben Oconor held his. Ben Healey
was there as well. So, big swaps were Primos and Tobias Johansson here. Big battles coming up,
folks. Uh what are we looking at here? Oscar only here 12 minutes and 12 seconds back. Florian
Lipo sitting in third on the podium at 11:09. Uh they’re 1 minute and 3 seconds apart. Can anything
happen there today? That that’s a battle I’m going to be watching closely here. Uh watching the
front again here. EF working with Vizma right   now on the front. One EF rider and I think
the taller rider. It looks like Matteo to me. But we’re just seeing Casper Ask in front
here. That’s the very front of the Pelaton.   It’s completely strung out. Just start
getting ready for it to splinter. Uh this is early in the day for these guys.
This is an easy climb for these riders,   but they’re going to be so tired. They all want
to get the uh Tour to France under their belt, get their finishers uh medal. They get
a finishers medal when they complete it. Uh here he goes. Yeah. Uh Colin
Coat’s on the bike and about to   get ready for another 48 hour shift.
Upgrade your minds here from Canada. Okay, check this dude out here. Sean Sean
Mick something or other. Hello again from North Wales. Mountains dropped your another
like it’s 11:30 a.m. here and cloudy. Uh oh, he’s he’s saying what’s it like back in
my birth country? Toronto born. Oh, so dude,   you did the flip-flop for me. You did the
flip-flop. Uh, not exactly the same countries, but I was born in the UK. I came across here
when I was 5 years old. So, I was a transplanted Canadian. And looks like you were born in Toronto
and went to Northern Wales. Probably one of those things where your parents moved to you when you
were young. Let me know the story. Your parents   were here and they were like, “Yeah, let’s
head home.” So, maybe your parents are Welsh. Don saying we should call the uh 10
x10 area the command center. Yeah,   we could do that too. It is the command
center. This is where it all happens. Oh, good one here from lunch. Any speculation
on Isaac Del Toro winning the next big race,   the Valta. Uh yeah, I think he’s uh getting teed
up for that now. Guys, did you see some of you mentioned yesterday there was that one-day race
in Spain somewhere? Uh UAE just destroyed the the field. uh one, two, three UAE riders. And it
wasn’t Isaac that won. Um I should have known. I think it’s his first World Tour win. His name
might have been Eigor, maybe. I could look that   up real quick. Maybe if someone else can. But UAE
took the the entire podium in that one day race. That team is so powerful, so much depth. Waiting
for this break to try to It’s just constantly uh four or five guys just dangling off the front
maybe by 10 meters. So, we’re not getting any   splits in the timing here. See where we are on
the map. Super early, guys. Super early. Uh, so here’s the green jersey already gone, guys.
Green jerseys already gone. There’s Jonathan   Milan. There’s Grovagen. Couple years ago, he was
uh pretty deadly out there. I bet you Bingham’s in that first group still. Bingham’s probably able to
hang in this group. Oops. Let’s have a look here. Where’s Bingham? Kind of hard to find sometimes
on these uh jerseys. Yeah, I’m sure he’s in that group. There we got one rider, two riders, Arnold
Dele and Grineyard here for Lotto. Oo, so they sent uh a teammate back to assist Arnold Dele here
who’s been looking really good. Something’s up with him today. Couple minutes back already. There
was another group in between and it looks like they’ve merged back onto the uh what’s going to
be the Grapetto today. So I imagine this is going to be a breakaway guys. Still watching the front
here. It’s soaking wet out there too now. Pouring rain at this point on the course. How far in are
we here? Yeah, pouring rain right now. Average speed right now 43 42.4 km an hour. We’ve been
climbing the entire way. been lumpy the entire we as soon as we left it climbed we went downhill
and now we’re just climbing for the next 12 km I can see us Dana a lot of arm waving at the front
here yeah the front is such a disaster right now it’s all over the place absolute downpour here
soaking wet I saw a good question yesterday and I knew the answer right away it was it was
on a review show on YouTube and they someone   asked them and I and I wanted to give my answer
because I knew it They said, “Why do the riders take their bottle and squirt it before they take
a drink?” And the dudes were kind of like, “Well, yeah, anything to lose to uh shed some weight.”
And I’m like, “Okay, well, maybe that was just a   funny answer, but the real reason they do it, if
you’ve ever thought about that.” So, they’ll grab their water bottle out of the bike cage, they’ll
pull it up before they take a drink, they squirt   it out just a little bit, then they drink. They’re
always concerned about road grime getting into the mouth of the bottle where you’re going to drink
from. You know, dirt, oils, anything that’s on the road is going to stick to your bottle. So, that’s
why they do that. Uh, okay. So, learn to again. Okay, that was Sean. Oh, yeah. I can see
I’m going to see them announce when it was I think Robert earlier saying that UAE
is announcing whether Pogy will do the VA   or not. Uh Pogy’s won so much this year.
Uh he doesn’t need to do the VA. He’s so far ahead in the point standings. Yeah,
they’ll probably designate Isaac as the   uh the GC contender for the VA this
year for UAE. That’s what I’m expecting. Uh did you see the short This is Fred Vice again.
Did you see the short clip on reporter ask Pogy? You just lost two seconds to Yonas. Oh, I did see
that Fred. Yeah. So, Pogy St. This is what I mean. You can tell Pogy is just done. Uh, so the guy
was making a joke. You lost two seconds to uh to Yonas because the time bonus is there. Uh, finish
right on his wheel though. And so the comment was, “You just lost two seconds to Yonas. Is this the
start of a great collapse?” Just a little fun   joke. And Pogy Pogy just kind of giggled a bit
and he says, “Please, I have no time for jokes, please.” And he and he left. Like he is
absolutely done. So if there would have been a little of this fatigue maybe two or three
stages ago, maybe the Vizma strategy of wearing him out could have worked. Just taking a look
at Jordi Muse here sitting on the back. Bora, love those jerseys. I want a jersey like that.
Need some more jerseys, guys. Still waiting for the uh Metallica jersey to show up. We’ll be
You’ll be seeing that soon, though. Yeah. So,   Pogy is just done. Like, he doesn’t even want to
talk to the reporters afterwards. Uh Yonas just gets bombarded with question after question.
Um whichever side you’re on, if you’re a Pogy supporter or a Yonas supporter, you know, I’m
a Breakaway supporter. Uh, someone commented, “Love your support of that breakaway guy or my
bias of that guy.” Because I said, “I don’t like   to be biased.” Uh, I try to look at all angles,
but I will always cheer for the breakaway. That’s a fact. Uh, Ronald Valua, he’s been here before.
Good afternoon, everyone. Greetings from Manila, Philippines. We appreciate your tour coverage.
Thanks, dude. I appreciate it. Seems like everyone in the Philippines being here. I love it. Um,
I didn’t know people in the Philippines were   so cycling crazy. I had no idea. Let me just move
this down, guys. And I am keeping an honest here, guys. It’s just Casper out. Oh, Casper.
Actually, hang on here. I was watching uh EF Riders. Assume Casper was there. Maybe
he’s just floating in between. Neielson Powace. I saw people earlier in the uh tour saying how
Neielson hadn’t done anything yet. Maybe today’s   the day. We got Harry Sweeney, Neil Palace, and
remember earlier I was saying there was a lot of EF riders floating around at the front just trying
to get that move going. It’s a little tiny break. I don’t know if this will hold. And we’ve also
got Raul Garcia Pina here for Arca B&B Hotels, Spanish rider. So they’ve got a 19-second gap
over the Pelaton. Pelaton still 127 riders. Green Jersey Group 28 riders. And then we got Arnold
Dei with his teammate. Quite a ways back here, guys. I’m getting a bit concerned about this one.
They’re already 3 minutes behind the front end. Uh, and we’re 15 km into the stage. So, that’s a
bit worrying. Let me just have a quick look here. How far into the tour are we right now? We’re 20.3
km in. And he’s already lost three minutes. So, I think something might be up with him today.
That’s my guess. Very, very wet. Roads are very dangerous. We got a big descent on the other
side, guys. Big descent on the other side. Yeah, Dawn. I’m sure these riders are done
with climbing these hills. Stage 20. Oh,   yeah. Today is super hard. Very hard day. And then
tomorrow even is going to be such a strange day at the tour. You know, the traditional parade day
has been eliminated. Uh I think I said yesterday uh a lot of the sprinters complaining, you’ve
taken our sprint opportunities away on the last   stage of the tour to France. Probably because they
probably looked at the stages. Uh you know, they track this stuff and they could see viewership
days. Viewership days last day is probably the lowest. Everyone’s excited for day one. Everyone
gets extra excited about the big mountain stages. I love the time trial. Uh so I always watch
those ones, too. In fact, I watch all of it. Uh but the last day, you could probably miss the
first hour or two if you wanted. Get up, watch the sprint on the Shamsil, watch the podium. It’s
all over. So, they’re probably trying to spice up, make the last day more exciting for the fans. Tim
Wellins going to the front here. Yeah, Tim Wellins puts in a really explosive tack off the front. I
wonder if this is going to actually stick. It is   sticking here. Here it is. Tim Wellins just
off the front for UAE. It’s only 4 seconds, but he’s 7 seconds and he’s trying to bridge up
to the front group. Uh the three riders up front, the two EF riders, Arca, B&B, Hotels Rider. At
this pace, it looks like he will catch them. Uh Sean, been watching vids about 80s and ’90s
tours and what stands out to me on those is the huge difference in average speeds on stages
and overall it seems like such a polar shift   difference to today’s. Yeah. Uh you’ll probably
see that the average speeds are way higher. No, I’m not sure if that’s what you’re saying,
Sean. Uh I think in the 80s they would have   average speeds, you know, 37 km an hour, 38 km an
hour. Just it’s just getting faster and faster. Everyone have their coffee drink. Uh maybe
if you’re in the afternoon already. Uh yeah, some people here are already in their
afternoon. It’s a Saturday. Time to crack   a something or other. Watching uh Alexi Latenko
fall out of this main pelaton here. World Tour rider struggling on a cat recline because
these guys are done. Looking at this here, uh they are not letting the brake get away today
guys. Uh, the chewyf riders are just being passed   by Tim Wellins and the rest of the pelatons there.
Everyone’s keeping this super tight today. There’s going to be a ton of teams here. We got to win
something, guys. We got to win something. So,   they’re all going to work to bring
every move back. That’s my guest today. Uh, who’s this here? Rhonda talking to Shawn
Northcode. heard an interview with Nicholas Ro who said that he would not make the cut today
for the tour because of the level of fitness   and skill of the guy’s riding now. Yeah. Uh it’s
it’s light years past even what it was 15 years ago. I think I saw something couple weeks back.
Maybe it could have been a month back now. Yeah. Showing the lot of boys working together here.
Just going to have a quick look at Arnold Lee.   Maybe he crashed in the rain. Uh I thought I saw
something on his leg there. Let me have a look. soaking wet, just wiping rain off his face. It
was actually it was a podcast I listened to with Derek G, Canadian dude, um who did really well at
the JRO this year. He was the Jirro breakaway king a couple years back. Uh probably the future of
Canadian cycling on, you know, grand tour level. They said his times that he’s riding uh would have
beaten all the Team Sky times back in the 2012s, 13s, 14s, all that era there. Uh that’s how much
farther he’s gone even from that in 10 years. So he would have been like battling with Chris Froom
uh for tour wins. Okay. Uh Sean again, Ben Healey, what a rider and per character. Love watching
him ride and talk. Okay. So Sean’s favorite rider is Ben Healey. Have you seen his little
picture of his dog? He’s got a little wiener dog,   little sausage dog, whatever you call him
that he that’s with him all the time. Uh yeah, Ben Hilly’s been great. And he’s looks
like they’re trying to set something up   for him again today. Evard’s here. Dude,
you’re back. Awesome to see you, Evard. Okay. Uh, Robertson, exhausted, short-tempered
yellow jersey, fingers pointed at organizers   for overly long transfers. Yeah, it’s guys,
it’s the tour to France. It’s supposed to be hard. You know, if the Okay, so we’re just
talking about how the speeds have increased, uh, how much better these guys are from the past.
But I think if you took one of these modern riders and just transported them back in time to say
1903, 1907, 1910 even for the first assault up term, I don’t think they’d last more than a day.
The stages back then, so they’d cover a longer distance, 4 12 to 5,000 km. This year’s tour is
3,300 km, 3350 with 21 stages. Back then, they’d ride an extra, let’s just say, I don’t know, 1,500
km, maybe. Okay, maybe 1,200 km, and they do it in less than half the stages. Uh, the roads weren’t
paved. Uh, the bikes were junk. The the technology was just Yeah, there was nothing. Uh, the tour
back then was to try to destroy riders. So guy, some guys were finishing like after midnight on
stages and having to get it back up in just a   few hours and go do it again and go do it again.
So slow speed, but just at like an absolute death march. Watching Luke Plap on the front here.
He’s been involved in a couple of breakaways   early. Uh just hasn’t made anything stick yet
in the last couple days I’ve been watching them. Okay, so yeah, the new guys, they don’t like
the long transfers. They’re faster. I don’t know if they’re as tough. Uh Sean Mick again,
parents were both were Irish, moved to Canada, moved back this way to be close to family
when I was a kid. Yeah. Okay. Makes sense,   dude. Makes sense. Thanks
for letting us know. Uh okay. Okay. So, uh Fecker here. Benny the one was
skillful and you were proud of all Africans. So, you are our diamond. Okay. Yeah, Benny has
a chance today if he can hang here. Uh, I haven’t seen him in that green.
Why don’t we take a look at that,   guys? Look at the green jersey group. Benny’s
the kind of sprinter that’s able to hang with the main pelaton a little bit longer.
Jonathan Milan, he’s out right away. And   we are looking at Jonathan Milan right now.
He’s on an all green Trek bike today. Uh, they’ve got a better paint color. I know people
were talking they didn’t like the paint scheme on   the track bike. It’s all green bike today. Looks
really sharp. I’m going to look for Bingham back here. I don’t think he’s in this group. There’s
Jonathan Milan, Tim Merlier, Gronovagen. Could you imagine if Gronovan was on form like at his peak?
That would be awesome right now. Yeah. Looks like Bingham’s up the road uh with the main pelon. Kind
of more of a let’s call him a climbing sprinter. Uh, Robert Chris her pretty much demanding
little lead send him a sign jersey for getting their tactics right. Then he asked them to
send him his 2013 Valto winning bike, man. They can send me something, too. Uh, I’ll take a
sweaty old jersey from anyone. Send it. Full send, bros. Full send. Uh, okay. Don, thank you. I
looked it up. Del Toro took the win and three jerseys at Tour of Austria. red, green, and white
jersey and second place at Yeah, that’s the one. That’s the Villa Franco one. I think that was
the one yesterday. Uh but there was three UAE   riders on that podium of the race that was just
yesterday or the day before. Like full dominance. Uh Ivar, look at the shifters on the
bikes from the 80s. Down tube. Yeah,   exactly. You got to reach down
every time to do a shift. Okay, guys. I’m just going to have a little look here
again. They’re not letting people go. We got   uh Lewis Barry going off the front here.
I’m actually watching him now on the the screen over here. He puts an attack in. They’re
immediately on him. So he’ll get a gap of 10 15 m. UAE is pulling again here. Lots of arm
flicking, too. No one wants anyone to get away here. 124 riders in the Pelaton. We’ve
got six riders that have been dropped here. I think I think Bertha had a mechanical earlier.
Jordy Muse is back here. Pascal Acriman. Lenko. Uh, let’s see where Arnold Deas. See if he’s
really struggling back there. Okay, he’s 4 minutes 20 back. So, hang in there, dude. Hang in there.
Again, not a very steep climb, but it just kind of drags on and on. They’re over the top, actually.
So, that would only be for two points. There’s two points and another one point available there. Go
to the live tracking here, guys, so you can see   it. We’ve just came through it actually. So there
we go. These are our guys descending now. Lewis bars on the descent. Try to do something
here. Let me have a sip of this coffee. And oh, I got to keep it on the warmer. I like to
hold it for too long. Exit that and spectate that there. See what we can do, guys. So yeah. Uh the
fem start today. The fem start stage one today and I don’t know if I just figured it out this
I did. I just figured it out this morning. So   the men start super early today. The ladies have
a later start. So I’m tempted to do a stream for uh Tour to France fam swift right after this
one. I think there’s like an hour in between. I was thinking at first, should I just continue it,
make it the super cool marathon? Then I’m like,   well, no one’s going to find it then.
Just an idea I had out out loud. Uh, but it wouldn’t work very well. I’m just going
to jump to this one here, guys. Let’s see what we   got going on. That one wasn’t refreshing. Very
good. KM competition is all but settled. Uh, still 12 points up for grabs until the finish in
Paris. Pogy has a lead of 13 points over Vingo. Vingo in the polka dot jersey today by default
as Pogy can’t wear two jerseys at once. So, second place always gets it. And then we
got Lenny Martinez, Mr. Sticky Bottle. Uh, he’s got 97. Aaron came way up with that
yesterday. He’s got 85 points. Ben O’Connor’s in fifth place. Sticky Bottle Martinez, we’ll
call him that. Yeah. So, you’re seeing it here. Here. Sorry. A Breakaway is struggling to go
free after 20K. They just can’t break them yet. Okay. They’re trying. They’re trying. They’re
trying. It’s just not happening yet. Something   might form on the descent here. It all depends
how sketchy it is. Going to just pop over here, guys. Okay. Uh Ronda’s got the Canadian flag up,
so I’m not sure if she’s from Canada and trying to catch up. Uh Jerry, are the average speeds higher
only because of bike specs and manufacturing? It’s probably everything. everything. Definitely bikes.
I mean, bikes in the 80s were probably like 20 pound bikes, I would imagine. I mean, back then
it was steel. Then they got aluminum. Titanium came along. Uh, then they had the carbon
bikes in the ‘9s, but even the wheels. So, when carbon bikes first came out, they had carbon,
but the wheels weren’t carbon. They were standard   aluminum wheels. Everything’s gotten lighter.
It’s at the point now where they actually have to in a lot of bikes, they put weight in them to
make them meet UCI spec. They could make these bikes so much lighter if they were allowed to,
but there’s a spec weight, I think, of 6.7 kg. Bikes are lighter. You can see in general, just
go take a look at pictures from the 80s. Uh, you know, h I’d have to think about that for
a bit. Some of the guys made these look really shredded in their legs. actually the ‘9s when
they were fully on it. Uh go take some pictures of uh look at pictures of BJ Reese back then. That
guy is his legs are sculpted. Um but in the 80s, Bernardino, Greg Lamond, they actually had a
little tiny bit of weight on them. Just a tiny   bit. Now there’s not there’s no extra. Okay,
leading group here. So they’re saying there’s a leading group forming on screen here. There’s
it’s spreading out now, guys. We might see some   real splits happen here which may all come back
together too like uh Danielle Davidid Berini here telling for Estana. Estana would love to do
something today. So he’s off the front descending. Pelaton’s right there though 6 seconds back. Uh it
is a wet descent wide open here. Uh it’s actually quite treed in areas. So it’s a big road but not
like open alpine pass type descending. Uh, looks pretty technical to me. I don’t think we have any
switchbacks coming. So, more of an open descent in that sense. There’s nothing too technical coming
up. Let’s take a look down the road here. We’re   going to be descending all the way down here and
then climbing again up the cat 4. Bouncing back, folks. Bouncing back. Let me just roll down
here a little bit. Oh, I need a better I got to get that set up. The command center,
Colins command center needs to be improved. Um, yeah, Evard, awesome points. Uh, fixed
gears. If you were riding a bike back then, uh, I was talking about how tough the dudes were.
So funny. I’m seeing the green jersey group. It’s saying it. Look at on screen. It’s saying the
green jersey group is back at the start point.   What is that all about? So, they teleported back
in time. They went back. They turned around and went back to the start, guys. Apparently. That
is so weird. It’s just the tracker location is way back there. It is showing them correctly on
the road. Uh Arnold Dele with his teammate now five and a half minutes back. Let’s see how this
forms out here. I’m going to catch up in the chat   quick. Uh Rhonda, agree 100%. Colin, those early
guys did it with almost no support and gear to just smok and wine bricks. Yeah, back at the
original tour there was zero support. It was   self-supported. you do it yourself. They constant
400 450 kilometer stages were common. That was a daily affair for them. They had no nutrition. It
was like, “Okay, I’m gonna grab a baguette and a half drunken bottle of wine I found on the side of
the road. I stole from some tourists. Uh they used to raid cafes. Uh they would, you know, basically
run in there and grab everything they could and   run out. That was kind of expected. Uh maybe that
was later in the tour, but nowhere in the modern times. their equipment, their bikes, they were
single speeds. Uh I mentioned in another video, even though the derailers, the first former
derailers were developed before World War I,   the tour to France organizers did not allow
derailers to be used until 1937. Why? To make it as hard as possible. So back then I think even
in the earliest years like tormallet time 1910 just think about 1910 115 years ago just imagine
where you are in the world what it would have been like to exist back then transport yourself on a
bike to one of the hardest clims in the Pyrenees the Tormale uh and you’ve got a bike that has
one gear on it maybe two okay so Colin you just said there’s no there’s no derailers back then you
could take the back wheel off and you would have   a cassette on either side of the wheel. So you
would basically flip your wheel around. So guys would stop, have one big cog for high speed,
sorry, small cog for high speed, big cog for climbing. They would flip it, but they got to get
off their bike, get the wrench out. They had no quick release and do all that, switch their gear.
That’s how they did it. It’s kind of mindboggling really. Jeff saying the bikes weighed 10 lbs more.
Yep. Absolutely. In the 90s, sorry, in the 80s, uh Renzo AE, who will possibly be the winner of
this competition? Uh today, Pagotcha UAE will win uh the tour to France. So, this gives Pogy four
wins. He won two in 2020 and 2021 uh two-year gap that he won last year and this year. So, that puts
him on four wins. So that’s getting pretty lofty in uh tour to France wins, right? So they had
fixed gears back then. Uh Sean here uh talking to Rhonda. Absolutely agree. Even the differences
between the small time of the Froom errant. Yeah,   it’s totally different now, guys. Totally
different. There’s lots of podcasts out there. So someone said Nicholas Ro was saying it earlier.
Uh Mitch Stalker was talking about it on his   podcast. Like he said there’s no way he could keep
up now. I think it’s just more intensive training, too. Like in the past, they would kind of do all
the races and then shut her down for a couple of   months. Some guys would go cycle across riding.
Let’s see who’s off the front here. So, Ballerini is still off the front. Roads are soaked. It’s not
pouring anymore. Uh but the roads are absolutely wet. So, one slippery patch could be sketch fill
here. Uh he’s going downhill right now at over 70k an hour. So, close to 45 mph on wet roads. Yeah,
the tires are wider now. Probably all running 28 ms, maybe even 30 mil tires here now. I think
someone asked that earlier and I said, “You   know what? I don’t actually know. Back in the old
days, they were riding like 19 20 mil tires. Uh, then I think through the ‘9s, sorry, the 2000s,
probably even just 23 mil tires. So, really nice descent here. He does have a second second gap on
the Pelon, but that’s how close they’re staying,   guys. They’re not letting anyone get away. I
think every team that hasn’t got anything yet, they’re not letting the brakes go. Uh, Uncle
Mattiey’s back. Good morning. Good morning. Oh, then the chat just zips away from me. So, Uncle
Maddiey’s here. Oh, don’t pop believing, too. We got to talk to this guy. Uh, okay. I lost Uncle
Maddie here. I’m looking for him. Good morning. Good morning. We slept the whole night through.
Good morning. Good morning to you. Yeah, dude. I think I woke up a couple times myself last night.
Uh, super early start for me. And again, this is   because they want to get these dudes done and then
get the transfer all the way to Paris. Actually, west side of Paris, too. That’s right, Jeff.
Here, the origin of the tour lies in marketing. It was and still remains a marketing promotion.
Yes. So, it was basically done by someone uh who had a newspaper. So that they wanted to make an
event that would get attention to the newspaper. Uh the yellow jersey is yellow because the
original newspaper was printed on yellow paper. Uh swoosh kid reading Chasing Lance about his last
tour win. It’s hard to believe it’s been 20 years   ago. Dude, I don’t know if I’ve read that one.
I’m I was online yesterday, you know, on Amazon uh and on Audible. I’m always looking for new
cycling stories to read. Um, I’ve got a couple lined up now. Joey Jojo is still supposed to send
me part one of the tour history, which I haven’t received yet. Thank you very much. Evan Baron, G,
I’m getting sloppy and trying to start on start. Evan, you slept in, dude. It’s Saturday. Uh, Evan
saying, “You’re impressive, Colin. Starting the race on time and joining the race community you
created.” Dude, I love it. It’s all you guys.   It’s all the community. Uh, everyone have some
coffee, afternoon beverages, whatever you’re into. 150 Fahrenheit. Perfect. Uh Brian Paulo Antonio
asking who’s in the top 10. Let’s take a look, guys. I wish I could turn that down. I don’t know
why I can’t. Tatty first. Yonas Finger was second. Florian Lipoitz impressive here in third place.
Oscar only. Felix Gaul. All these three young guns right here. Like these are GC guys for next year.
Uh Tobias Johansson I’ll throw into the mix. Kevin Vocalon. There’s another French superstar. Primos,
the old-timer, Ben Healey, and Ben O Connor. Yeah, 4 second lead. That’s all it is. They won’t
even let anyone get away today. Uh they got to take on the second climb now. Second climb. Kota
Valin short one just under 6 km at 4%. So it’s about as steep as the last one was. I don’t
think anyone’s going to get away. Eventually   it has to break. The rubber band will break at
some point and someone will get a chance to go. Don’t pop Believen. How’s it going? How’s
the weather for the rest? Dude, soaking wet,   dude. Who you got the bets on today? Don’t pop
Believing is our uh sports better. He says he doesn’t even watch the tour of France. Dude, I
love it. Uh he probably just he had a really good uh one a few days ago where he picked Ben Connor.
Ben Oconor to win. Dude, I don’t Why did you pick   him? I was trying to think about I actually
thought about this yesterday walking around outside doing something random and I think you
told me you saw one guy predicting Ben Oconor at 33 to1 and someone else at 120 to1. So did that
give you a good vibe like hey some guys really believe in him and others don’t. So you got a
chance of getting that dark horse win. So yeah, don’t pop believe in is our our big winner here.
Uh Ian Holmes here. Hey buddy, nearly at the finish dude. We’re getting there. We’re getting
there. But it’s going to continue on guys. Don’t   forget uh I am doing uh tour to France fam too.
We are doing tour to France fam guys. So yeah, let’s get it. I’m throwing out some hearts there,
too. I’m going to keep going. Uh whether or not I start today or just on Monday, we’ll see. Guys,
it’s going to be some awesome racing there, too. Uh, there’s a lot of rivalries right now. I think
I’m going to say it. I think there’s a lot of bad   blood from last year. I think there’s some honest
real I don’t know what to call it. There’s some tension. There’s a lot of tension uh in the ladies
tour. Rhonda’s from Southwest Ontario. Okay. I’m over in Alberta. Tony Kabaru Ru. I think Pogy has
a chest infection. So, he is just doing enough to get to Paris. Dude, probably. So I did mention
earlier Aghani Federov pulled out. He had a intestinal infection. So there is something going
around the tour. I think there’s been a lot of   sick riders, you know, and just like that’s what’s
really cool about the tour to me. Pogy hands down the best rider here at the tour. Best GC guy right
now. Imagine if he got an intestinal infection 10   days ago. His tour could have been over. Um it’s
just kind of Are you lucky? Can you fight it off? Uh guys have pulled out of the tour to France
in the past for saddle source. Like just think   about it. I I’ll make fun of it a little
bit like oo my butt hurts. I can’t do this anymore. But it’s that painful. You just can’t
do it anymore. Okay. Been some riders jumping up probably because the wet maybe the the
GC group is kind of like pulling back a   little bit. Uh they’re saying there’s 22
riders in this front group now. Again, it’s only 6 seconds. Uh they’re getting ready
to launch up this next climb. I saw Kevin Valon was there. Ben Healey, Matteo, Kevin Valon’s
probably desperate to try to get some time back. Let’s have a quick look at Kevin Vocalon over
here. We’re going to look at the GC over here. Actually, this is the better way to do it.
The screen stays darker for me. Uh, so Valon, it’s hard. He’s got to pull back two and a half
minutes. Two minutes and 15 seconds to get back to sixth place. I don’t think he can do that.
That would be very difficult today. They are on the climb though. Let’s take a look here at
the map again. Kind of show you where they’re at. Fighting their way up. There’s category
4 now, which is really not that hard for them after everything. But I’m sure this category 4
feels a lot tougher than it would uh 3 weeks ago. Yeah, they’re just Poggy’s just getting through
it. Okay, I’m glad other people are seeing it, too, because you know, uh I think Pogy’s he’s
sick. He’s tired. He’s exhausted right now. Uh if this would have happened 3 4 days ago and
then we hit the mountains, that was the way maybe Vizma could have beat him up a little bit. It just
timing didn’t work out for them. Uh, and also too, I kept thinking about it, just hoping that he gets
fatigued is really not a great race strategy. Uh, but what else can you do? He is, and again, I’m
I’ll I’ll jump to Bismar’s defense. He’s the best   rider in the world right now. What I mean, what
else can they do? And I and I do believe what Yonas said. I saw lots of comments yesterday.
There’s such a either well, all of them. Either you really like a rider or you just detest them
uh about Yonas. People like, “Oh, he’s lying. He’s lying.” He’s not lying. He’s saying what
he wants to do and what he hopes he can do. Then you get out there for the the 20th day straight
or whatever it is, and uh you realize your legs aren’t working. Um I don’t do anything what these
guys do for cycling. I do like a quarter of this, not even that. And uh yeah, you’re just destroyed
afterwards. And then you’ve got armchair people. Okay. Campon Arts pulling over again, wearing
the full arrow helmet for today. Probably just trying to keep his uh head dry. Uh looks like
he’s just getting a bike change. I think he was   grabbing his head unit there. So Tony saying, “I
saw his interview yesterday after stage and you could clearly see he is sick.” I agree. Uh Peter
here, Hershey to win. Uh Mark Hershey’s not here if that’s who you’re referring to. Uh I did see
I think he’s racing. I saw him in a lineup for a race that’s coming up. So, he’s going to be
back racing a lot soon. Uh Renzo Ae, hi sir. Is it possible Tatty is a winner? Yeah, he’s Dude,
he’s unless he crashes. Uh he’s already won the tour to France. He has a 4 minute and I think
22 second lead right now over second place. So,   he’s already won, but they still got to complete.
You got to finish the race to win it. You got to cross the finish line. Uh in the ‘9s. Oh, that’s
a nice bike rack. In the 90s, uh, when I raced, I had a Trek composite carbon fiber and it weighed
21 lbs. It still had everything modified. So, yeah, that was a lightweight bike. So, he had
a he had a carbon bike, everything modified to make it lighter, and it still weighed 21 lbs. So,
just the bikes alone, guys, like huge improvement. the clothes. Go back and take a look at Lance
in the ‘9s and his jersey is like there’s like big poofs of fabric here, like underneath the
arms. You know, mine, you can see mine’s tight   here. Uh the clothing wasn’t tight, so they’re
like they just had their jerseys flopping in the wind. Uh all the weird helmet designs. You
could I love the time trial bikes from back then. They used sometimes they call them funny
bikes. They were they had them jacked up like   this with a small wheel uh in the on the front.
Uh I love them. They weren’t that fast though. Basically back then, and I
hate to always bring it up,   the powers of EPO, guys. The powers of
EPO is what made those guys fast. Uh Brian Paulo Antonia asking, “How is Timman
doing?” I thought he was going on attack   earlier. He did win the stage yesterday,
which I’m sure you’ve seen by now. Uh, so he’s got two stage wins and a second
place at the Tour of France. This looks   like an Archa guy on the front arm
flicking a Sudal rider behind him, I believe. Let me get this figured out,
guys. They’ve got a tiny gap on the Pelon. So, let’s see what’s going on here. Ooh. Okay.
So, looks like Only’s had maybe Oscar only is in a group 40 seconds back right now. A bunch of
riders back there. Campon Arts is back there.   He did have a mechanical guys. Let me get this
figured out here. So, they’re saying right now that the main Pelaton’s up front with 96 riders.
Again, the video footage hard to interpret a lot of it because you’re just seeing one and two
riders that are 20 30 m ahead, but the Pelaton’s just so stretched out. They’re just saying it’s
one big bunch of riders. So to me on the road it   looks like they’ve got a break but they’re not
getting that time all riding single file through here. Uh so there is a big group here 30 seconds
back. Oscar only Cous Yates Velasov Camparts lot of names here. William Van Wilder Bonoot there’s
Gurant Thomas Quinn Simmons. So I’m not there is Germine. Now we see Bingham for the first time.
So Bingam’s just behind the main GC pelaton. 27 second gap. Trying to figure out
what happened there. Green Jersey is   uh 5 minutes and 30 seconds off the very
front. Arnold Dele almost 7 minutes behind now. And that’s kind of started from the
beginning of the stage. He’s just slowly   falling behind. Uh I’m going to guess he’s
probably got a stomach infection as well. Uh, Tika back again. Bonjour. Let me just catch up with Tika here.
Oh, wow. I’ve been just chatting away, haven’t I? Just chatting away. Sorry, guys. Oh, wow. Okay. Uh, only two gears on old race
bikes. One for climbing and one for road. Made of steel. The bikes back then were probably
50 pounds. They had all their equipment with them. You guys are right about that. Okay. Uh
new person here, Julius Faucet. This is the most intense tour I’ve ever seen. There was only
one stage where the Pelaton set uh sat up. Yeah, it it’s been a crazy tour. These athletes are
beyond what you can ever imagine. Uh Pogy’s winning. Props to Yonas for hanging in there with
them. I know a lot of people like, “Oh, yeah, I’ve seen jokes made about him. He’s the only
guy that can keep up with Pogy.” Uh, just think about that. So, kind of like I I was thinking
to myself, well, if you’re going to trash Yonas, then you’re trashing the entire Pelon, which I
don’t think is cool. Uh, yeah, TL, what are the thoughts on Pogy being bored with the TDF right
now? I know. Seeing another I’m seeing five riders jump off the front here. Looks like Tim Wellins is
in it. I don’t know what this is going to amount   to, guys. And it is showing up here now. Uh, five
riders off the front and there’s Tim Wellins. So, things are kind of lining up here now what I’m
seeing here. And that was a good attack and they’ve instantly got a break. Uh, going to jump
over the top of the climb here on this category 4. Drizzers, Delatree, Vanderbrook, Tim Wells, and
Oral Orelian Perry Pont at the front here, guys. 10-second gap to the pelaton. See if that even
holds at all. It’s going to keep climbing after we actually hit the top of the climb. That’s what
you got to remember about tour to Francis. These   are just categorized climbs. It doesn’t tell you
anything about the rest of the climbing out there. Uh, okay. Jeff saying the first
commercially successful internal   gear hub 1898 in England by William
Riley. They called it the hub twospeed. Julius. Yep. Pogy has started. He has had an
incredibly long season. Did all the classics. Yeah. Robertson saying not that long ago.
Rich consume most of their colors on the bike. Uh Tony here. Pogy still got wells and Race
of Leaves finishes it. Ilardi. Yeah. Ilon. Ill Lombardia is I think October 10th or the
11th. So I I’m going to say that Pogi is not doing the Valta. I think he’s going to take
that off and they’re going to send Del Toro   to it with a stack team again. Uh the depth
of that team is so huge. There’ll be riders here going to it. They’ve got other guys
to send to it. Don’t pop believing. Uh, okay. Don’t pop believing. You’re saying
profitable day yesterday. Won 2200 profit   on timing. Have some bets in today. So, hoping
it goes well. Dude, what’s your bets today? Can you tell us if if you want, you can tell us. I
know it’s your business, but I’d love to know. Yeah. Uh, Pogy’s won the tour. Joey Jojo is now
in the chat, guys. Say hi to Joey Jojo. Julius, yeah, the VA starts in three weeks, dude. starts
August 23rd. So just over three weeks. They’re   going to have I guess almost four weeks of rest
almost. Oscar only is great, dude. GC general classification. So first, second, third, fourth,
that kind of thing. Just call the GC. And yeah, don’t pop. Cool, man. Uh don’t pop’s the dude
that says he doesn’t really watch the tour. Dude,   are you going to start watching more of it? Joey
saying, “Hit the like button, bell, and share the video if you can, guys.” Thank you very much.
Bart saying, “Good hi, good morning to Joey Jojo.” Uh, trying to catch up, guys. Trying to
catch up. I know I got distracted. Uh,   and I’m going to take a look here again.
So, now we have six riders up there. Looks like Costume from Arca B&B Hotels joined
them again. It’s only a 5-second lead, guys. The the GC Pelaton is right on top of them.
And again, I think this is all the other teams. Everyone’s desperate to get something today.
Sprint points coming up in the distance. Uh, we’ve already climbed almost 1,000 meters
today. Average speed 44 km an hour. Okay. Don’t pop says I picked O’ Conor because
of his odds. Just like the big odds on him. Yeah, dude. I was kind of thinking cuz I think you
told me one guy said 33 to1 on Connor and then   someone else said 120 to1 on Connor which I
think that’s what you bet on. Uh I thought that big spread that maybe you looked at
it and you went oh this maybe this guy’s really knowledgeable or knows something about
Okconor cuz 33 to1 is not that bad. Uh and you got it in the 120 to1. That that was going
through my head. I could be totally wrong. Uh, Julius, stage hunters can chill for a few
days and target a win. Dude, they’ve got two   days left. It’s got to be today. If you want
to win a stage, it’s today or tomorrow. Uh, and the parade day is no longer a parade. It’s
going to be an allout attack tomorrow. Uh,   the GC will be uh over today. I don’t know
if it’ll ever be contested again on 21 unless they change the tour again. So, if you’re new to
cycling, uh, 21 stages. Tour is always 21 stages. modern tour. I looked up one a while back.
It was 29 stages. Uh I think in the 30s, maybe the 40s. Remember the tour got shut down.
They did run a tour in 1939. Uh right before the outbreak of World War II, World War II started
September 1, 1939. So they would have ran the tour and then 3 months later they’re at war. Uh the
tour didn’t come back till 1947. But there were some stages tours that had way way more stages
and some that had way less like nine uh where was I going with that? I don’t know. Just lost my
thought. Oh yeah, stage hunters. So basically the tour is decided on day 20. Whoever’s leading at
day 20, okay, you won the tour. Tada. That’s it. Uh, and I think even recently there was
a a tour where Michael Landa, Ma Landa, uh, was second overall by just a handful of
seconds. I’ll have to look back and check that out. And they were worried like, is he going
to attack on the final stage? Because you think, well, I’m going to fight for it. tradition is if
you’re leading on stage 20, day 21, which was a parade day in the past, um, you’ve already won.
You we kind of know who the winners the night before. I think they’re trying to change that
now. They want it to be a race all the way. The   problem this year is Pogy’s got such a big lead,
it’s not going to change on the last eight. Okay, Fred, does Pogy go for five and quit?
tied with the best or is his goal six? Uh, does he care to lead in total stages in yellow? I
wondered about all all two. I mean, uh, 35 stages to tie Mark Cavendish. That would probably take a
couple more years of winning. Does he want to get   five? Exactly. Tied with McGill and Bernard. Uh,
I think Eddie Mks has got five. Lance had seven, but under the circumstances that changed. Yeah.
I don’t know what drives him. I You know what? I think he’s already kind of so done with it. Yeah.
Maybe he Who knows? Who knows? It’s kind of a strange world. What he needs is a good two weeks
sitting at home doing nothing. Like honestly, he   needs to go home and do nothing for two weeks and
get get his mojo back. I think uh if you’re bored doing what you love, you’re going to probably quit
soon. Actually, pouring again on course. Pouring. And I’m looking at it here. Looks like we got it’s
showing me three riders there. Do we got three?   We got three riders. Cost you, Tim Wells, and
Jorgensson. Oo, Jorgensson. I hope you are uh on good form today. Hope he’s on good form. 16-second
gap, guys. Uh yeah, they are being really uh careful looking after this little breakaway. Uh
don’t pop. Big wins today would be Mark Solair or Michael Store. Have some other guys, but that
would be the best. I could see maybe Michael Store getting away in a break opportunity.
Mark Solair is more of a climber, so it’ be   very tough for him, but dude, you never know.
That’s the fun fun of doing these bets, right? And I I’m going to look into it for the VA. I’m
going to look at some uh sports betting. Not that we condone that around here, guys. Just
just kidding. Pogy has been smashing it from Milan Sano. Yonas came to the tour with fresh.
Exactly. Julius, you’re right. James Anderson, dude, thank you so much. Uh James been kicking
around here for quite a while now, too. Colin cycling commentary. Thanks for all you do. Uh
this cycling community here on your channel.   Let’s all support Colins. Welldeserved. Thanks
guys. Thank you James very much. Coffee time. I was going to tell you too yesterday uh was
the first time that my voice actually felt a bit sore in the afternoon. I was kind of like
okay my voice is hurting a little bit. First time 19 days in and uh Joey Jojo will tell you
that once I start talking I it doesn’t stop. It just kind of just all comes out. She
has to deal with all my Did you know this   that in 1953 this happened at the tour and
it’s in one ear and out the other. Uh Jeff, the rolling hills make it good for generalists
to break away. Yeah, generalist. Uh Grant Thomas, I could see Quinn getting into this one. I think
Grant Thomas now he doesn’t have anything else to prove. He’s won a tour to France back
in 2018. He’s been in the tour forever.   I think he just wants to get to the finish and
enjoy it. Like every day is going to be like, “Well, this is the last time I’ll ever do stage 20
of the tour to France.” Two days ago, it was like,   “This is the last time I’ll ever do stage 18 of
the Tour to France.” Uh, he does have a podcast that he does. So, what’s he going to do next?
Wind speed right now, I I mentioned earlier, it’s virtually zero. It’s 3 km an hour winds out there.
Uh, it’s not cold, but it is pouring rain on them. It looks like guys are still trying to get
off the front. So, we got our three here. More riders are trying to jump up away from the main
pelon. Maybe it’s finally starting to crack now,   guys. I think it’s just starting to
crack. How long we’ve been going for, guys? We’re 52.3 km in to the race right now.
About 132 remaining. And I think they’re just letting guys get away now. I think the GC
is saying that’s enough. Let some dudes go. And I’m thinking it’s Total Energy Riders
here. Hard to tell. There’s still a lot of rain capes on right now. Yeah, a couple more
guys trying to get off the front. Pelaton’s really stretched out. Uh yeah, James, thank
you so much, dude. Really appreciate it. Yeah, Pogy can take it easy now. Uh but he needs
a well-deserved rest after this. I think he’ll   vanish for a week anyways. Uh head back to
Slovenia. I actually heard that I there used to be a guy I used to follow on here and if you
guys know him, I’d love for you to say you did.   Uh kind of the channel that got me back into
cycling, Cycling Maven. Love the dude. I still have his t-shirt. Uh it’s tucked away over here.
And uh he he started going to like Slovenia, Croatia. They do a lot of like boat tours
and cycling tours there. It looks fantastic. Uh, Uncle Matty saying he’s got a breakaway uh,
pick for today. Too many teams I want. His pick today is Alfa Phippe, but not very confident. Also
cheering on Woodsy. Michael Woods from Canada. Uh, I thought I was caught up. Thought I was
caught. I thought I was caught up, guys. Uh, okay. I I think I’m just going to have
to go here. Okay, that’s Maddie again.   Uh Renzo’s cheering on Pogy, dude. Pogy.
Poggy’s won it. He’s had it a long time now. Someone’s saying Haguita to win. Uh and cheering
on Hershey. Well, Hershey’s on Tudor, guys. I just want to show you something here quickly. Uh and
if we go to Tudor here. Sorry guys. He is Tudor, I believe. I think he was on UAE. Okay, I got to
log in again. Okay, there we go. Let me get the teams going, guys. Teams. Tou. Mark Hershey is not
at this tour. Oh, he is at this tour. Wow. Okay, my mistake, guys. He is at this tour. So, whoever
that is, you are 100% correct. He is at this tour.   I haven’t seen him yet this tour. I have not
seen him. So, it’s uh let’s give this guy a shout out cuz he’s absolutely correct. It looks
like Looks like his name is Peter B. Hershey or   Higguitta to win. Hope the break goes, dude. Me,
too. I hope the break goes. I’ve seen so little of Mark Hershey this tour. Uh a lot different. What
would it have been four or five years ago? He was absolutely on fire. Uh Jr. here from Lafia. Hi
all. Pogy is tired. So is Jonas. Yeah, they’re both tired. Jonas, I should say. Yeah. Swoosh kid.
Mark Hershey here. He just hasn’t done anything. Exactly. And that’s the whole point about today’s
stages, guys. Some of these teams I said earlier, and it sounds terrible when you say it, they’ve
done nothing. Dude, they’re riding the tour to   France, right? So, I’m Yeah, I don’t like saying
it all out, but some of these teams haven’t done anything or some of the riders, they’re they’re
they want to show off. They want to show the   team. So, today’s the day. So, dude, uh yeah,
Mark Hershey, let’s cheer for him now since he called him out. Uh Tony’s cheering for Vout
Vanart. I picked Vout to win tomorrow. That’s a good one. Those three final ascents up that uh
cobbled section, it’s a 1 km section. uh it’s all cobbled 1 km climb they do it three times before
the finish that’s what’s going to destroy the sprinters tomorrow so in that case it needs like
a long range sprinter about and if we had Machu Vanderpool here that would have been perfect
for him fortunately Machu is not here anymore saying Quinn yeah it’ be great if Quinn wins I’d
love to see him win a stage he’s spent more time   on the front than any other cyclist this That’s
just my, you know, what I’ve seen on screen, but he has Julius saying too. Uh, Quinn has been
the best rider to not win stage. Exactly. 100%, dude. Dawn, I think Pogy’s health isn’t
at 100. He’s just hanging on to Paris, not going for any more stage wins. Yeah, I I
agree. I think he’s mentally fatigued, physically fatigued. Uh, probably nursing something and
they don’t want you to know anything about it.   Joey Jojo. I’m number one according to Joey
Jojo here. How I thought it would have been like a one with his two zeros behind it
or something, but thank you Joey Jojo. Uh Sean’s asking, “Do you think Pogy would
have won Rubé if he hadn’t crashed?” I’m   a big Vanderpool fan, but that slight
question mark still lingers for me. I think uh explosive power. I don’t think Pogy
has what Machu has like on a flat. On an uphill is different. They finish in the bell drum. Okay,
team picnic here. We’re going to good weather. We’re going to good weather after 88 km. So,
they’re telling their guys just to hang on. Like, guys, we’re going to be out of this crappy
weather soon. Uh and I look at it too, uh Sean, Peru Bay is all about bike handling, too. Uh it’s
not one where you have to worry if a guy crashes, you just keep going. Like it’s not like the tour
to France where oo uh my main competitor crashed is having a mechanical I better slow down a
bit. It’s full guns the whole time. It’s a   classic spring classic. It’s a monument. Uh five
monuments guys that are like on every rider’s list to participate in. Uh, so I would say that yeah,
like I find when I’ve watched Pogy at the Cobbles, even though he’s incredible, his bike handling
skills on the cobbles are nowhere near what Machu Vanderpool can do. Um, coming from his
cyclacross background, and that is not against   Pogy. That’s probably against everyone compared
to Machu Vanderpool. Uh, yeah, he could win it. He definitely could if he would have stayed up
right there. Uh, I just think on the Dome sprint,   maybe Machu had more. I don’t think Matchu would
have let it get that close, though. Uh, but it was a really good race. Uh, don’t pop believe.
We got new cycling fans here, guys. We got new fans. He said he never watches the tour to France.
Yeah, I’m going to start watching more. Definitely   entertain with your commentary as well, dude.
Love it. Jackamo Devalt has a few stages close to my home and I might go. Who are going to be the
strongest riders there, dude? Uh, I’m going to be digging into that right after this and I will be
live streaming every day. Every day. I still need to see the full riders lineups. Uh sometimes
you can’t even see who’s there until the day before. I’m hoping they do a writer presentation
as well. So for the tour uh tour to France, I did do a writer’s presentation video just so
I could know exactly who was going to be there. Uh Don, I wonder if Jaw Okay, so people
cheering for Benny and Grant again. Uh I wonder if Jao will be healed up for the welta
and if one Auso will be riding it too alongside with that would be a team. I think Jiao will be
ready. Uh and if Auso maybe he’s had, you know, some talks with the team. We need you to be a
team player here. You can be a team leader. We just need to see how it works out. That would
be a lethal team with those three riders. Uh 1939. And this is Joey Jo 1939 just a while back.
He says, “Yeah, whatever. Close enough.” Yeah, Robert Almeida Auso Del Toro. Uh, it
was Arietta who won yesterday. Oh, Arietta won yesterday. Okay, good to know. UAE
is crazy stack with talent. Cash money, baby. Cash money. Oil money. I love it. Uh, look at this
dude here. Sultan Montano. I am new to this. Who is leading and how do you win the tour to France?
Dude, you got to have the the it’s a stage race,   21 stages. You have to have the lowest elapse
time overall across 21 stages. So, every day is a new race against your competitors. Different
formats, different uh could be a flat, could be a time trial, could be hilly, could be a mountain
climb. They take your your times every day. Whoever has the lowest time overall wins the race.
Welcome aboard. Love to have new people here. Uh, that’s right, Don. I believe I heard that the
winner of the 2024 Turf feed won by 4 seconds. That’s right. That is right. Stage three, it
all went sideways for Demi Volering. She had a crash in yellow, guys. I’m I’m going to bring
this up cuz it starts today in yellow jersey on stage three. She crashes coming out of a weird
roundabout. like it was poorly designed by the tour. She actually got hit by one of her teammates
and she the her teammate stayed up her teammate kind of pinalled off her stayed upright. Dami
goes down hard. Uh she still has she was like in a yellow bib. Um kind of like a a one piece
like more like a aime trial vest bib and shorts I guess. Uh I don’t even have those anymore. I
should have bought one. And she still owns it cuz she showed it on a video just a few days
ago. She went down and her team left her. It was 6 and 12 km to the finish. So, it was already
on. Now, one of her teammates did win that day, so there was a lot of craziness. Uh they have
seven riders in their teams at the FMS. The team car was right there to give her a bike
change if she needed. I don’t think she did   take a bike change. Uh so they wouldn’t know what
was going on with her. Everyone just attacked uh including all of her competitors. And yeah, she
lost the tour that day. So yellow jersey was given to someone else. Demi won the final stage going up
Alz, the most iconic climb at the tour to France, and she ended up pulling back well
over a minute down to 4 seconds. So,   and what’s crazy about that, I just read that
this morning, too. Uh I always say the closest win ever. I’ve said it in this video, guys, and
I’m totally wrong. I’m totally wrong. I said just   a few days ago the the smallest margin ever was
8 seconds. No, it wasn’t. That was for the men. The ladies 4 seconds. So, really good racing.
Get into it, guys. Starts today. Uh, so I’m going to follow all of that as well. Uh, okay.
I got to back up here, guys. I just lost track. Okay. Yeah. So, uh, Don, good point.
Gave me a good talking point there. Uh,   Michael Ivonne Ferrer Cardinius. This guy’s been
here. Peter Sagan is so tired of cycling that he retired. Yeah, dude. It’s been It’s only been a
couple years. Uh, Peter Sagan was awesome, guys. If you go back, watch videos. 20145. I think that
was the heyday of Sagan. Uh, yeah, he was awesome. Jacquon Catil, first five-time winner. Uh,
late 50s, early 60s. That’s right. Clarence Mendoza. Can I know who’s in the top 10? Okay,
guys. See if we can remember this. Pogy Yonas Leipoitz Oscar only. Felix Gaul. Sixth place is
Tobiio Tobias Johansson. Seventh place is Oh, I’ve lost Kevin Valong. Eighth place is Primos
Rodlick. Ninth is Ben Healey. 10th is Ben Oconor. Boom. Boom. There you go. Top of my head. Uh,
Sultan, people are asking who is in the top 10 because people in the Philippines are betting
for Matteo to hit top 10. Really? So, they want   Matteo Jorgensson to get into the top 10 like
overall. Okay. Well, let’s take a look at that, guys. Uh, I think Matteo’s got some work to do.
Matteo has some work to do. This is the GC. Uh, you can see it on screen here right now, guys.
Does anyone know where Matteo is right now? Um, oh wow, that that’s going to be I think he’s
lost a lot of time, but I don’t see his name here right now. I I might have scrolled over him, guys.
Let me get back to the stage here. I want to see   what’s going on. Three rider. Okay, so Matteo
is still at the front. So, like I said earlier, I’m hoping he makes it stick today. Oh, right
here. He’s 20th place overall. So, guys, uh he’s an hour and 35 minutes back. he would
need to gain like an hour on 10th place. You can see that right here. Now, we’re going to jump back
here. He’s an hour and 35 behind. Uh Ben O Connor is 35 minutes behind. He would need to take an
hour out of Ben Oconor to jump up into 10th place. Uh you guys let me know what do you think the
chances are of that happening. Just let me know uh as I scroll through here. Oh, Renzo. Uh,
Matteo Jorgensson is Does that say 500 to one odds or 50 to1 odds? I mean, if it’s 500, I
would I would take that bet. Just throw a couple dollars in. Throw 10 bucks in. Uh, because it is
the kind of stage he could win, but to get into the top 10 of the tour to France. Yeah. So,
that’s what like what do you mean? Top 10 GC. Yeah. Robert uh Merks515. That’s right. In guys,
I want to point this out. Whatever the era was, Big Mig time trial master. Uh if you want to see a
cool video, uh just go back to I don’t know if it was 93 or 94, Tour to France, uh when Big Mig just
blows past Lance Armstrong. And you can see Lance talking. He’s like, “Who is this guy?” like he’s
passing me on the flats doing 57 58k an hour. Uh when you see him pass Lance. Okay. Uh team RTO
guys, what do we got here? It is getting sunny out now. I can see the clouds disappearing. Okay.
Uh 10 seconds for the counter. 20 to the Pelaton. So Frank, maybe you can have a word with Jagat
and tell him he is not welcome. Ooh, listen to   that. That’s from Team Picnic. I’m going to figure
that out. So talking to Frank Vandenbrook there uh and they’re saying have a talk with Jordan
Jagat who I think is Total Energies that he’s not welcome in the group. There it is sunny out
now. Sprint point’s coming up guys. Sprint point is coming up. Here it is right here. This second
group. So team post picnic post NL is talking to Frank Vandenbrook here saying Frank maybe you
can have a ward with this guy Jordan Jagati   that he’s not welcome up here 11th overall guys
11th place right here so they don’t want him up here for some reason uh back to the chat
uh Rhonda saying Pogy says he’s going on vacation he lives in Monaco so wonder where you
go yeah exactly where do you go on vacation from   Monaco tough life. Yeah. So, back to Indere. So,
Merks won five, Ankatil won five, Eno won five, Lance won seven, but you know, Indrain
still has his five. He won all five in a row back to back to back to back to back.
Uh, five can. It’s going to be hard for Pogy to do that. I think I brought that up
a few days ago. He would have more wins,   but he wouldn’t have five in a row. That’s
one record that no one else has right now. Uh ah Peter B saying, “Yeah, you ain’t seen him so
far. He’s saving it off today.” Good catch on that, Peter. I was totally wrong. I thought
Hershey was away because I’ve seen him in   signups for other races that are coming up right
away. There’s so much racing coming in August, guys. It’s insane. There’s like we multi-stage
races all over the place in August. Um I think a lot of people, probably including myself, kind
of forget they’re still racing, but they are.   They race right up to October.
The last monument is in October. And I haven’t even had a cookie yet. Haven’t
even had any cookies. Uh 13 riders in that front group now, which is Jagat, the guy that’s
not welcome there. Jorgensson, Gregoire, who’s had a good early season. 36 here. Harry
Sweeney, Tim Wellins, Velasco, Frank Vanderbrook, Anhorn, Costu, Kaden Groves in the mix. Okay, that
number is going to be bouncing around everywhere. It’s only 18 seconds. I’ve never seen the Pelaton
so far. I think this tour stick this close to the breakaways up front. They do not want it to
go away. What happens here after the sprint point? It’s going to be generally downhill after
the sprint point for quite a while before we hit   our category 2 climb. The Kote Deessi 3.6 km more
of a wallless one short but almost 9% gradient. Okay, let me get caught up, guys. JR say Mark
Hershey is just with the GC group right now. Um, okay. Jakamo probably only resides
legally there for fiscal shenanigans. Yeah, there’s so many guys that have like apartments
there. uh probably hang out a few days a year,   avoid taxes, and but there she’s right too. Uh
there is a lot of cyclist to live there. It’s perfect for training. Uh heading out
of Nice there. Oh, we’re looking back in 2017 here. Chaos on the climbs. Chris
Froom would have still been around, guys. Just watching here. So, in the same
area, we started in Nanua in 2017. Uh, let me get back over here, guys. Just
watch. Oh, guys going off the road here. The jerseys are all different, too. So,
I don’t even know who I’m looking at. Um, travels with Tony. MD MVDP has won 12 or 13
monuments, and that doesn’t even touch the Cyclacross Chops. Yeah, exactly. Like, I would say
take any of these cyclists outside of out and say, “Guys, let’s go cyclross racing.” He would
look them make he would make them look foolish,   I think. Oh yeah, that crash there. Oh, that
was a terrible one. I think that was the Richie Port crash. I think Yeah, remember Richie
crashed. I think he broke his hip on that   corner. And looking at the finish here,
green jersey. Oo, that’s a tight finish. Who is that? Oh, that was that Sax
still that Warren Bar one back then. and the green jersey. Oh, it’s Rioberto. Some
reason Rigberto or was in the green jersey in that race 2017 at least it was a green jersey. Maybe it
was Cannondale at the time. I can’t remember. Um yeah, guys remember there’s different riders.
There’s Pogy riders, there’s climbers, there’s   time trial, MVDP, uh, hardman, cyclcross
racer, bike handling skills, extreme. Uh, Uncle Maddie, what was the reason for
shortening the course? Yeah, it was 129K, shortened down to 93K. They were avoiding an
area in the Alps there where Swiss farmers had their cattle herds called. Um, and the
farmers, they said the farmers were distressed, which to me means they were going to be out
on the roads protesting, really mad. Uh, generally when they have these contagious
diseases, some dude 5 miles away might have   it in his herd. You know, the guy, they come
and they call your herd just in case. Uh, Rhonda MVTP owns the Rube. He’s
literally built for it. Yeah, totally. Yeah, like take any riders. Who do I think’s going
to stay upright on the cobbles on in the dirt and the mud? It’s it’s Machu. Everyone else is going
to crash. And that’s like we talked earlier, Pogy has the horsepower. He has the engine
to win Rube, but his bike handling skills are probably so it’s almost hard to say that his
bike handling skills are probably so much below u MV Machu Bandpool’s bike handling skills
and that’s all I’m comparing is bike handling   skills. Uh that kind of is almost shocking to say
that aloud. Bright and sunny now guys. Bright and sunny. 13 riders in the league group according to
Jagat. I wonder if him and Jagat uh and Frank have had their little discussion yet. What was said?
I could see it now. Frank pulls over to him. Hey, Jordan, dude. Sorry, man. Uh, bosses are
saying you’re not supposed to be with us,   so they probably get along good. The team
radio makes it seem so horrible. We don’t want him there. That means, you know, stick
something between his forks on his bike. Uh, Robert saying Pogy looks heavy. You
think? I’d have to see that closer. Just getting uh JR talking uncle. There
was some cow disease or farmers asked for   race not coming their way. Yeah, that’s
what I thought too. But they did say they called the cattle herds. Anna’s in
the mix now. Greetings to everyone. Uh laughed this morning when I read who is number
one today. Ficacia ficasha bread sagon the wheelie master. Yeah, exactly. Who was it I saw guys?
Uh and again just because I’ve been following uh watching a lot of women stuff trying to
get all caught up as to who’s who right now.   Uh I think it was Puck Peters. It looks like
Peter Z. It’s Peters. Uh climber. Uh yeah, she’s really good at doing wheelies,
too. She’s doing the wheelies just   like Sagan does. I think you know you got to
realize how long they spend on their bike. Uh Matteo’s 20th. That’s right. Hour and
35 back. Sepus sitting in 14th. Yeah,   you always kind of miss these riders that are
just outside the top 10. They’re right there, but you just don’t and I and I do like
to look at those battles. Okay. Uh 13 riders in the front. Okay. So, they’re
letting these guys go a little bit,   but still it’s only a 27 second gap. Sprint
point is coming up, guys. I think the sprint’s at 72.9 km today. I think that’s what I read. Uh,
there’s the code. There’s the code. 72.3 km. So, we’re getting there right now. Let’s take a look
here. We’re right on it. So, the front group of 13 is going to take all the sprint points. Who here
is important towards the sprint classification? Uh Kaden Groves is probably the highest placed
I would guess, but he’s way down the list. So all the sprint points will be gone, I think, uh by
the time Yeah, they’re all gone. The green jersey group’s way back here at this rate. The green
jersey group’s going to get no points today. Pop that back there. 5K to go here. 1349. Yeah. So
I’m four minutes behind. So we’re getting there. We are getting there, folks. Uh right there. Robert said it. Thanks,
Robert. Puck Peters, Cyclacross Monster. Who’s first? Okay, so we got Goblin
Warrior here. Brand new dude. Pogy   today. Pagacha is in first place.
Will win the tour to France tomorrow. Uh, Uncle Matt and do you think Pogy and Vingo
go waited too long to attack on a few climbs they   could have caught? Yeah, there was times like
uh in yesterday’s stage uh is a perfect example that Aeronman’s up the road, Pogy would sit on the
front. Yonas did not give him any help. He’s like, “Nope, you’re doing all the work. I’m not doing
anything.” And I think that was only because in   their minds, they still had this theory that
Pogy was going to like just crumble out there. You’re talking about the number one cyclist in
the world. He’s probably not going to crumble. So, they were just hoping to tire him out.
So, yeah, they just sat and waited. Uh,   their speed was going. You saw me yesterday, Mr.
Superb Biased. I want the breakaway to win every time. I want the breakaway every time. Uh, I
actually thought he didn’t get it cuz I was watching on video and I had it on bike terror at
the same time. And the closing speed was so fast. So yeah, first place is Pogy. Puck is Cyclross. I
didn’t know she was that involved in Cyclacross, so I’ll have to look that up. Orin Katakutan,
who’s your top 10, guys? Top 10 for the stage. Okay, so yeah, it’s showing them just sweeping
up all the green jersey points. They just rolled   across there, guys. No one’s even interested
in this group. Milan’s probably like, “Well, I’ve already got the green jersey.”
Uh, Pogy got no points there. Let’s   take a look at the green jersey for now. So,
Jonathan Milan has it. 352 over. Yeah. So, I think he will maintain it cuz at first we were
saying that Pogy might get three jerseys. Uh, that’s a big gap. Now, there’ll be 20 points
at the finish. I can show you guys that here,   too. Let me just jump out of here. So, if you go
to uh I’d have to jump out of here. I’ll look at the sporting stakes later. So, there would have
been 20 points there. There’ll be 20 points at the finish as well. So, there’ll be two more sprint
points tomorrow. I think Milan has an 80 point lead on Pogy right now. So, that jersey is his.
He’ll be standing on the podium at the finish. Bronx, New York, locked in. This is Brian. Uh
Brian Carlos. Brian, are you Carlos? If you’re in New York, you might be. people there don’t have
cars. Some of them don’t. I’d love to know. Uh, picnic right at the front. A little guy but with
a very air position. Saving watts every pedal   stroke. Okay, let me see who that is. The picnic
guy. Oh, that’s probably Frank Vandenbrook. This guy. 46th place overall. They don’t want Jagat
there. They told him he needs to not be there. Come on. It’s a good morning. Everyone’s
working. The gap will go out. Go, go, go. Okay, so they’re cheering. Who are they talking
to there? Uh trying to see if Alipe’s up here. He’s not. They were talking to someone they
actually called Jojo. Maybe that’s Jorgensson. Guys, I’m going to just jump back.
I want to see who was talking there.   They want everyone to go now. They think
the break’s going to go. Might have missed that radio. Going to see if I can catch
this again. Now I got to go live again. So, they think now is the time for the break to
go. It’s 31 seconds. See if I can catch us over   here again. I might have missed it alto together.
Uh, if I see it out of the corner, I’ll let you know. Yeah, sick cows plus there was a concern
for health of riders and spectators. A no-brainer, people. Uh, this is Ann Allen. An’s been here
before. Ryan Villaas, who’s first pogy overall today is just doing the whole rotate. They’re
just trying to set up the uh sprint now. Yeah, Brian here. Brian Carlos say Milanos lock. Yeah,
looks like he’s got an 80 point lead. Uh Brian,   so good point. Uh Fred Vice, I always thought
if Lance would have quit at five straight, tying McGill and gotten out of the sport, he might
have escaped. Exactly. But putting up straight looked very suspect. Well, we were watching
something Stop at Nothing just a few days ago. I made Joey Jojo watch it with me. really good
documentary. It’s free to watch on YouTube. Uh I don’t think there’s any region restrictions on
it. It’s a great documentary about all the crazy stuff he did. Uh yeah, Joey didn’t know or she’d
forgotten that Lance retired, vanished, and then he came back. And that’s where people started
looking harder again. Okay. Yeah, the picnic guy is talking to the Aana guy here. I don’t know
what he’s doing. He’s wearing the picnic guy is   wearing a full arrow helmet, too. So, trying to
stay dry with the arrow helmet. Sunny out now. Okay. So, Brian does have a car. Awesome, Brian.
Uh, I’m glad you listened. Uh, okay. How much longer do you think the race will be? Couple
hours. Don’t pop believing. Yeah, dude. I think   it’s only scheduled for 4 hours today and so it
started at noon in Europe and it was supposed to end by I think 4 hours later. So wherever we’re
at right now I’ll have to dig into that. Maybe someone else can. Uh Fred even at seven he was
getting away with it. It was the comeback that got him. Bingo Robert, you got it. He said right
there directly when he came back I think they started looking at him again and those comeback
years there needs to be a book written about that   in detail. The fights that he had with Conidor
were insane. They were on team Aana together. Uh Conidor Armstrong and I think they hated each
other. Uh oh it’s 30 at the finish today. Really? Okay dude. I’m going to check that out here. I
want to just take a look at the schedule. Get   ready for brightness. Uh, we’re going to look at
the route today. Pontarier. Let’s just do this quick, guys. Here’s the sporting stakes. You’re
right, dude. It changed today. So, we had 20 at the show de Braum brief. That’s gone. No one
in the green jersey hunt got points there. Uh, today they do have 30 points. So, they’re giving
the the sprinter something to go for today. Again,   Milan has an 80 point lead uh over Tatty at this
point. So, obviously, he can’t take it back yet. So Milan’s got it tied up. Thank you, Brian Carlos
from the Bronx. Uh Robertson, easy to forget that Lance first won in 99, the Tour of Redemption
after half the teams quit. That’s right. Cars found full of drugs. Tour almost ended in ’98.
Yeah, if you go back to that tour and there was teams pulling out all the time. I think all of
the Spanish teams pulled out. Uh multiple teams will go out and just, yeah, we’re done. We’re out.
We’re not being subjected to all this treatment. France was really cracking down on the uh
drugs. They take it very seriously back then too. They said there was two speeds at the tour to
France. There was the French rider speed and then there was the rest of the world speed because the
French they were more more investigation in their country. Uh I think it was kind of like they’d
show up at your door at any time if you lived   in France as a French rider to see what you were
doing and raid your house. Uh, Slide Drexler’s back. This is where Yonas will make his move. He’s
gonna be in the breakaway group and finish solo. He will gain five minutes and 33 seconds on Tatty.
Dude, that’s so good. That is so good. I love it. I love that one. So good. Good prediction, dude.
I’m going to give you uh 1 million to one odds on that. So, uh, don’t pop believing. You better get
some new bets in. Uh, Slide Drexler has the inside scoop here. Uh, Robert, even easier to forget that
third place in 98 was an American. Bobby Julik. Was that Bobby Julik? And I would probably only
know that, Robert, because I’ve just listened to an entire book about it. Uh, Brian Carlos, in my
country, they say two bulls can’t rain in one pen. Uh, it would be hard. Yeah, it is. But dude,
that’s what’s going on. Like UAE now right   now has so many superstars. It’s crazy.
JR Lafia recently watched a podcast with Vladich Vladev. Sorry, I know his name.
Vladesh Echimov. Uh like total Soviet era powerhouse time trialist. Uh who
rode with Lance. He’s saying right here who rode with Lance back in the
days and was a good friend to Lance. Uh, Lance couldn’t stand bullying, so he made
many enemies and it finally caught him. Dude, from everything I’ve read, Lance was the bully
out there. Like basically yelling at people,   swearing at them. Anyone that tried
to talk openly about uh drug usage, Lance would like try to get
them out of the tour. But dude,   what was the podcast with Echimov? I’d love to
hear that. That guy was like just a powerhouse. slide. It’s going to happen. Visma support car
will run over Tatty today. I saw something crazy uh on YouTube randomly yesterday. I think
it was the 2023 uh Tur to France fems. Long pause. There was a team car inside
the Pelaton. Uh so just think about that. So when you see the big group of Pel, let’s
look at the Pelaton today. The Pelaton right   now has 95 riders. This Pelaton that at the
FE’s tour had at least that. There was a team car stacked with all their bikes and they were
trying to squeeze their way through the Pelaton.   It was so dangerous. I hope that driver got
fined into oblivion. Uh they were trying to get past the riders. The climb was starting so
all the riders are trying to get into position. The car was driving with its left wheels in the
grass and then there’s spectators standing on the   lefth hand side of the road, too. It’s like, dude,
that’s not a $500 500 Swiss Frank vine. That’s like a 100,000 Swiss Frank fine. So dangerous.
I don’t know who it was or who the team was, but unbelievable. That was from two years ago. Uh so
yeah, dude, let me know which podcast that is. Uh, Vizma is going to come on the comeback here for
slide. The Danish Dynamo has been defeated. Yes, he has been. I agree with that. And Allen, Yep,
Lance called it off at 2005. People think he could have missed at the turmoil coming back in 2009
was absolute dune. Yeah, it was. He should have just stayed retired. He probably just could have
skated away, guys. Still 13 riders at the front. One second back to uh Brett Van Moore here. Brent
Van Moore and Watson. Samuel Watson. First real strong showing for Samuel here. He’s probably
trying to get out there and get on camera,   get up into the move. I’m looking at Mororrow
Schmidt here and he might have had a crash. Hard to tell. His number is completely
torn off his back. It’s like in tatters   hanging off him right now. Just trying to
see if he’s actually got any torn jersey. Yeah, his number is actually ripped in
half. So maybe it just fell off him. Uh, don’t pop me. Yeah, I’ll put
a few bucks on a million to one. Renzo’s cheering for Tatty. Uh, as you can see, oh, they’ve got one plan. They got plan A and no
plan B. All in for Pogy. Yeah, Fred’s saying here, “Lancer is brutal on his assault on anyone
who stood in his way.” Yeah, like basically he would threaten people. Um, guys, just go watch the
videos. I I don’t want to trash him cuz I for some reason I still like the guy. Uh, I don’t think
I’m really going to watch his YouTube channel that   much. Uh, it’s just too much going on. He stole my
hairstyle. Someone said that a few days ago. Uh, except he’s gray. Actually, he’s he’s like he’s
he’s going to be that dude who’s going to have   solid white hair. Uh, and that’s okay. Oh, JR, it
is in Russian, but probably you can watch it with Se. Yeah, I can try that. Also, I think uh Lafia,
I think there’s a lot of Russian speakers there, isn’t there? J.R., let me know about that.
I was doing some research on that. Um,   Latafia right against the uh Russian border there.
I think maybe that’s Lithuania, maybe Estonia. Lance was even more brutal on those
VPO. Yes indeed. Yes indeed. Well guys, if you haven’t seen the video, you’ll find out in
the first 10 minutes that uh and this is good for   don’t pop believing here. Uh Lance talked to dudes
and you’ll see it at the very beginning. It was a race in the States. He said, “Hey guys, we’re
going to make a deal. You’re not going to race   against me.” And the main dude that won this race
every year, an American, I believe he’s American, like he lived in Philadelphia where this race was.
He goes, “That was my race. I won it every year.” He said he didn’t want to, but his whole team was
like, “Don’t race against Lance.” Lance won. Won some special Triple Crown. Won a million dollars
in the early 90s. He showed up and gave that guy $100,000 that night. You can watch it on
YouTube. It’s all there. So, basically, they rigged that race. Uh, don’t pop believing. That
doesn’t go over well in sports, does it? Fully rigged. Uh the the future for Red Bull is Lipo and
Palisan. Okay, I’ll have to look him up. Uh oh, guys. Chatty, chatty chatty. Everything else is
still saying the same right now, guys. 13 riders at the front. Uh we are slowly descending now.
Brent Van Moore, Sam Watson, Pelaton here. So, they’re letting these guys go now. Uh they’re out
to about a minute and 30 seconds. Not a huge gap, though. They’ll they can bring this back anytime
they want. The teams just got to get on the front and start working together. Uh behind the Pelaton,
we’ve got 17 drop riders out of this group. I’m sure they’ll be able to get back on at some
point here. Probably right before the start of   the next climb. There’s actually quite a bit of a
downhill. Uh some of the good descenders will just jump right back on the Green Jersey Group. They’re
almost 12 minutes behind the front end. And Arnold Dele, wow, three lotto riders back here. Uh,
Sephoa went back to assist Griyard with Deli. So, I think DeLe is really struggling here. I’m
gonna have a little quick lead here. It just   shows up now. Perfect timing. Look at this. Uh,
two new teammates with Dele. Uh, doesn’t give any reason why he’s back there. Sometimes it’ll
say, you know, he suffered this. He fell over. Someone’s asking here if Milan secures green
jersey. I think he secured the green jersey. Is it true that if Pogy doesn’t finish in the
top eight today, Milan secures the green jersey?   I think that’s already confirmed. I think I
would say if Pogy would won today, I don’t think he can take the green jersey now because
there’s 30 points today. They’re separated by I   think at least 80 points. Uh it all depends what’s
available for points tomorrow. Well, there could be 50 points tomorrow. There could be a sprint
point of 20 and there could be 30 on the shams. Uh but mathemat Yeah, it’s got to be secured. Uh Inas
got fined in the tarans for hitting someone. Yeah, that’s right. Uh a few days ago, well actually
about 10 days ago now, uh a spectator got in the way of one of the cars or vice versa and I think
they were fined almost €5,000 I believe it was. Uh, okay. Cruising along here, guys.
Cruising along. I have no idea what we got for people in here right now.
Just going to have a quick browse,   guys. Hang on with me. Wow. Awesome stuff.
We still got 300 people in here, guys. Uh, please like the video if you can. Uh, and please
join me for all the races that are coming up.   I’m just going to keep powering through, guys.
Powering through. Going to make this happen. Uh, team San Jose raced his
domestique for Lance. Okay,   so maybe you’re referring to the same thing as me. Now I I’ll challenge Lance and
would not be surprised at all if   if I dropped him in a race. Brandon
is going to take on Lance in a race. Okay. Stolen hair hairstyle. Yeah, someone
said it earlier. I’m like, okay, sure.   Uh Joey Jojo, I need a haircut. I definitely need
a haircut right now, guys. Watching the front, seeing Kaden Groves radioing back to the team
right now. Let’s have a quick peek. It’s amazing   how the weather’s changed from like soaking wet
downpours, bright sunny sunshine now. Uh roads are absolutely dry. 13 riders working well together.
Best place rider is Jagat here. 3842 behind. Let’s have a quick look at him. If we come here, we can
see how far he behind he’s behind Ben Oconor. So, Ben O Connor is at 34. Okay, we got a rider
now. Going to crash on the road here. Uh, it’s a rider in a rain cape riding on the back.
He just completely slid out. Highspeed slide. Ow. O, that’s a tough one. Uh, it’s a Stana
rider. Clear. Oh, Clamos Champus. Yeah. Wow. He’s basically got his shorts pulled up
up, you know, up to the bone, his pelvic bone there on the side of his hip. He’s got it pulled
up and you could literally see the bruising and   stuff coming to the surface. He slid completely
on that one hip. I don’t think he hit the ground with like a splat. His back wheel slid out on a
righthand corner. Um, but he’s down. Breakaway seems established. They do have a good lead. Uh
they haven’t talked about the crash here yet.   See if they’ll say something right away. But
yeah, he was his shorts were actually pulled up. The entire side of his hip is going to be
so sore. Team UAE sitting on the front of the Pelaton here. Arca B&B Hotels over on the far
right. EF Riders on the left. Total Energy kind of surrounding Pogy a little bit too. Surprised
how good they all look in their jerseys right now after going through all that rain. Thought
they’d be covered in grime from the roads. Uh yeah, Brian here. Milan just needs to finish
the race. He has the green already. That’s   what I think too. Uh but according to this
here, I’m I’m looking at this question here. This one here. Hello, Matt. He already has it.
So that this answer here doesn’t make sense to   me. I don’t think there’s any chance if Pogy
got every green green jersey point right now, he can win it. Let me know if you agree
with that. I haven’t looked at the points   for tomorrow. Uh maybe Brian can. Brian seems
to be on top of it. JR is saying totally. Uh the Trude France is saying that Pogy still has
a a chance mathematically to win it. Although   I saw one of the answers yesterday. It’s
obviously a bot. They were talking about the uh you know the band-aid things that go across
your nose. Someone was asking about it. Uh the Astana rider Champasan just getting back on
his bike now. So he’s on still in his rain jacket. So he probably lost a couple minutes
there. The question yesterday is what are these things they have on their nose? Oh, we’ve been
seeing them in the last couple of months. How   about the last two decades? Uh just such
a bot answer to me. I hate that stuff. Um Mikey here. Do you think Intermar trying to
win stage based on their current situation?   They need a stage win, dude. They need a stage
win. Uh this year, last year at this point, I think he already had three. I don’t think
he won the final stage last year. By Germay   already had three stage wins uh won the green
jersey. So this year they got they got nothing to show. Uh what’s going on with this bar in
Victorious, right? Okay, he looks a lot of hand waving. I thought he was mad at the writer
beside him, but he’s got a big smile on his face,   so I think we’re okay. No fights in the Pelaton
today, boys. Um, going to move on here. Yeah, Intermar would love to win today, and it
is the kind of stage that Bingham could   win as long as he doesn’t leave that front
group. Uh, Milan’s already out the back. Ann Allen, many docks on Lance. Watch
them all. You can easily put all the   parts together. Many say two to three tur wins. Uh, okay. I’m missing that part. This looks
like there were words missing. He didn’t. So   big change than seven. Yeah, there’s
so many good documentaries and guys, they know now. They put all the pieces
together afterwards. They know like, oh,   you guys did blood transfusions that night. And
in that one documentary they talk about it’s uh I think it was Tyler Hamilton saying yeah
we were doing terrible that night we did the   fake bus breakdown laid on the floor all got blood
transfusions they were trying to avoid they were so worried about getting cough for EPO that they
didn’t take any more EPO so they were like dying out there the entire team well let’s go back to
blood transfusions and then the next day they came out and killed it. Uh, who would be calling
me at 6:15 in the morning? Are you kidding me? Uh, okay. Let’s keep rolling on, guys. Let’s
keep rolling on. Slide Drexler, I’m looking forward to these comments here. Why
can’t teams think of having leather jerseys and   shorts to combat against road rash? Oh, dude,
that would be horrible. That would be horrible. the sweat. Leather jerseys.
How about leather shorts? Uh, looks like look, I think it’s Patricia
Garcia. Maybe it’s Patisa Garcia. Yes,   he was awesome. Brian Pogy is the closest and
he is not going for green. I think if Pogy got every green point left remaining like today,
which is 30 points and both the strength ones   were I think technically he still can’t even
get the green jersey. The thing is, Pogy’s not interested in the green jersey. There was a chance
earlier in the tour that he could have won it. That’s right. It’s a nasal strip helps with the
breathing. Uh Brian, I only brought it up because   it that tour thing there made it seem like it
was a brand new thing at the tour to France. Swiss champion back at the front again. So,
finished second place on stage 11. Now they’re talking about Champasen going down. Yeah. And
he looked be pretty beat up this guy. Like he’s got to survive another day out there. He’s got
to finish this stage and survive for tomorrow. Let me roll this down here guys
so I can catch up with you. Oo, we got Mel Ped uh para here. Mel from
Philippines here is a last chance for Vizma. Go ride safe, Tatty. Yeah, everyone needs
to stay upright today. No more crashes like   Clement Champason crashing there. uh 20th sta
20 20th stage of the tour to France. He’s going to be beat up and it was just on a little
tiny damp part. The roads are still drying. Brian here. Yeah, Tatty won six stages
last year. He’s got four this year. Oo, good uh rumor here. Rumors have it that Benny is
going to Aana. We’ve already seen the transfer season talks going on. Technically, they
shouldn’t be happening till after the tour   to France. That’s kind of when it starts.
I think most people know or under the or are under the impression that Remco is probably
going to Red Bull. Some people are saying that   he’s already signed with them. Maybe that’s why
he pulled out of the tour to France. Who knows? So, Benny might be going to Aana, right? Brian here. Vinnie and Jasper took the
stages with lots of points at the finish. Okay. Yeah, I think they’ve changed it all this
year. I thought sprinters in the past used   to get a lot more points at the finish. See,
there’s been many stages this year where the intermediate sprint point and the finish on a
sprint stage have had the exact same points.   I’m not used to seeing that. Remember
guys, they change the rules every year. They change the course every year. Uh time
bonuses, sometimes they have time bonuses. There was quite a while in the late 2000s and I
think early 2010s, 201s if you want to call them, there was no time bonuses. I think way
back when there was bigger time bonuses. We do now have it’s only first, second, and
third 10, six, and four second time bonuses. Renzo’s asking, is Tatty giving up? Dude,
he just needs to ride today. So Renzo a   here. Tatty’s just I’m just chilling. Uh
I don’t have to fight anyone here today. David, nice one. Love this comment. Don, I would
be completely chafed if I wore leather shorts for 2200 miles. I think if you wore leather shorts
for 10 miles, uh you’d be completely chafed. You probably wouldn’t even be able to finish the
tour to France. way back when. I believe it was all wool. Wool shorts, wool jerseys. Someone’s
saying KP Cap Pogy’s bored. He could be. He could be just bored from winning everything. I think
he’s just exhausted. He just wants to get out of here. The pressures of the chart of France are
getting to him. I think part of being an athlete   is being able to deal with the pressure. Uh part
of it is doing all those interviews afterwards. the same questions every day. Every sports
goes through this. Wanty and Lotto is merging according to rumors. Okay. I didn’t know that.
Now I do know Total and Inos are merging. So we’re going to see some teams change it up. So
that would be like Total is a Pro Series team, I believe, aren’t they? Merging with
a World Tour team. So maybe that’s   how that can happen cuz they want to keep
the same number of world tour teams at 18 slide uh slide direction. I just saw a cyclist
crash while he was going around 70k an hour. Oh, I didn’t see that part. I wonder
if you’re talking about the same one. Champasan went down and totally skinned
his uh right knee. Sorry, his right thigh. Ah, here’s Robert. This good story he told me. Okay, Fred here. Good question. Did Yonas outwork
Pogy on his two wins or was Pogy hurt? Injured in a crash or he would be going for six instead
of four? Yeah, Fred. Uh, Pogy got tired. Pogy got tired. There’s two climbs that he lost a
lot of time on. One he actually says out loud, “I’m gone. and I’m dead on his race radio
and he says he’s trying to get over he’s so   sick and tired of hearing that and I think it
was on the call lots from just a few days ago. So he was tired and that was Vizma’s whole
plan. We need to tire him out. We need to take that kick out of his legs so we can beat
him. But yeah, he could be at six. I mean, when Pogy’s first win in 2020, I think everyone
was kind of under the impression that Primos was going to win. Pogy was already present,
but he just stormed up that time trial and passed Primos. Uh, that was horrifying at the
time. Robert here’s got a good story. He told me the story a few days ago. Story about
George Henappy giving Oscar Pereira. So, this would have been around 200, the mid
2000s, 2005, 67,7 somewhere in there. I believe that was Oscar Pereero’s time. $50,000 or
$50,000 to win stage 15 of the 2005 tour. Okay, so it is the right time frame. I’d love to know
the source on that. I would love to know it. Uh so Brian’s got some stuff here about
sprint finish here, guys. Taking a look at   it again. It’s sitting stable right now. Harry
Sweeney at the team car. It’s hilarious here. Um, the EF car is behind beside Harry
Sweeney. The bikes that are up top,   all their Cannondales, looks like a
spectator’s fan has blown off the side of the road and is now flapping away on top of
one of the bikes. It’s a yellow and red flag. Okay, let me close that. 13 riders up front. It’s
now 2 minutes 16 seconds. So, they’re letting them get away. When they want, they can pull this back.
We’ve got 32 riders behind the Collins. The Yates group Sept Cus is there. Uh they are 4 minutes and
13 seconds behind the Pelaton, the GC Pelaton. So I think those guys are gone for the day. The
green jersey group is 12 almost 13 minutes   behind the leaders. Your winner today is coming
from this group of 13 and whoever in the Pelaton decides to chase him down later. Take out the live
tracking here just so you can see where we are. Wonder if I can zoom out a lot here.
Oh, that’s all I can zoom out. So,   they have to transfer out of here. So, yeah, you
can see we’re right beside Switzerland here. Uh, take a right here. Here’s Switzerland and
here’s the border. So, we’re finishing   probably just a few miles across the
Swiss the French Swiss border here. There’s some good points in the
chat here. I want to see someone   was talking about the points uh
and it bounced away from me. Uh 50 points at the finish, 20 for the intermediate,
and 20 for the hilltop finish. Okay, Brian, what’s available for tomorrow? We’re
going to have an intermediate sprint,   and we’re going to have a the final sprint. I
can’t see it being more than 30 at the final. So, I can see maybe 50 tomorrow. So, mathematically,   Pogy cannot win the green jersey already. We
know that. I think that’s what we’re saying. Patricia asked about Lance as a triathlete yet
again some great dogs again show actual footage   when he was young running swim bike. Yeah, he was
a great triathlete. That’s where he got started and I think even after when he retired he competed
in some triathlons. Yeah, he did. I saw him in one just recently and he also did some adventure
racing lately. I think he did the Leadville gravel racing, whatever you want to call it. I guess
this is probably more of a gravel race. Dawn saying that Pogy doesn’t need to attack. He own
He’s got a 4 and a half minute lead at this point. Trying to read everything here, guys. Yeah,
Brian’s got it spot on just like Dawn. Pogy just needs to sit beside Yonas all the way to the
finish. Yonas needs to finish 4 and 1/2 minutes. 4 minutes and 20 something seconds ahead of
Pogy. So Pogy just rides his wheel all the way to the finish now. There’s no way to
beat him uh outside of Pogy falling over. Oh, Brian here. Pinella is leaving Inos
after 16 years. So no more Pinella’s out there. Inos may be riding Scott bikes in 2026.
Brian, I love this uh info you’re sending me. Did Red Bull’s offer included
a laminate installer? Yeah. So maybe Red Bull wants Yonas. I think
that’s what Julius is saying there. But he’s   got to be able to install laminates in all
their homes first off. That’s his try out. Patricia saying, “Yes, Ann. I used to see him in
Triathlete magazine.” Yeah, really good swimmer,   really good runner. Obviously, he’s a great
athlete. And if you go back to all the, “Well, those guys were fully dope. They were fully
dope. It’s kind of like me saying, “Guys,   I’m going to take steroids and I’m going
to become a bodybuilder by not lifting any weights or not doing any training.” They still
had to do all the massive training to be at the top. Not sure who they’re showing in the
team car here. Looks like someone important. Good question, Fred. Uh, one of them, Yumbo
Viz, just attacked Pogy over and over. He f That’s right. They just wore him out. They
had a big stack of Vizma riders. One would go,   Pogy would counter. The next would go whilst that
one’s resting amongst all the others. Pogy would go, Pogy would go. Eventually got tired and
then he lost time to Yonas. Leto is back from the Philippines who was leading in the race.
Sir, we’ve got a group of 13 out front. They have a two minute and six second lead over the
Pelaton. leader race winner today will come from these 13 riders or the 91 that are chasing.
I think everyone else has fallen too far back now. They’re not going to pull these guys back
now. It’s 7 minutes from the Yates group. Okay, we’ve got a grenadier here getting looks like
a rear wheel change. Trying to figure out who that is. He’s in the car so he’ll get back
on. Someone was waiting for him too. Another   grenadier actually. No, it’s a Uno X rider.
So, I think there might have been a touch of wheels back there. The one was just pulling
over from the side of the road, too. So,   I think they might have touched wheels.
Fans are out on all the overpasses here. Let me get through this. Oh, dancing. I think Pogy was
also having issues with him getting overheated in 2022. I know he
had one year where his nutrition was really bad. He didn’t eat. He didn’t
drink. So probably partially with that uh Pogy slid out on one of the climbs. Yes, I
remember that too guys. Poggy slid out. Pogy bonk. That’s right. They have been pretty good. Oo
leading the front now guys. Things are starting to change up in the Pelaton here. Just looking at
it now. I’m now seeing Mororrow Schmidt on the   front it looks like for JCO Alula. Then the
Vizma team. Red Bull Bora Hans Grower chasing uh UAE behind them completely stretched out. The
heat’s on, guys. The heat’s on. They’re starting to get interested in what’s going on now. Totally
strung out. Do have one Visma rider who’s pulling over. I think he’s having a uh solo nature
break on the side of the road there. Roads are wet again here, too. Uh so we’re coming in
and out of the rain, the clouds in the area. Yeah, moral Schmidt for Jacula is on the
front of the Pelaton right now. I just   want to confirm that. Let’s just have a look
at that here. He’s in this group. Leaport is there only. Felix Gaul Johansson. Take a look
here underneath the time gaps on the right hand side of the screen. You’re going to see their
position. 1 2 3 4 5 six. They’re all here.   Seven. Primos is guarding his position now. He
lost three spots yesterday. Ben Healey in ninth. Banana Connor in 10th. Only guy that’s
not there is Jordan Jagat who’s up the   road. So if he got five, six minutes,
he could steal Ben Oconor spot away, but they’re not going to let it get that
big now. That’s not going to happen. Trying to catch up, guys. Uh when did Yonas
first year was he competitive with Pogy in 2020 and 2021? I think both of their first years
was 2020. So both these riders, Yonas and Tatty, have never finished lower than second. They’ve
been one two for the past 5 years. So that must mean they both started in 2020. Primos was kind
of at the top then. Tatty showed up and took it from him on that time trial where if you remember,
Primos’s helmet was half off his head. Visma was in absolute shock afterwards. Tatty won 2021 2020.
Yonas got 22 23. Tatty came back in 24 and now 25. Uh Robert nutrition dialed in. Fascinated by what
actually what this actually means for athletes   doing these miles these guys do. Yeah. They have
to stay on it. You can’t just these guys at this level. They can’t just say I don’t feel like
eating right now. I just don’t feel like it. No,   you have to. You have to get the calories
back in. You got to get the carbs in. Wade’s talking about Daddy and Yonas on a tandem
bike together with a basket and bells. Rich Vanderford. Uh oh, this is so cool here. So,
Rich here is new to the channel today. Rich, we’re almost done the tour, but there will be more
coverage right after this. It may there may be   uh a second stream today if I can get
myself together here. So, Rich is saying, “I’m happy lawn chick22 found your channel
and shared it with me. The best sporting   combination of cycling hockey.” Yes,
dude. I think lawn chick lawn chick2, I believe she’s from northern uh North Carolina.
Almost positive about that. I think she jumped into the channel just a few days ago, so I’m
glad she shared it with you. Thank you very much,   Launch Chick22. And Rich, thank you
for being here. Are you a Canes fan? That’s right. Lance was a great all-around
athlete before he committed to road racing.   They got to Europe. Lance was like, “Why
aren’t we winning anything? What’s going on over here?” They kind of came in, I
think EPO started right around 1990,991. You can go back and read all the books too
about Greg Lamont. Greg comes back in ‘ 89,   wins the tour to France, comes over the next
year or 91 and all of a sudden he’s like, I cannot keep up with these riders. That’s
how powerful of a supplement that uh EPO is. Robert’s saying TV camera catching every
inch of that sudol nature break. Yeah,   like just get the cameras
off the dudes at that point. Uh Wade’s asking, “Do you think Pogy is already
on?” Dude, it’s completely sewn up now. Unless Pogy just decides to get off his bike and
quit. Oh, another another ric goes down. Oh wow, a rider went down at the front of a
group. Oh, I think it’s a replay of Mororrow Schmidt from earlier. That’s why his uh jersey
was all torn. Wow, this is funny. Vos actually fixing the number on the back of his uh bib form.
So, he crashed earlier on a wet section. It looked like he was leading the group, went down, kind
of slid into the guardrail. I think what saved him there was the fact that the roads were wet, so
he just kind of slid across them. Wasn’t dry. He didn’t catch an edge. And then you got Vout
from an opposing team helping him out. That same guy right now. Let’s see where he is. So we
got Jigat there. Looks like Mororrow Schmidt’s leading the GC group. Yeah, Moros Schmidt is back
here in the GC group. He is a JCO Alula rider. There’s Ben O Conor. So, it’s
going to show up. Purple jerseys,   although he wears a different jersey.
It’s a red jersey for the Swiss champion. See him on camera anyways. Okay. Yeah. So, Pogy has he’s a million ch
million% he’s going to win. Jonas has no chance of winning the tour of France.
Now, it’s over. Today’s stage 20. Tomorrow,   stage 21. pretty much over today. Actually,
it was over yesterday. Mark Lane, it’s been around here a few times now. At this point
in the tour, riders should be extra cautious   of accidents. Hate to see positions one loss.
Yeah, exactly. Again, I’ve said a million times, anything can happen. You eat something wrong
the night before, you don’t feel good. See   Jordan Jagat on the radio here. I’ve got a
Moistar rider there, Tim. He’s riding right behind Tim Wallins at this point. Remember Jordan
Jagat’s the rider that post Picnic past NL doesn’t want up here for whatever reason. I thought
it was kind of a crazy radio communication. Uh Paticia, what’s the story about sipping
on cherry juice? Is it tasty? They all drink it right after. I guess it’s got all sorts of
antioxidants in it that is good for recovery. Um looking back here to Brian again, MVDP bonked
a few years ago in a world championship. If you did not eat that costumeum metal. Yeah,
they’ve got to eat continuously. They’re   probably taking in one gel probably
every 45 minutes, maybe. Maybe more. Ooh, there’s an Astana rider here that’s not happy
with Jordan Jagat. Oh, he gives him the old as he goes by. Then Jordan Jagat gives him a quick look
like that over shoulder. Then the Estana guy is like this saying something to him which I couldn’t
catch. So they’re not happy with him there either. I don’t know why. So Estana doesn’t want him
there. And we heard Picnic say we don’t want him in this group. Controversy folks. Controversy. And
Allen guys tired of pogying Yonas. Old news unless Pogy crash or blows up which not likely. Uh look
at action with 345. Yeah. Leapowits. Let’s take a look, guys. I did say that was one of the
battles we’d be following. Lipoitz only and Felix Gaul. Uh I would say it’s a battle between
three and four. Felix Gaul too far behind now. So yesterday there was two important battles. It
was a battle between 3, four, and five. 6, seven,   and eight. They were all so close. I kind of had
them split into two groups. It was kind of one of those things where three riders were within
two minutes of each other on a mountain stage. We can see here now Oscar only is only 1 minute
and 3 seconds behind Leapoitz. So something has to happen here. Looks like Matteo Jorgensson
is getting a radio change. Surprising to see him go back to get his radio replaced. Like
is it that important? Maybe he wants it for   later in the stage. Maybe folks. Felix Gaul
in fifth. He’s actually five minutes on the nose. Five minutes flat behind Oscar only.
Tobias Johansson at 20 minutes back. He’s got a two-minute lead on Kevin Vocalon. So,
probably the closest is between three and four. So, it’s going to be tough to get that back.
Oo, look at this. Arnold Dele has made it back to the groupto. The Belgian sprinter can thank
Greenyard and Sephova for their hard work. Okay, they’re talking about it here. Jagat is
the GC threat at the front. I think he’s   too far behind really trailing by 30 42. He’s
four minutes behind Ben O Connor at the start of the stage which is why Jake was pulling.
Remember I said Mororrow Schmidt was on the   front and it’s saying the exact same thing here.
So that’s why Moro’s pulling on there. They’re just being careful to protect that lead. Sorry,
that 10th place, but they’ve only got 2 minutes and 18 seconds. He’s more than four minutes behind
overall. So, even if the race stopped right now, he would still be 2 minutes behind. I think
they’re just like, let’s not let it get away   from us. And back to the chat here, folks.
Loving the chat. Drop a like if you can. Oo, Brian saying here. Okay. Robert Gregawan wins tour in ‘ 86. Shot by his
brother-in-law 87. wins the tour again in 89. Still has shotgun pellets in them, guys.
Uh by 8 seconds. Yeah, right there. So, one by eight seconds. They couldn’t get a
lot of the shotgun pellets out. Some of those   shotgun pellets, they say, are embedded
in his heart. And then two years later, he cannot keep up with the Pelaton.
Everything changed overnight. From that era, I I believe Greg Lamont I believe Greg Lamont
was totally clean 100%. just how outspoken he is about it. Let me know if you guys think he is.
Uh Vizman needs to go shopping for new talent offseason. The current bright spark in the camp
is Brandon the 19-year-old sprinter. A lot of   it too is their talents slowly getting older
now. A lot of the main guys are over 30 now. I think Yonas is 29. The Yates brothers
are older than that. Bout I think is 30. Brian’s also saying, “I don’t see
Yonas riding after his contract ends.” Anthony Mania Mangi, are there cycling races
that feature national teams? France versus Ingos be seen. Good question, dude. So, way back when
at the Tour to France, it was solo riders. They did change to national teams, but the original
founders of the Tour to France were so opposed to making it easy for riders. They didn’t
want teams. They hated the idea of teams.   They eventually allowed national teams. So
it would be country versus country. Then came yeah I guess with marketing, sponsorship,
advertising. That’s when they brought along the team concept. You will see national teams
at certain races. So the tour of Poland’s coming up next month. Uh there’s a chance that
I might do it. Pro teams are there. So it is a world tour race. So all 18 world tour teams
have to show up. There’s some pro series teams and a wild card is the Polish national team.
So the Polish team is there. Generally don’t see that many national teams at races. Uh Venai
G here. What happened to cycling today? It’s on, man. It’s on. Been rainy. It’s gotten sunny. The
breakaways out there. They’ve got a 2 minutes and 20 second lead. 27 second lead right now. Ian
Holmes, I will watch you as well on the Jirro, dude. Yeah, that’ll be next year. Walt is
coming up in three and a half weeks. Uh, Turf fems starts today. Brandon, hang
on, I missed some people here. Brandon, sorry, I’m working trying to throw comments in
fast. Lots of typos. Yeah, no problem, dude. Right. Robert saying only at the World
Championships they’ll have team racing.   So that’s when you’ll see riders from opposing
teams all unite. The hard part be like who’s our who’s our GC guy? Who are we going for here?
Who do we want to be the winner? So riders from teams come together. The Spanish riders,
the British riders, the American riders, they’re all working for a common cause at
the World Championships. So that’s about   the only time you would. However, like I
said, I did see the Polish national team has a team at a world tour race starting.
I think it’s within two weeks from now. Yeah, Brian saying here, nobody will get
any time back now. The gaps are too wide.   Even that third and fourth place for Oscar
only to pull back a minute and 3 seconds, I think it is on uh Lipoitz right now with all of
the Red Bull power there with Primos Roger there still to help him. I can’t see that happening
either. One stage to go. Uh Jurga’s asking, “What about Benny, bro?” Dude, we’re waiting
to see him pop out at the end. Hopefully,   they can pull him back. I’m pretty sure they
will pull this breakaway back by the finish. Bradoni, cherry juice is super high in
antioxidants and anti-inflammatory. Yeah,   I think pretty much every cyclist drinks
the cherry juice right after the race. Patricia, uh, Ender was a beast. Absolutely.
Fred, thank you. Amen on Leamond. Really credible. I honestly believe he was clean. Clean
as clean can be. Nothing. He’s always said like he doesn’t sus. He suspects people right away.
He looks at the numbers. Greg Lamont had one   of the highest recorded V2 maxes, 92 or 93.
So, he knows he’s been there. He’s done that. He looks at other people, their V2 maxes. He
knows what they are. He finds out what they   are. Basically, you can’t ride that hard with a
V2 max of 82 without being supplemented on top. Drew Drew Schaefer is here. Yes, dude.
Wake up, Drew. The chewer is on. Yeah,   Drew is just popping in today, dude.
It’s a Saturday. Okay. Brian St. Jonas is 28. Melanie Tabacol, hi sir from the
Philippines. Is Tatty part of the lead front group right now? He’s in Tatty’s in
the GC group. Two and a half minutes behind   the 13 rider breakaway right now. Tatty
will win the tour to France tomorrow. KP Cap Lamond is an honorable person. He is
clean, but don’t forget he was diagnosed with mitochondrial myopathy. Even he came back and
could hang with the pack. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, the fact that he survived that shotgun blast,
they were out turkey hunting, him and her   brother-in-law. And uh yeah, after he won the tour
to France. So, Greg Lamondre three-time winner of the tour to France. Yeah, that’s right, isn’t it?
Greg, three times. Yeah, Greg is 86, 89, and 90, I believe. Uh Dave is asking, Dave Paragus, is Pogy
on his 100% health condition? Poggy’s just tired. I think he’s mentally and physically fatigued
right now. He will win the tour to France though. A tour a former fivetime tour to
France winner said you can’t win a   tour to France on Perry water. So true.
What these riders are expected to do, they’ve got to that you think they have to
do things to just survive the tour to France. Got the pineapple juice here. Uh, cherry
juice in the refrigerator. I got to get   on some of that stuff. Ian Sandy right here.
I would say the fems ride very well and do give some good results. The racing I saw
last year was awesome. Uh, Marlon Rouser, I think that’s how you say her last name.
Swiss rider. She is on form right now for the fems. Probably one of the favorites. Demi is
far and away the favorite to win her betting odds, dude. Uh, don’t pop a leading. Take a look
at that. Probably some good betting odds there for you. But Marlon Rouser, TT Beast,
very, very strong. She’s gone from 84th in the world last year to fourth this year in UCI
points rankings. First places, a lot of second place finishes this year. She’s on form. So,
probably the best competition for Demi this year. Tical beet juice is my specialty. Okay, Ian saying arrange a swift need time cuz I’ll
have to do that Ian after this. Where’s Matteo   D more Jorgensson coming from Draco here?
Jorgensson was in the front before he I just he is in the front still. He was getting his
radio fixed which kind of threw me off. I mean   you can do the race without a radio. You’ll
see lots of riders pop their headset out when they don’t want to hear the director screaming
their ear. So Jorgensson’s in the front group   now. It’s a 13 rider breakaway. They have a
two minute 30 second lead over the GC Pelon. Guys, thanks for everyone being here. If you can
drop a like, I’d really appreciate it. I have no idea how many I have right now. Actually, I have
two. I see two likes. I know it’s I know there’s   more than that. It stalls out very early for
me. Okay. Yeah, Greg was a three-time winner, but could have won at least one more if it wasn’t
on a French team at 85. That’s true, too, dude. Think how many he could have won. 85 he could
have won with Lavi Claire but you know Bernard all that stuff. So 85 he won 86. He wasn’t there
for 87 or 88 because he basically had his guts blown out by a shotgun blast. Came back from that
and won an 89 and 90. That would have been six. Sound about right? Lamond was quoted saying no
clean rider can win her to France in front of a dope rider and he won in front of Finan. Finan
admitted he was on amphetamine. So I don’t know. Okay, so Drew is saying maybe that’s a little sus.
I think now I’ve said that earlier cuz people will go on right away. Oh, there must be doping.
There must be doping. There’s a lot of people   saying Pogy must be doped. I said what if he’s a
genetic freak and his V2 max is 10 points higher than everyone else. I know there’s a way you can
calculate V2 max back by performance, but let’s just say that calculation doesn’t hold up for him.
Greg’s V2 max was probably higher than Lauron’s. Greg, I think, was a 93. So, his ability to uptake
oxygen was higher than virtually everyone there. Melany’s here again. Okay, sir. Thanks a lot. I’m
a dieh hard fan of Tatty. He’s the best from the Okay. Thank you, Melanie. Yeah, Tatty’s going to
win for sure. A cherry juice from Max Bennett. Need to drink pure juice. Okay, Dave. If Pogy is
leading the GC, should he defend considerably or go on the offense? Dude, Dave Dave Paragas. Tatty
just needs to be conservative now. He just needs to follow Yonas to the finish. He’s riding beside
Yonas right now or within 10 riders of him. But you got to realize Yonas is actually 4 minutes
and 20 seconds behind him on the road in the cumulative times. So as long as he’s within if
he’s within 4 minutes of Yonas anywhere today, he still wins the tour to France. Oh, we see
some hearts going off here. I better pop some more of those out. Love everyone being here,
guys. Love it. Thinking I need another coffee,   guys. How many? How much far? We still got a ways
to go. So, I might rip and get a coffee here. Hey, Robert’s saying, “Good knowledge, Colin.” Guys,
I got to say this. There’s so much knowledge in   this group. Sometimes you guys are saying things.
Robert, you’re included in this. Uh Dave, Brian, Brian, the Carlos guy from Bronx. He’s not
Carlos. Uh he’s included in this. Dawn, there’s a bunch of people here and I forgot
your names. It’s because I have a billion names   floating through my head. Dying for a coffee
and a nature break just like the cyclists do. You guys trigger my little bit of knowledge I
have. It just triggers a story in my brain like,   “Oh yeah, I forgot about that.” So, it’s
you guys that are making this happen here, guys. Let me grab this coffee. I’ll be right back.
I’m going to eat a cookie, too, while I’m gone. Okay, riders. Uh, thanks for putting up with my
little break time there. Had to get this coffee. I wolfed down some cookies upstairs, too. I haven’t
even eaten the ones that are here right now. Let me get caught up again, guys. Where are
we at? 13 riders out front. 2 minutes and 19 seconds back to the pack. The GC group.
Oh, it’s saying Laurance attacks. That’s Axel Lauron’s attacks at the bottom of
the climb. This is an Anos rider here. Leber follows him for Inter Mare. Schmidt is
dropped from the bunch. So, Schmidt probably draw from the bunch. I bet you he’s feeling uh
the effects of that crash he had earlier. So, we are on this climb here. Now, let’s take a look
at the map. Here we go. Let me have a sip of this. Perfect. It’s nice and cloudy and gloomy out
there. I I kind of like a dark, gloomy day. Nice for a relaxing home. Guys, want to say something
here, too. I know I um and awe a lot. I say um uh it’s just me thinking about something.
Joey actually sent me a message. She said, “You’re saying um and awe too much.” And I’m like,
it to and it totally threw me off my game. So, let’s ignore her. If I It’s because I’m trying to
remember something. Watch. I’m going to say it on purpose now. Let me just back up you guys. I love
the chat, guys. We still got 300 people watching.   I knew Saturday would be a lower day, but that’s
okay. Okay, guys. Let’s back up. Yeah. So, Robert, I’m just going to back up to here. Robert, good
knowledge, Colin. Robert, you too, dude. You,   too. Everyone else here, Don, uh, Brian Carlos
from the Bronx. Finan rode 13 races after the 89 tour to France like in that year or in
total. I think he raced for quite a while. CB, this dude CB commented in uh the YouTube chat
after I don’t see many comments afterwards and   I get it because it’s live. Uh but CB did leave
a couple of comments. Le Man did pretty good in the classics as well. Don’t forget guys, he
was a world champion. Uh watching Greg Lemon   become a world champion. One of the most
iconic pictures you can see uh in cycling. I think Pog is going to win from Julius. Okay,
now I said it. I don’t want to hear it again. Okay, so Julius, I believe you are a Yonas
supporter. I am watching this here now,   guys. Guys are attacking on the climb. Let’s have
a look. It’s going to split up here. And they’re not even showing how many are there because they
don’t know right now on this climb. So here’s Axel   Lance chasing this group of whatever is up here.
There was 13 of them. Axelance has gone on the attack. He is Inos Grenaders. Watching the Pelon
here. Okay. On the front total energies. Which rider is this? I’m not getting any riders here.
They’re showing Jordan Jagat. Is it? It is Jordan Jagat. He’s on the attack, folks. This is the
rider they didn’t want there. Picnic past NL uh 11th place overall, four and a bit minutes behind
Ben O Connor for Jacob Alula. And the Estana rider was yelling at him, saying something. He probably
wasn’t doing any work in the group, saving all his legs for this attack, trying to get away. That’s
my guess. Jonathan Vandenberg, do you think Lamont was so outspoken because he was the biggest loser?
How many TDFs would he have won? Dude, I think he was just clean. So, he won an in 86. He missed
87 and 88 because he almost died. He came back and won an 89 and 90. So, let’s say he won 86, 87,
88, 89, 90. That would have been five. And someone earlier, I think it was Robert, maybe it was Dawn.
He rightfully should have won 85. Team orders. There’s so many weird go back and take a look at
the history of the 1985 tour to France. He was on the same team as the winner. He was far and away
at that point a better cyclist than Bernardino. It was the end of Bernardino’s career and he
still had to fight even for his 86 win. They would promise him things. He would be two minutes
up the road and they’d say, “Oh, Bernard’s right around the corner. He’s coming. He’s coming.”
Greg would sit there and wait for him, you know,   and then it would be like 10 minutes passes and
then Bernard finally shows up as the race goes away from him. Matteo Jorgensson on the front
here too. Is that Matteo? I got to take a look at this guys. That might be the Pelaton coming up.
Okay, we’re going to look now. Just showing Jordan Jagat here. One rider out front chasing group of
12. Okay, now it makes sense. There’s Jorgensson. Jorgensson is there. Okay, it’s the 13 riders that
originally got away starting to splinter now. Not a huge climb, guys. Only four kilometers long,
but it’s almost 9% gradient and still catching up. Yeah, you’re right, Brian. Every winner
will be suspected. Coffee break back in two and 32. Okay. Yeah, Evarde. Thank you so much, dude.
Really appreciate all your input into the channel, guys. Everything that you know, it’s all
it all motivates me. everyone here. Uh, the likes I look I do look at the data afterwards
going, “Okay, am I doing this right? Am I What am   I doing right here?” I I’m looking at this. This
looks like Vanart to me. It is vote. They keep showing vout here. He’s not in that front group.
Let me see. I got to figure this out, guys. So, Jorgensson’s in that front group. He’s wearing a
Red Bull helmet. So, this must be looking back at   the Pelaton. Yeah, this is the second group on
the road. They’re in an 11% segment here. Yeah, that’s about on the front being chased by Uno X
rider, Kofodus rider behind him, and another Total   Energies rider. So, let’s see what’s going on
here. Take a look at the map. See if we can figure this out. Ah, Jordan Jagat just coming for the
sprint point now. Oh, he’s got a tiny lead. Jordan Jagat’s there. There’s another group right behind
him. It’s showing up here. So, group three, Axel Lawrence went on the attack. Here’s the yellow
jersey group is vote in this group. Let’s piece this all together, folks. Gonna piece it together.
7 a.m. in the morning here for me. So, thank you so much, dude. I wonder if I can do anything here.
Uh, Drew Schaefer, Lavie Claire came to That’s right, the red zinger. Dude, I didn’t know that.
Again, great info here. This is when I go oo and ah, but yeah, Lavy Claire came to the 86 course
race in Colorado at when it was known as the Red Zinger. Stayed two nights. Their manager selected
my favorite dinner, Angelair Pastor with chicken and shrimp. They did the veil. Oh, the veil trip.
Yeah. When they first recruited Greg Lamont, they came over uh Bernardino and team manager,
whoever it was at the time, I forget his name, and they did the whole cowboy ranching thing with Greg
somewhere out there. I guess it would be Colorado. Veil passed TT the next morning and finished
one, two, three, one, two, fourth. Okay. Jeopardy music. You got it. Good story, Drew. Yeah, that
is a good story, guys. any stories you have with cycling uh things you know that I don’t I might
remember them a little bit. Okay, watching it over the top here. EF Rider and Jordan Jagat. So,
I’m going to figure out who this is right away. Jordan Jagat and Harry Sweeney. Harry Sweeney
gets the points. Only five points available.   Jordan Jagat gets three. There’s a second group
here. The remainder of the 13 rider breakaway. So, we got 11 here. We got two up ahead. Bouncing back
more. Store and laurance. Uh, don’t pop believing has money on store today. I think he said with
Axel Lawrence here, dude. I hope you get it. I hope you get it. Michael Woods, Delatree, here’s
Vanart now. So, they’ve gone off the front of the main GC pel. They’re all sick of waiting. Let’s
go now, boys. Bang bang time. Johansson’s getting out there. Dylan Toyins might do this here
quickly, guys. More coffee. More coffee, guys. Let’s keep fueling. So, there’s a chance I might
do another live stream after this today. Group only here. Green Jersey group. Pelaton. Okay,
I’m not getting all my data here. I’m going to have to exit this data here. Try to spectate this
again. Uh trying to fire up the bike terror, guys. Leading group. Okay, this is right. Yes,
disconnected. Hopefully it reconnects right away. OBS reconnecting. Let’s go. Hopefully, this will
all just keep streaming in the background here. I hope. What are we looking at here, guys? OBS is
successfully reconnected. We will be looking at Bike Terra quickly just so you can guys get
a perspective where they are. We got our two   riders out front, Jordan Jagat, Harrison Sweeney,
Harry Sweeney. We’re going to bounce back 121 m to the chase group of 11. Let’s let’s hang out with
Matteo Jorgensson for a bit. And you can see the   gaps here right now on screen. There’s our front
two riders and we’ve got 11 here. Sometimes the gaps you’re going to see, uh, I’ve talked to Matt
and Anselow. They only get the data about every 15 seconds, every 10 to 15 seconds. And I think
it’s just kind of trickling in. So they might get data from Matteo, for example. His location,
he’s accelerating. The other rider, the data, even though he’s accelerating with them, might
be 15 seconds late. So it might appear that he’s falling back. Sometimes you’ll see the riders kind
of zip back and forward here, but this should give   you a good idea of where they are on course.
So there’s our 11 chasers. There’s quite a few groups out there. Here’s Axel. I think there’s
two riders in this group. That’s right, Michael   Store. Let’s go hang out with him. Where are they?
So, there’s this heavily wooded area. We’re coming through this town. Think they’re quite a ways back
right now. Group woods is 170 m back. We’ll jump on. Here’s that same town with the woods. So,
the Michael Store group is just coming out of the town. Let’s look back and see if we can see
them. There you can see them in the distance.   There they are. That’s a chasing group on those
two riders here. Just see them back there, guys. I kind of forgot to even turn this on
today. I really like seeing the switchbacks, but this gives you some perspective of where they
are. Oo, Lenny Martinez is out on the run today again. Same town. They’re all coming through this
exact same town. Says we’ve got six riders in this   group. Sergio uh Higguida, Gear Martan. I think
someone had Higguida to win today. Warren Bari. I love this guy. Glad he’s still racing. Joseph
Blackmore. Leber and Lenny Martinez. The Pelaton is a further 500 meters back. We’ll uh let’s pick
someone besides the Let’s take Ben Healey. So, the other rider should pop in. Here they are.
They’re 500 meters back. Ah, okay. So, I’m I’m kind of memorizing what I’m seeing on screen here.
This bend right here is where I kept saying here’s   the heavily wooded area and the town. So that’s
kind of their location. So now I’m going to jump forward. Hey, check this out. Mr. Mark Hershey
fan. Mark Hershey is up ahead in a small group. Well, yeah, Mark Hershey is in Is he in that
main break? No, he’s in a chasing break. He’s in I think the third group on the road right now.
Hopefully you guys are seeing this. I hope I have   this turned on. Yes, I do. Okay, guys. Let’s jump
back. We’ll take a look back at that. I’ll get caught up with the chat here. just got distracted.
You can see why I love doing this channel and why I love doing race commentary. One of the best
things I saw so far, and you guys probably didn’t   even see it, Eric Ghart, and I don’t know who
he is, jumped in and he goes, “Shout out to this channel. Maybe I’ve done a video with him in it. I
I just couldn’t recall his name.” And he says, “I love your Zift ladder league racing videos.” So,
it’s a five versus five riders on a small course. Guys, the race is really heating up now.
Time to get exciting. Average speed 45 km an hour. We still have 57 km remaining. Okay,
I’m going to jump back here, guys. Yeah, great story, Drew. I appreciate that. Uh Drew
Schaefer, 7th, 11th, Greg Bernard, Steve Bower, probably Jean Francois Bernard, I think that’s
who you were saying there with Jean with   uh Jeff Bernard. loved him in his uh sweat
catcher, his headband. Two riders on the front. Let’s make sure we still got that.
Jagat and Sweeney Jagat’s trying to get far out there and get into the top 10. That’s
his go whole goal today. And people don’t   want him there for some reason. Jorgensson
Group is only 22 seconds back. Okay. Yeah, we are seeing the right stuff here. I I got to
get another monitor. I got to get another monitor. Actually, I found a desk down here in the basement
outside the 10 x10 Collins command center. We’re going to call it that today. And I’m like, I’m
stealing that desk. That’s going in the studio. One of those red ring zinger races. It was Lamont.
Yes, Robert. The Soviet team that showed up. The crazy Soviets. I remember that. It’s like, oh,
the Soviets are coming. They probably all had   beards. Guys, what is it? Uh, American Flyers.
Still love that movie. If you haven’t seen it, I guess the two biggest stars in it are one Mr.
Kevin Cosner and what’s her name? I think her last name is Cara or something like that. The
young guy, I don’t know if he even continued in acting. Maybe he did. I apologize if I don’t
know the stuff, but it was all about American racing on America. Two brothers. I don’t want to
give it away, but anyways, they do a race there, which is the Coors Classic. I’m not sure
if they called it that during the movie,   but and the Soviets were there, and there was a
guy with a beard. Watching a Moistar rider go off the front here, off the front of the Jorgensson
group. So, this is a chase group of 11. That   Moistar rider off the front uh would be Romeo
Abad. And I was just going to say, whoever this is looks like they’re putting the watts down.
He’s a good time trialist. under 123 time trial champion. Let’s see if he gets away. Uh I’ll come
to the map here. Maybe I can see more bubbles. Group one, two riders. These guys are right
here. I think Abad is just sitting in between and they’re not giving them a separate bubble
yet. Want to continue on here. So you guys,   let me know if you’ve watched American Flyers.
Fantastic movie. I mean, it’s dated. It’s from the 80s. It’s a little bit cheese, but I think they
have some good 80s music playing where they’re   riding bikes together, like a good a good ‘
80s montage, if you get my drift. You know, it’s some music that you’ve from a group
that only makes music for movies. Never   hits the radio and they’re generally working
out, you know, laughing, having a good time, slapping each other, you know, one of those
things. Kind of like the Tom Cruz Oh, sorry. I meant to say Top Gun volleyball montage when
they’re playing volleyball together. No shirts on. Drew Schaefer was a great weekend and I wore that Red Zinger
cap they gave me at Morzine in 2006 when Floyd lost his victory. Danish reporters recognized
my cap and said I covered that race. Awesome, dude. Awesome. I’m kind of thinking I’m going
to start doing that. I’m so upset that I got rid of all my winning magazines and I’ve tried
to find them again. They’re not in the house.   I’ve looked them up online. 45 bucks an issue to
get them back. So somehow this week maybe when I get time when I’m not on live streaming every day,
guys, I thought about it. Over the last 20 days, I’ve streamed probably 100 hours. So, out of the
last 20 days, I’ve basically done two weeks of full-time work streaming. Over 100 hours right
now, just being online doing this. Don says, “I think you’re speaking fine.” I know. I looked up
my message, Don. Just She won’t see this. I hope.   I looked at it and she says, “You’re you’re saying
I’m like, ah, I shouldn’t even have looked at that because then I I quote I I know my energy levels
went down. So, if I do do it, that’s how I speak. Drew Schaefer. Robert, was that the 1981 race
that the YouTube has a video about? Okay,   so which one are they talking
about here? Maybe the Soviet one. An Allen, if doping now, wonder how
the science has advanced to avoid   detection. Guess we’ll know in 5 years.
Exactly. An dogs are going nuts upstairs. A lot of it now is they’ve got the detection can’t
keep up with the masking. They It just can’t. They find ways to mask. That book I listened to, one
guy had a drug in his system that they said no young healthy person would ever take this drug.
There’s no reason for you to take this drug. But one of the side effects of it is that it
helps mask the drugs that are illegal. It was I think it was an antidiuretic. So it stops the
stuff from coming out in your urine. They do urine samples. Kind of funny. So I listened to that. I
probably heard that part about two weeks ago. It’s a 15 hour audio book. So listen to it off and on.
Then I just heard on YouTube the women’s marathon times how much they’re increasing or decreasing
getting faster and faster pop for the same drugs masking drugs. So my guess is because I’m not a
runner and I don’t really care that much about it. I love running and triathlon but marathoning
I guess I do watch it but I’m not up to speed on it. I think they’re all juice to the gills 100%.
And they’ve just got really good ways to mask it. I think a lot of the events they go to, they
don’t even test. Like, do they test at the Boston Marathon? Do they test at the London Marathon? I
think you show up, you win, you get your money,   you go home. I think I’d like to see how they do
at those events versus a world championship event, an Olympic event. I bet you their times
are slower. That’s my guess. Uh, Don, thank you. Because I needed that little boost
there in my brain from you saying that because   I was getting really conscientious about it and
and every time I heard it, I’d go and it would throw me off my game. That’s how I speak, guys.
If it’s terrible, oh well, that’s all I can do. Robert spectator with a full yellow skin suit,
white shoes, a strong look. I did see a dude,   maybe it was the same guy wearing a full
yellow, it looks like, you know, blazer and pants suit on the side of the road. Maybe it
was a different guy. Brian Paulo Antonio, is it possible for Jorgensson to finish in the top 10?
He could finish in the top 10 on the stage today,   but he can’t finish top 10 in the GC. Impossible.
He’s 20th place overall, and he’s 1 hour and 35 minutes back. 10th place at this point. I think
it’s 29 minutes back. So current holder of 10th place is Ben Oconor of Jolula. He’s 34 minutes
back. Jorgensson is a third a further one hour behind him on the road. The chances of losing an
hour in the next day or we don’t even need to talk about it. It’s not even possible. Does everyone
agree with that? Okay, just going to look at some of the highlights here. Okay, so Sweeney
got the points over the top. Jagat got second. Kaden Groves cost you the main Pelaton has backed
off the pace. Sweeney goes up the road solo. Jagat could not go with him. So Jagat really needed
to be in that group if he wants to try to have any chance. I It’d be very difficult for him
to take four minutes back and get 10th place. Very difficult. Okay, we’re having some good bike
chat here. I want to know about American Flyers. Yeah, we’re going to find out later
on. Uh I think it’s Ann that said that. Oh wow, so much chat guys. You got to let me catch
up, please. Uh I just want to make sure that I’m showing you guys the right stuff here. I have no
idea what I’m showing you guys right now. Okay, there we are. I have to take a look. I get I
get confused with my stuff here, guys. Okay,   the red zinger cap. We’re there. Oh,
Sean. Is this the actual Sean Kelly? Could you imagine if Shawn Kelly came into
my chat like the man, the cast rider? Uh,   I think he was the number one ranked rider
in the world for five years straight. Sprint star. Here’s a good question. Did Sean Kelly ever
finished the Tour to France? I don’t think he did. Right, Fred here. So, barring a shotgun, Le
Man might be up there with Enderrain. Yeah, he could be five very easy, maybe even six if
he would have just ignored his bosses on Lavy Claire and went for the win in 85. Again, it’s all
speculation, but that’s what’s fun about it. Yeah, 81 Red Zinger, very young Greg Lamond against
big, strong, experienced Russians. And those   Russians would have been a There’s Diddy the devil
on the side of the road. I don’t know if that was the real Diddy, though. His jump didn’t look high
enough. beard was not big enough either. I think   that I’ve seen what I thought was a fake Diddy
out there, too. Diddy. That’s a name we Yeah, that guy’s going to jail. Uh, and not the
cycling Diddy. Drew was my third summer in Vale 81 and we usually had an Intime Crit. I was
either watching it or raft guide. Drew was just down in Denver here recently. Unfortunately,
we didn’t get to go outside of Denver much. We didn’t have that planned when I’m in. Okay,
we’re here. Head down, Harry. We just go head   down. So EF saying push Harry Sweeney. Problem is
right now I can see the chasers 150 m behind him. So they are hot on his heels. Unless he can
break them. Uh they’re probably going to pull   him back. Really good to see this. So yeah, when
I’m in Denver, I see a sign for Fort Collins and then Vale, Colorado is just up the road. Uber
driver mentioned the name Leadville. I’m like, I totally know that name. I’m like, is that where
I am? Yeah, that’s where we were. Leadville,   I think, is less than 100 miles away from Denver.
It’s just like cycling paradise, ski paradise. Okay. Don saying, “I bet Simon Yates pops out last
10k to pull out front to try and win another stage stage sniper.” Yeah, possibly. Ian Holmes
wants to buy Terra. Yeah, I’m going to get that going again here soon. Dude, I don’t know how far
behind I am, guys. 717. Yeah, that’s a bit away. Jose Mayor is saying Yonas will get will get that
stage today, guys. It’s going to be someone in the break. Actually, they’re looking at Yonas right
now. Polka dot jersey on. He’s wearing it because   Tatty is not wearing it today. He’s hanging
out with Simon Yates right now, I believe. They’re further back in the
pack. I bet you everyone’s like,   “We can’t wait to get to Paris
and get this thing over with.” Robert 1991 was the end of Leand era. He finished
seventh at the tour just after the shotgun pellets or the EPO beginning. It was the end of him.
Yeah, that’s right. What team was he on? Gan, I think it was Gan. I think it was
Gan. Nicholas Roach uh daughter. Oh, so Nicholas Roach’s daughter Zoe took third
today in a smaller uh women’s race. Fred Weiss. Oh, okay. As Ernie Banks said, Ernie Banks,
I think he’s a famous baseball commentator, I believe. I could be wrong. Let’s play two. So,
yeah, Colin is up for a double header with the   fe. Dude, I’m thinking about doing it if we can
get this one done soon enough. The only thing I don’t want to miss is I got to feed some animals
outside. So, I want to race out there and do that. Got 356 people here, guys. I know some people
like, “It’s the weekend. The tour’s over. I watch every stage. Every year I watch every stage.
Maybe there’s some I fallen asleep through. Can’t do that here.” I wonder if W is going to
try today instead of tomorrow. Thinking Pogy   wants to win tomorrow. thoughts, dude. Possible.
Uh, tomorrow’s stage. I would say it’s a classic stage with those three ascents up that last
kilometer. Uh, what’s it called? Something Mont Mart. Find it weird. Do you guys think
it’s weird when I look at the camera? Is like, is this weird? Yeah, I’m looking right at you.
You guys, cuz I’m looking at all the screens, right? It’s a classic stage tomorrow, so a
strong man win. It could be about win easy. I don’t think Tatty’s going to risk it to be
honest. Like, could you imagine crashing out   on the last stage, breaking your collar bone on
the last stage? He just has to stay careful now. Uh CB here saying that’s a cool perspective. Uh
I’m not sure what we’re referring to there. Orin Katu Katan. Matteo Jorgensson is losing. No,
he’s not losing. Matteo’s doing great. He’s in a breakaway right now at the front. Let me
get back to it, guys. Uh Jorgensson is with 12 other riders with 11 other riders in a front
group at the front. They’re chasing one guy.   They actually let Sweeny go. They were right on
him and he’s pulled the gap out to 30 seconds. EF is going for a stage win. Can he do it? I
don’t think so. I think that’s too far out. So, we’ve got 12 riders chasing the one up front.
2 minutes 47 seconds back. We’ve got 16 riders. This should be the van uh vote group. Yeah, votes
here. Mark Hershey’s here. Whoever called Mark Hershey today and again I didn’t even know he was
in the race. I tried to show a team every day, you know, in the riders display. I probably just
didn’t throw Tudor or I just missed his name. Now, this is kind of crazy here. It’s a further two
minutes back to the Pelaton. Reduce Pelaton only   72 riders. The heat’s on, folks. Uh Turfest Glory.
If you can win a stage at the Tour to France, they always say it’s like that makes your
entire career. It’s the kind of thing where   if you’re from some small little town
anywhere in Spain or France or Italy, everyone knows you. Oh, you’re the guy that won
that stage at the 1993 tour to France. Dude,   you don’t even got to pay to eat here ever. You’re
you’re a VIP. It’s probably one of those things. Uh, wow, there’s so much Matteo support here.
Draco. Does Matteo have a chance to make the top 10? He can make the top 10 in the stage, but
not the top 10 in the tour. He’s too far behind right now. He’s in 20th. Uh, Uncle Matty better
camera man in Ber than the tour of France. Dude, I’ve seen some of the footage. Like, I’m just
seeing guys, I’m telling you what I see. And   there was an attack yesterday at some point that I
was watching on bike terra and for some reason the tour to friends cameras that I’m seeing here uh
were showing the very pack. I’m like what are you guys doing? And I’ve always I don’t want to sound
it’s raining again. It actually looks like it’s whipping down pretty hard on them. Umbrellas are
out. This is Jonathan. No, it’s not Jonathan. He’s UAE. Uh Spanish rider on Moastar. Sticky bottle
time. Come on, dude. Who is that? That was That was pretty sticky. But yeah, the rain’s coming
down now. I will get back to some bike terrier. I I like What I like to do is I like to have a
little look at it by myself to make sure it’s   all running. I got to figure out how to keep it
sync. It is sinking all the time. Why don’t Okay, so here’s Harry. It’s funny that they call
him Harrison. I guess that’s his real name,   not just Harry. So, according to this, yeah,
the the gaps are big enough now that I can’t really show. I like seeing the groups chasing.
So, let me get this figured out, guys. Yeah, they’re actually split up pretty good now. It’s
saying that Harry is This is good here. I like   this. Uh is 400 meters ahead of them. The second
group on the road with Jorgensson is 1.6 km ahead of the Pelaton is 2.6 six kilometers behind that.
So, they’re pretty spread out now. And guys, it’s not flat here. It is not flat here at all. They’re
climbing all the time. You know, when you look at the screen and you see the categorization climbs,
you’re like, “Well, that’s all the climbing done.”   No, not even close. Not even close. I’ll try to
show you something here. Let me do this right now. You know, I love doing this. I really, guys,
I love supporting by Terra and I have We’re just friends. That’s it. I’m just internet friends, if
you want to call it that. So, here we are over on Berra. Sorry guys, I have to control the camera
here. Now, here’s Harry Sweeney. Looks like he’s on a very flat segment here, but I think he’s
gradually climbing. He is on a 3% grade. It says   here on screen uh right hand side of the profile
on the bottom. He’s on a little bit of a climb, just enough. He’s getting some good power down.
He is climbing all the way. And further back, they were climbing. Here’s Jordan Jagat. It’s all going
to populate in now. So, this is what I mean about some of the data we get from the tour to France.
This rider here might actually be on Who’s this rider here? Looks like a tutor writer at the back.
I’m guessing it’s a tutor rider. Hard to tell right now who that exactly is. Do we have a tutor
rider in this group? Let me look, guys. Yeah, we do. Uh, is that Matteo Trenton? Let the rest
pop in. It is Matteo Trenton. So, they’ve tried to color code the avatars and stuff that are in the
application to look like the riders. They can’t do it perfectly. That’s probably all the work down
the road in the future. The more complicated they   get, make it, the more, you know, it might hurt
resources. So, it looks like Matteo is kind of just dangling off the back of this group. I’m
going to take a look over here and see what   happens. The See, the tour of France data would
say this was all one group, which it is. I mean, he’s probably like a quarter second off that back
wheel. So, I can show you that they are climbing, guys. Uh, 4% grade here. So, just cuz you see four
categorized climbs doesn’t mean the climbing is over. It’s almost 3,000 mters of climbing today.
Hardest day at the tour was 5,500. So, this is a hard day. Very punchy, very rolly. It’s up and
down all day long. Uh, very tough on the legs. We can bounce back to Okay, so Oh, there’s a big
group here. Quite a large group here. We won’t see them all. It says there’s only 12, but I think
there’s more than that. Where are they coming? Then we got to b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b
b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b b   b bounce back even more to get to the Pelon.
Pelon’s getting quite small, I think. So the Pelaton is bigger than this. Here’s an example.
It says there’s and this is a limitation that   the bike terror guys told me about. They said
there’s only going to be groups of 12. What I’ll do now is jump back and we’ll see what the actual
group is. This is just them deciding to do this uh to manage resources on their end. So the actual
Pelaton has 72 riders. That’s our status on the road, folks. Harry Sweeney has a 52 second gap
fighting off 12 riders. Back to the chat, folks. And taking a look here. It is wet out there.
Sketchville, do not fall down now, guys. You know, take a look at this. Today, we saw uh Clement
Champus fall. He looks banged up. That could have been Tatty. That’s That’s what I mean. Like,
you you don’t win until you cross the finish line. Raid on Chong there. Yeah, bingo. Someone’s
already answered me. Perfect, dude. Uh 1985 tour lemon team used clipless look pedals
change cycling forever. Yeah dude I remember that. I think the first set of pedals I had uh would I
have had clipless but I think I had clipless back then would have been look pedals. They totally
revolutionized everything. Look is actually I didn’t know at the time the ski bindings there’s
also I think time had pedals too. Oo the numbers are picking up guys. We now have 490 people
watching. Everyone else has decided it’s wakey   wakey time. Wakey wakey North America. Let’s
go, dudes. Let’s go. Uh, Evard, why have they moved the Valta to August? September was much
better for doing all three grand tours. Yeah,   they just pushed it back a little bit. Dude,
did you know? Well, you must know cuz Evard, I know you know your stuff. The Valta used to
be at the beginning of the year and I think the   Jirro was at the end. I think they totally
flip-flopped them. Uh, Drew’s just saying, “Thanks, Colin. Champagne all around.” Dude, that
might be later today for me. I was saying earlier,   it’s cloudy and gloomy out and rainy. I got a hot
tub outside. I probably use it five times a year. I’m just that guy. If it’s hot and sunny out, I
don’t go in the hot tub. So, I always wait for   like a cloudy, gloomy day somehow. I’m supposed
to put a bike ride in today, too. Somehow. Rayon Chong. So, she was in American Flyers. Guys,
it’s an interesting movie if you’re interested in   cycling. Again, it’s ‘8s cheese. It’s Kevin
Cosner before most of you even knew who he was. I think he has his cheesy mustache.
It’s well well before he was famous. Ooh, sketchy roads here. It looked like Sweeny’s
back tire was just rolling out on him. Guys are putting their jackets on. Lewis Beret here.
Bar uh putting a rain cape on right now. Bright yellow intermareteer. Everyone’s in capes now.
Rain jackets. Probably getting cold. Warm outside, but they’re soaked to the bone. Uh oh, that’s
right. There was another girl, too. It was the the girlfriend Oh, I thought it was the girlfriend
of the younger one. I thought Ray Don Chong was the girlfriend of Kevin Cosner and the younger
dude was that other girl who was from Baywatch. Robert Townson on the 7-Eleven. Okay, who’s that?
Robert Townsson. Just Vard, give me another bit   of info there on that. I’m just trying to piece
that together. Yeah, Walter starts August 23rd, guys. I’m doing it every day. I’m doing it
every day. And any bit of racing I can squeeze in between, I’m going to do. So, if you truly
are a Inside Cycling World fanatic and fan, just join in. It may be some race you don’t
know about, but you want to talk cycling. Oh,   absolutely pouring here. This looks like
Moro Schmidt. He’s just shaking his head as he’s getting drenched. You know the
kind of rain when you’re in the house   and you’re just trying to get to your car and
you’re like, “Wow, I’m going to be drenched before I even get in the car.” That’s what
they’re riding through right now. Miserable. Okay. Uh, Drew Schaefer Kors beer bought the
race from Mo Seagull’s Celestial Sea. Dude, I remember was Celestial Seasonings. That
was a a tea company. Celestial Seasonings.   I don’t know if they’re still around. It was a tea
company. Kind of like finer TE’s. It was all like, ooh, Harry Sweeney did take a big slide there. He
had to do a bunny hop up onto some road furniture, hop over the furniture, and almost skate off the
left hand side of the road. guys. Uh, I think we’re going to see some crashes. I hate to say it.
I think we’re going to see riders down. Tatty, you better stay upright, bro. You better stay upright.
This brings me back to that point. You know, earlier I talked about the stage three of the
women’s tour of to France last year. So, if Tatty was to go down right now in the yellow jersey,
would you expect the other riders to wait for him? It’s kind of to me it’s almost a rhetorical
question because guess what? At the women’s tour last year they didn’t they went full attack on
her and I’m like what? I think the women are more savage than the men. They don’t they one girl said
afterwards the tour to France is like the Hunger Games. I think they don’t really care about those
rules which kind of mixes it up for me. Uh yeah. So I totally remember Celestial Seasonings. They
came in little boxes. It was originally the Red   Zinger Bicycle Classic. I wonder if Red Zinger was
one of their TE’s. Drew knows about this. Drew, are you still in the Colorado area? Dawn, I have
American Flyers, Breaking Away, and the Flying Scotsman on DVD. Flying Scotsman would be uh
Grandma Brie. Is that his name? Grandma Brie. Kind of like the oddball. One of the world’s best time
trials on the track. Yeah. Great stuff about them, guys. A lot of the stuff you can find on YouTube.
Although I wish I would have had a collection cuz I was telling people a few days ago my Starlink
went down and I went to full panic mode thinking I have no backup. So everything here is internet
for me. I live way out in the country. I was getting ready to go to Joey’s office in town for
5:30 yesterday morning. Starlink Network was down across the entire world yesterday for two and a
half hours or two days ago. Uh Eddie Murk’s cameo. Oh, he was in it. Okay. I didn’t know that. It
was Breaking Away that got me into cycling here. Trueing the wheels and rolling out of the garage.
The Italians with the pump and the spokes. Yes,   I’m going to watch that today. I can probably make
Joey watch it because there are some stars in it. Breaking away Oscar winner. Yes, absolutely.
Dude, check this out. Biomed life. Been here   before. Watching from watching from Riyad, Saudi
Arabia. Got a couple of viewers from there. Cole Kane been hasn’t been here every day, but I
think he started here day one. I think Robert’s been here almost every day. Don, Don, I think
you’ve been here every day, dude. And I really   appreciate that. I need to have a sip of coffee.
I think Dawn has been here every single day, guys. And people are coming. I’m still seeing new
people today. Guys, let’s take a look at the   race quickly. Harry Sweeney. If there was
more going on and I knew it was lighting up, I’d be telling you right away. But it’s still one
rider out front. Jordan Jagat group in second. That’s where Matteo Jorgensson is for all the
Jorgensson fans. There’s another group of 16,   Higuita. Then the Pelaton. Uh so right now it’s
five and a half minutes back to the Pelaton from the front end. Jordan Jagat might be moving up
in the standings here. Let’s have a quick look. Where’s Ben O Connor right now? So Ben O Connor
has a fourminute lead and change on Jordan Jagat. That means Jordan Jagat has to finish more
than four minutes ahead of Ben Oconor today. Let’s see if Ben Oconor is in the second group
here that’s chasing. Just watch. You’re going   to see the entire JCO team get to the front right
away. Ben Oconor is probably in this group here. I’m looking for purple jerseys. There he is.
So, right now on the road from Jagat. Uh they just taken the time gap out. Uh it’s 5:26 from
the front to the the Pelaton. The Jagat group. I wonder how you actually say that is about 40
seconds. So, right now he’s about four and a half minutes ahead of Ben Okconor. So, at this point,
this dude here would be bumping up into 10th spot and Okconor into 11th. If the race ended right ne
this second doesn’t end this second I think these guys might have a chance to pull more time uh the
pelaton’s probably in a really sketchy part of the road probably very wet and everyone’s afraid
to go down right now that’s kind of my story here story Drew I love it Drew you’re a huge
addition to the channel here Uh, wow. Oh, this is so busy, guys. I was just trying to see
Drew’s comment. You guys are chatting so much.   I can’t keep up. Oh my 400 people watching,
guys. I moved to Denver in 73 74 Redzinger. Did a criterium there. Three blocks from my
brother’s home. That made me a cyclist. Awesome,   dude. In Washington Parks for those who know
Denver. Dude, Denver was really cool. This is one thing we noticed about Denver. We were at the uh
the Mile High Stadium, the new one. Dude, I don’t even know what direction it was, but there’s all
these super cool brick houses there. We don’t have brick houses here. It’s like stick built OSB vinyl
siding. That’s how all of our houses. There’s some older houses that of course are brick, but I was
so impressed. Every every house, Joey’s like, “Oh, that’s cute. That’s cute.” And there was some that
look like mansions. They might have been Dude, I I I meant to look it up when I was there.
I was kind of like, “Wow, what is that place?   These places look like they had like 20 bedrooms
in them. They were so huge. Really cool. Uh it was really hard to get around Denver though. Uh
Paticia, thank you so much saying my voice is   fabulous. I really like that compliment,
guys. Um even if I I’m in awe too much. Real chats going on here. Not scripted. Thank
you, Dawn. Exactly. Guys, I watch all the stuff that you probably watch. And some of them
I can’t. I just can’t do it anymore. They probably have a better racing pedigree than
me. Do they know more about cycling me? Maybe, maybe not. I’m just trying to be real, but they’re
they’re expros. It’s all scripted. They’re reading off scripts or they’re saying things. I’m
like, “Did you actually watch the race?” Like,   “Did you watch the race?” or they’re over
here and you can see they’re reading word for word what they’re going to say. Why
don’t you just say what you saw? Yeah, thanks Don. I appreciate that. I that’s what
I want to be. Uh I’ve always been told I’m   authentic and natural and I just say what
I say without being too uh hard on people. I have a friend I have a very very good school
friend. I met him in 1993. I’ve worked for him. He’s employed me as an employee. We’re both
geologists. Still talked to him. And he said, “Dude,” he goes, “You have an uncanny way
of telling people terrible things without   upsetting them.” I’m like, “Okay, this kind of I
don’t know if that’s a compliment or not, really. Uh, the fan with the split Vizma Users on was the
Yates.” That’s right. They had a sign on the road and the parents were out on the side of the road.
Repsol Del Rosario from the Philippines is here. Roselier Gabinel from the Philippines. All
over. It’s all over. Turn to France champion   is Tatty. You got that right. Brandon, great
classic American flyers. Love it, dude. I want to rent that today. CB Colin, your commentary
is great. You sound like a real person. Well,   I am. Hey, CB. Thank you for commenting on the
YouTube channel. And everyone for being here, guys. I get such a kick out of doing this,
guys. I see some stuff going on here now.   I see five riders trying to rip up the road. So
we still got Harry Sweeney up front. He’s got a 29 second group and it So this is very very
live here. So my feed is slightly delayed. Sometimes it’s a couple hundred meters of road
time behind five riders chasing Roma Gregoire, Frank Vanderbrook, Inkhorn Groves and Stewart.
So take a look at the teams here. Groupama post, sorry, picnic past Sudal Alpas Coin in Israel.
Grupalama would love to get this dude up the road. Uh Gregoire here has had a really good
early season. They would love to get him up the road and go for a stage victory today. That
would make their entire tour to France. Uh Picnic, they’ve got the fourth place rider overall on the
road, but why not go for something else? Sudal’s already won four stages, I believe. Alpasin won
stages at the beginning. Israel, Premier Techch, uh, I think they need something, too. Then we’ve
got the Jagat group. So, Jagat is further back here. Matteo, Trenton, Velasco, Jagat, and
Romeo Abad from the front end to the Pelaton right now. It’s quite a ways this five and
a half minutes. Rolling on, guys. Rolling. Oh, look at this Evard here. Hollywood guy. Uh,
almost forgot about Jennifer Gray at dinner in I Dude, I didn’t even know that. So, Jennifer Gray
was in American Flyers. Now, guys, I think this is before Jennifer Grey. That’s Dirty Dancing, right?
Is it guys? Uh, my movie knowledge is not that great. I’m just going to tell you that. Usually
Steven Cycles is my backup man, but Avar is my wingman today for movie knowledge. Steven Cycles,
I ride with him inside. I actually ride bikes with Stephen inside. He’s in Scotland. I’m here. He
knows. He collects all sorts of movie memorabilia. I’ll mention a movie thinking he may maybe he
knows it, maybe he does. I go, “Dude, I just saw this great movie.” And he goes, “Dude, that’s
one of my favorites.” He’ll send me a picture. He   goes, “I got this signed by the director in 1989
or something like that.” I’m like, “What?” He’s got all this cool memorabilia. So whenever I
need movie help, it’s usually him. But it’s   a VAR today. Sean Kelly, I love it. Sean Kelly
here. I love this dude. Sean, where you from, bro? Nope. I have never won the tour of France.
I let Steven Roin. Exactly. Exactly. But Sean, seriously, where you from? Thanks for dropping
in, dude. Uh, shout out to Sean Kelly. Sometimes he goes by John Kelly online. Legend. He really
was. I think the way they did the UCI points back then was that so now it’s on a 52- week rolling.
It rolls over every year. So your points are kind of constantly being eliminated and new ones being
added. That’s the best way I can describe it. The way they’ve changed the system four or five times.
I’ve actually been researching it. That’s why all these points are important. Every standing is
important for these guys. Every stage is important for UCI points. You can go online and find all
this information. You can tell I don’t really have a life outside of this. Uh, so way back when,
I think the points just kind of stayed and they amassed forever. So apparently after Sean Kelly
retired, which I would guess would probably be   late 80s, guys. Is that right? He still remained
number one for a couple years afterwards cuz he had so many points amassed that other people were
still trying to build up points to get past him. Let me know if you guys heard that, too. Yeah.
Diddy the devil. 119 years old. Any jumping impressive? Dude, that guy’s got a huge vertical
on him. When you see him jump on the side of the   road, he’s going to blow something out one day, I
think. Oh, Drew met the real Diddy at Cran Montana uh tour to Swiss 2001. Diddy the cyclist.
Does baby make a rider more dynamic? Dude, I think that guy’s going to jail. I think
he’s actually going to jail, which is good. Uh, Uncle Maddie, is Vout in the
group chasing leaders? I think Vout,   he was three or four groups back, guys. Let’s
take a look at the map again. It’s kind of getting all crazy here now. Look at all the groups
on screen. Group one, Harry Sweeney. Group two, there’s five riders chasing there. Guys, I’m
going to do a bike terrier for you in a second. Third group has four riders. Probably in this
group here. Nope. Matteo Jorgensson, Wellen,   Akosu, all these guys were in that group
of 13 up front. Vout somewhere back here unless he’s drifted back. Huida, Giam, Martan,
Valentine, Maduas. There’s Vout back here. So, they don’t have a huge lead on the Pelaton.
I’m surprised they haven’t drifted back. 37 seconds. I could see that all coming back
together. They’re out there flogging themselves   when they could be back in that big draft
back there. Why don’t we do that quickly, guys? Let me do that there for you.
Catch up with the chat just quickly. Yeah, Leville 140 miles. Okay, I’m back you guys. Let’s do this
quick. We’re back into bike terror again. I’ve asked the dudes if they’re going to uh
get the uh tour to France FEM’s information   because I’d love to be able to show that off to
you. Here’s Harry Sweeney. Let it just draw in, guys. So, here’s here. Oh, what’s
this? What is this? Is this real? So, what we’re seeing here now, this could be a live
catch, guys. I’m going to jump out quickly. I’m   going to stick right here. I’m going to
confirm this. Is that real? It is real. So, the front rider I’m on the other page right
now that you’ve been looking at the whole time,   Harry Sweeney, 5 seconds behind him. There’s
the Gregoire group. There should be five riders coming up on him. What are we seeing here on Bike
Terra? Oh, get back to the front. And I know okay, here’s Harry Sweeney. There they are. Right
there. Five riders behind him right now. So,   they’re going to pull him back. So, nice attempt
by Harry Sweeney. Maybe he can get some firepower and all these guys can work together. We’re going
downhill here. Hopefully you guys can see it. I   think it does a really good job. There’s a third
group just chasing back there. Oh, I love this. I’m going to jump back to that group. That’s
going to be the Jordan Jagat group. Four riders pop in. This is that same bend going downhill. I
just can’t see them right now because they went around that corner. So around this corner. Uh if
it’s too curvy, we won’t see them. This is Jordan Jagat group chasing. Actually, you know what I
do? Zoom out. And we might see him just a little bit too far. So, take a look at those buildings
here on the left. I I can see them going between   the buildings. They’re going through the buildings
right now. Jump up to the remaining Gregor group. They’re in the buildings. They pop in. And where
is the other group? It’s back here somewhere. They’re probably just back in the fog of cycling
back here. Again, guys, if you’re new and you’re like, “What are we even looking at?” This is real
data in an app called Bike Terra. Uh, I’m Mr. Cheapo right now and I only use the free account.
Most recently, they put something on to the premium subscription, which is only $5.99 a month
for me. The draw in people like, some people say, “What do you mean by drawing, Colin? I don’t get
it.” See how it’s all cloudy back here? More will   pop in. They’ve increased the drawn distance which
costs them resources on their end processing. So that’s only available if you look at this here.
Have they caught Harry Sweeney here? Is that Harry Sweeney on the course? The groups are all going
to merge, I think, guys. So here’s Harry Sweeney. Looks like everyone’s came back
together. What I’m going to do now,   I’m going to leave it right here on Harry
Sweeney. I’m going to just jump out here, guys. Yeah, they’re saying one rider out front, Tour
to France, and nine riders. So, Harry Sweeney is still holding them off. And actually, I can see
it over here on video now. There’s at least 10,   11 riders behind him. So, the five the four
that were chasing him just got swallowed up by the Jordan Jagat group. We got some real
firepower coming back to the front. Guys, I’m   going to hang out here for a little bit more in
Berra. This is the the sink it does by itself. We don’t need to worry about Pogy for now. Let’s hang
out with the other riders. I love all the cyclist,   guys. Love them all. Oh, guys, we’re climbing.
Take a look at this. That is so cool. So cool. Uh the more support these guys get, the more
feature I’m going to see. So, remember how I said,   actually, let’s take a look. Do we have one
climb left? We do have a climb left. We’re doing up the cat four coat deong bill 2.5 km at
5 five and a half%. I say we just stick here. Yeah, look at that craziness on my screen, too.
I don’t know why that happens. Yeah, I may need to here. Maybe if I just keep it here for now
and let it just chill out for a second. No, it’s still doing that. I might have to close that,
I think. Yeah, guys, I’m just going to jump out of this here quickly and try to spectate again. Sorry
for whatever’s going on my screen there. I don’t understand what that even is. So, the groups
all came back together at the front. We’re all   back. Good. And I fixed it. Harry Sweeney was
the sole rider here in the pink jersey, the EF jersey. We are attacking here up this hill. Uh
17 km an hour. One thing would be really cool to see is their power, but I think that date is all
kept pretty hush hush. Where’s our next group on the road? The Jorgensson group is 600 meters back
roughly. They’re probably down on the switch back down below us. We’ll zoom out on the map. They’re
going to probably be going through this town here,   uh, Longville. So, yeah, we’re climbing the
coat to Longville, the hill above Longville. So, I’m going to jump back to the Jorgensson group.
Only three riders. They are on the climb. Ah, so all those buildings we went through,
that’s Longville over there. Sorry guys, I’m kind of trying to figure out how to get out of
the mountain. So, it’s all going to pop in here. Yeah, I can’t actually show it to you here. It’s
down below us. And then the next group is quite a ways back. It’s two and a half kilometers.
They’re probably not even back into the in the   town yet. So, let’s jump on Tim Wellins. Sorry
guys, that’s me. Nope, they are there. Okay. Uh, I don’t want to see window security right now
if you don’t mind. This looks like Jorgensson   here chasing. It is. There was three riders
there. One just disappeared. That again, that could be just a data issue. and we’re going
to bounce up the road here. There’s our our lead group of 11. Who should we hang out? Let’s
hang out with Kaden Grows for a while. So, we’re on Kaden Grows right now. Still climbing.
5% gradient here. I said it was, I think, a 5% average climb. If I jump back here now, and I’m
sorry I’m ignoring the chat as I’m doing all this controlling stuff. Uh, yeah, it’s a 5.5% average
slope for 2.5 kilometers. So, everything you’re seeing here is spoton. And that’s what I mean,
guys. You can get a full simulation of this climb. You could go ride this climb this afternoon.
I could do that. And what’ll be really cool is when they put the Tour to France riders numbers in
there just so you can get completely blown out of   the water. Maybe you could start this climb with
these guys and try to hang on with them as long as possible. Uh, just going to keep moving along
here, guys. Yeah, Floyd owns a a cannabis. Yeah, cannabis shop. I think he owns an entire company.
Yeah, no wind come. This is Dixon. No win coming out of the Pelon. Tons of fans on this climb
here. I’m watching Kaden Groves right now. That looks like Kaden Groves. 6% gradient there.
Let’s have a little look here. So, I’m not sure which jersey he would be here. They’re still
attacking, guys. 32 km an hour through here. So,   the speed’s correct up to outside of the
errors that we get from the data coming at us. We’re going to bounce back and see where the
Jorgensson group is now. Uh there’s 760 meters back. It is two riders now. It was showing
three for a while. They’re still climbing. I think that’s the last switch back they kind of
really go through. There’s a couple more turns.   Then we got Trenton. Oh, I think Trenton was with
them. Uh he he just disappeared again on me. So, this is just data coming from the tour right now.
leading group. Let that populate in. Anyways guys, if you like Bike Terra, let me know in the
comments. Come back here for now. I will jump back to that in a second. See these gaps. So, we
got nine riders in the front group. 52 seconds to Trenton here. Then it’s Jorgensson. So, I
think Trenton was with those two and he popped away. Actually, it’s showing three in this group
now. Well, it said three, now it’s showing two.   Trenton was with these guys and it looks like
Trenton’s gone on a bit of an attack. He’s a tutor rider. Let’s see if we got a tutor rider up front.
We don’t. Tutor is just trying to get up to the front and go with these guys. Matteo Trenton. I’d
say he’s kind of like a long range kind of guy. Uh let’s let that sit there, guys. Let me have a
sip of coffee. The the voice is feeling it today. Okay, let’s rock. If Yonas finishes ahead of
Tatty today, I would attribute to the polka dot jersey. Some of Tatty rubbing off may Yeah.
Yeah. Some of the positives of Tatty will rub off on Yonas today. NTN’s back. The women’s
marathon record holder was just caught and   banned for doping. Bingo bango, but she wasn’t
caught at record-breaking event Chicago. So, the record remains, at least for now. Yeah. And
I think there’s big money at those events. So,   basically, uh, if it’s the same lady, I just
saw a video through the week. I don’t follow marathoning really well, but the times are coming
down so hard. It’s like that’s not natural. And so this runner was caught with these weird drugs
that are masking drugs. They’re antidiuretics. So if they have to give a pea sample afterwards,
guess what? The stuff doesn’t come out. It kind   of holds it all in the body. uh meaning they’re
just finding ways because people will say and just think about it. It’s kind of a simple way
to avoid the testing. Well, how do they avoid not get how can they not get caught? Don’t they have
tests? Yeah, but if your pee that’s coming out,   your urine that’s coming out is holding in the
drugs. They can’t test it. I guess they’d have to do blood tests after every event, which would be
virtually impossible. Um they could test it later, I would assume. So, stop at nothing, folks. That’s
that’s the whole mentality. Stop at nothing. What does that tell you about other sports? I don’t
know. But it’s like it’s a bad situation in running right now. This looks like a crazy message
coming at me. I have no idea who this is. Uh oh, I love these questions, dude. Guys, I got
to read this out to you. Hello, I’m an HR   representative from Indeed. Sure you are. We
recently reviewed your resume. No, you didn’t. And believe you are a great fit for a remote
online opportunity. Why? Why would I be a great sh uh fit for a remote job? This is flexible,
remote, part-time, full-time online. The role involves assisting merchants with product reviews,
blah blah blah blah. Guys, check this out. I can make from 100 to 300 bucks a day by working 60
minutes. Sign me up, bro. What a scam. No thanks. Uh, I love getting those. I love responding to
them, too. I usually do. So, yeah, women’s record, uh, it’s way too sketchy now. Caught with these
anti- diuretic drugs in their system. You don’t need them. You do not need them. The And the
one I saw in cycling, which was probably from at least 12 to 15 years ago, it was a drug. They
said, “No healthy young athlete would ever require this drug. So, why are you taking it?” because
I had the beautiful side effect of masking other things. Greg Lman’s teammate Paul Willton is from
my hometown California. He went to some training and I went to my friend. Okay, so that’s Brandon
talking about Greg’s teammate. I don’t remember Paul Willerton. I’d like to know more of that.
He climbed at 17 miles an hour. Uh we’ve got uh CLnt TV to finish in top 10. Matteo Jorgensson.
Uh Matteo can finish in the top 10 today, but not overall at the tour. In fact, Matteo
Jorgensson is 33 seconds behind the leaders right now. And there are looks like seven riders ahead
of him. So, he could get a top 10 stage finish, but he’s not. We got a rider on the side of the
road here. Actually, it’s just a random bike getting service from neutral service is
coming to the rescue again here, guys. Oh, that’s another rider over here. So, we had a
crash back here. Who is this? White jersey. Uh, I can’t tell who this is right now. So, I saw
Okay, crash replay here. Crash replay, folks. One rider down, smashes some stuff on the road.
Another rider skitters right into the concrete burm. This guy puts his foot down. So, this is
where if you’re watching on TV, they be like, “We’ve had a massive crash.” Two guys went down.
First guy went right down on his right shoulder. Hit the side of the curb. Way worse than the
tatty crash. Second rider goes in. Again, a lot of them were wearing rain jackets, so I can’t
tell who they are. That guy was mostly in blue.   I’m going to think Rupalama. Third guy kept it
upright. Neutral service there was there to help. Let’s see if we’ve got anything from the tour yet.
What are they telling us? Crash at the front. Ah, Ev, that’s Ivonne Romeo Abad and Gregoire. Roma
Gregoire. They were in the front. Front, guys. Oh, and we just crashed through the town. We just went
through Roma’s hometown. Cross the coat. This is his hometown apparently in this area and then he
finished. Then he crashes soon thereafter. So, bad luck for this dude. Wow. So, it’s all
going to be split up now. Let’s just see. Three at the front. Okay. So that’s where
those guys disappeared from in corn. Uh yeah, that was the rider in blue. He went down uh and
he actually slid across the entire road. It was a righthand corner and he like basically got stopped
by the the concrete little thing on the side where the sidewalk is. Of course, they’re going to try
to get back on. That’s Ankhorn. Then Jorgensson’s there. They they’ve caught Trenton back. Tim
Wellins is in the mix. Where did Tim Wellins come from? Tim Wellins is here now as well for
UAE. We’ve got 37 seconds back to Costu here, guys. It’s getting heated at the front.
It’s getting it’s getting ramped up, guys. 20 kilometers to go here on that barrier.
19 point over here. So, I can refresh. This video is live. They’re all speeding up and the roads
are wet. So, I would anticipate more crashes. Uh, same question here. Can Matteo finish
top 10 in the stage? Top 10 at the tour. Not a chance. Not today. No, he’s an hour
behind. He’s an hour behind. 10th place overall. Yeah. Tour to Front stage wins as big
as a Super Bowl ring. Uh, makes your career. June saying, “Yeah, Jonas won’t
win any stages. He can’t win any   of these next two.” Uh CB saying,
“Bike terror is very cool.” Guys, you can be doing the same rides in CL inside.
I’ve been lazy lately because I’ve been Guys,   to be honest, my consistency is out the window
because I’ve been doing this. Uh this takes a big part of my day. Kind of worn out that
replay. That guy hits so hard on his shoulder. Yeah. So, that was a Moistar rider with the
Spanish bands around his chest. That’s Ivonne. Is it Ivonne or Ivonne? Romeo Abad. I think it’s
Ivonne Romeo Abad. Young guy. Uh yeah, CB Terra guys are in the chat with this with us. That’s
what I love about it. So CB take a look down   three chats. You can see bike terror right here.
Uh June. Yeah, Meria’s won two. Has Milan? Yeah, I think Milan’s won two as well. I thought it
would have been three, but Frog Physics is here. lot of bikes and championship trophies. Frog, let
us know where you’re from. I’m going to keep an   eye out here. Thanks again, Colin. Definitely more
upgrades to come for future events. Yeah, dudes. As Bike Terror grows, this this Sudal car almost
hit the EF car ahead of it. I thought he was going to ram right into him. Insanity out there, folks.
Uh I’m looking at Kaden Groves, Frank Vanderbrook, and Stewart. I think that’s Sam Stewart, I believe
that was his name. Let’s have a look here. 1715. Sorry, Jake. Jake Jake Stewart. I had Sam
Watson, I think, and him mixed up in my head there. Three riders out front. Anorn riding
solo here from Sudal. So, I wonder. Yeah, just trying to get it all figured out. Velasco and
Jagat are here. It’s just smashed out everywhere, guys. The Jorgensson group. Where is Gregoire?
Here’s Gregoire. Gregoire’s here. Where’s Abad? Abad’s somewhere in no man’s land out here,
guys. He was down in that crash, too. Two went   down pretty hard. And it was like one of those
crashes where it’s like it just happens and you have no time to react to it. Uh reminder friends,
Pontellia was the famous the Finnish village where it rained so hard that Armstrong let the
break away some 24 minutes. Thomas Vogler. Yes, dude. I love that guy. Pache. Oh, I’m really
far behind, guys. I got to catch up. 21 stages over 3 weeks. It’s a long race. Different
stages. Yeah, it can be difficult to keep   track. Yep. Every sing was the first, then the
Jirro, and then the tour. Oh, wow. Yeah, that was almost too much at the beginning of the year.
So, four riders there with the Matteo Jorgensson. J.R. asking, “Why do you think Yonas hasn’t
joined the break?” He doesn’t need to, dude.   Uh, he’s not going to gain any time back. He’s
just going to ride with Tatty all the way. Now, here they are. I think everyone knows
what’s going to happen here. They’re going   to finish together trying to catch up. Yeah,
there’s huge support for Matteo Jorgensson. Okay. Who do you think? Okay. Avar
Robert Townsing, comedian, filmmaker,   bike in the 90s. Okay. Yeah, tons of Jorgensson.
This is Jeff Attitude asking, uh, Jorgensson could get a stage win today or top 10, but not overall.
Jeff Attitude is saying, “Answer my question.” Thank you, dude. Yeah, I just did. So, he will
not 100% get top 10 overall, but he could finish top 10 today only. CB’s asking, “Where are you
broadcasting from?” Dude, I’m in Alberta, Canada. Alberta, Canada, down in the 10 x 10 cube of
training and uh motivation. Phil Como 100. Yeah. Okay. So, Phil is answering my question. 100% they
will pause for Tatty. 100%. Right. And the women’s race. Nah, we’re going. So, that happened last
year and Demiy’s coming back for revenge because the way that went down was I watched it and I’m
just like, are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? Now, I think eventually there was one of
her teammates uh her team was SD Works ProTime, I think it was called. I saw one of her teammates
back there, the girl that won who was a teammate of hers. Yeah, it’s great she won, but I don’t
even know if she knew what was going on. Like the   tour, the directors of that team didn’t tell them
what was going on. Uh, someone is praying Pogy will have a mishap because this someone is rooting
for Yonas. Yeah, Yonas can’t win now, guys. Unless Unless something drastic happened to Pogy, which
no one wants. I don’t want it. Would I love to see a different tour winner next year? Yes, I would.
I’m that guy. I want to see a different winner all the time. I want to see battles. I want to see
someone struggling with early season training and they didn’t get in shape for the tour to France.
Allah Yan Olrich, that kind of stuff. Uh, Drew, I’m near Wolf Creek Pass and the Great Sand Dunes.
Oh, there’s sand dunes in Colorado. I didn’t know   that. Race ac Race Across America passes by
my driveway everyone. Cool, dude. There’s sand dunes in Alberta. There’s sand dunes in the
Northwest Territories, I think, in the Yukon.   And there’s huge sand dunes in Saskatchewan
as well. They should make a movie about major chill. I agree with that. Cassid’s back. Hey,
Cassidy. Good to have you here. Georgia, USA. Everyday tuning in. Fem’s next. Dawn. Yes, dude.
Don’s going to be here for the fems. Everyone, let me know if you’re going to be here
for the fe. Oh, wow. Guys, like dudes,   if I’m slow getting to you right now because I’m
just trying to do everything here. I need a full assistant. This is insane right now. Okay, so
there’s Cassie. Uh, and I’m still watching here, guys. 13.9 km to the finish. We got one rider.
It’s Kaden Groves out front. So, Kaden’s escaped from the other two that he was with. Jagat now
has joined up with Velasco, Vandenbrook, Inorn, and Jake Stewart. Jake Stewart was just in the
front before. Kaden Groves trying to go up the   road. Jorgensson 42 seconds behind them. Guys,
this might be time for a little bike terror. And again, of course, I’m going to lose the chat
here. Don saying he’s going to tune in every   day. Let me do this quick. Uh going to get this
fired up for you guys. At least it’ll be playing and I can easily click around then. So, there’s
that. Here’s the leading group of Kaden Groves, dude. For Alpas and Dcoinic. Let me get
this on. I’m going to let it populate in   quick. I’m going to come back here. Bing,
bang. There you got Kaden Groves on screen, guys. Kaden Groves out front by himself, smashing
it again. Climbing 4%. I think he has a very small lead right now. It’s only 300 m to five riders
chasing him. Let’s go check out Pascal Inorn for Sudal. Five riders here chasing after him. Again,
guys, this is a real climb. 90% gradient here. Uh, not a categorized climb. Not a categorized climb.
There’s little lumps and bumps before the finish and then it’s basically I’d say virtually flat.
It looks like it’s slightly uphill. 13 km to go, guys. The race is really on now. Now the race is
on. Uh probably need to do a reset here. So here’s our front group. Let’s just hang out with Kaden
Groves. I’m not going to go back to that screen   for a while so I don’t mess it up again. That’s
my fault. Here’s the Jagat group. Just so you can get an idea where they are. I’m just going to try
to piece together where they are with him. Uh, it says it’s 300 meters. He’s probably just up ahead
in these trees here. Bounce to Caden again. So, remember this valley. There’s a valley beside them
here. They’re just back in these trees. They are on the hunt. Can’t see them yet. So, he is doing
a good job holding them off. I’m going to bounce around a little bit here, guys. Just bear with me.
Let’s go back to the Jorgensson group. We got a   lot of Matteo Jorgensson lovers here. Uh, five
riders in this group working together now. Ah, look at this. They’re closing in on the Jakat
group. It’s less than 100 meters. So, we’re going   to probably 10 riders coming back together here
shortly. Here they are jumping up to Let’s hang out with Jake Stewart for a second and we can take
a look back and see the chase group back there. We had some fun chitchats. I Well, I read about it in
the bike terror. Bike terror has a Discord group   and I’m I’m part of it. I just hang out there.
And uh they were talking about the animations. You can see the guys when they’re working hard.
They got the head bobbing going on. They were   saying it’s very much modeled after Jonathan Milan
when he sprints. This head bob here. I love it, dudes. I love it. Uh it was a fun little chat we
had. So up the road, can they cash Kane Gross? He’s doing a really good job of holding off. I’m
looking for some race radio on Kaden Gross here.   The roads are absolutely soaked, guys. Soaked.
It’s just spitting now, but it’s going to be wet all the way to the finish. This is going to be
crazy sprint finish, guys. Crazy sprint finish. I’m still looking to see them lurking back there.
Not yet. Let’s go back to the Jagat group here. Two groups on course right now. You can see them
again. And here’s that big valley I was talking about beside them before when uh Matteo went
through here. We’re back into the trees. Let’s hang out here for a bit so I can catch up with
the chat uh and figure out where we are in the   race. So Don’s going to be tuning in every day,
including the fems. Uh yeah, Dave saying no, no, no, no, no, he can’t. Matteo is too far back.
He’s an hour behind overall uh behind 10th place. Phil Ko saying, “Please don’t crash.”
is like saying some goalie deserves a   shut out. The last one in with 10
seconds in the third. Jinx. Oh, yeah. You’re right. I don’t want
to jinx him. Robert evil. Oo. Yeah. Oh, wow. Robert, is that what she
said? Wow. So, Robert saying here,   Lina Weebs saw her SD Works teammate on the
ground. So, they were teammates. Lina bumped uh Demi down and then she I can’t believe she said
that. Did she really say that? Robert saw her team on the ground and thought it was a bag of trash
and rode on. You must be making that up, dude. Tom Boon’s back. Do they still have team time trials?
They don’t anymore. They don’t, Tom. And I miss   them. Uh I’ve heard that there’s one coming back.
Oo, take a look at this, guys. You can see things splitting up here. Kaden Groves. Hammer time,
folks. Uh, he’s 460 m ahead now. I wonder if he’s going downhill. Little pop in here. Okay,
remember guys, everything you see here is being rendered like live. This isn’t an application
where everything’s preloaded. This is browser. You can see the browser base at the uh at the top of
my screen. It’s It’s plain as day. I should figure out how to cut all that stuff out and make it look
more pro, but I’m not really a pro. So, yeah. Team time trial supposedly coming back next year.
A short one. I won a long 80k team time trial. Go team uh USA. This from Jeff Adachu
here. Fun fact. Until three days ago, uh I’m trying to figure out what Don’s saying
here. Fun fact. Until two days ago, I thought Jacula was a person’s name. Ah, not a not a tour
team. No, it is a tour team. I think JCO is um an Australian company. I think JCO is like basically
they make trailers like caravans, camper vans, camper trailers. I think that’s what JCO does.
Uh and I think it’s a dude that’s been following   cycling forever. So that’s Kane girls out front.
We got Frank Vanderbrook here chasing solo now. And on screen I’m seeing two solo riders. Shimano
neutral service right there chased by two other riders. Yes, it’s showing it perfectly, guys.
They’re not that far apart. So, yeah, there you can see it right there. Okay, so Oh, I see what
I’m seeing. I’m seeing Frank Vanderbrook being pursued by Jake Stewart. And then there’s two more
riders back there. I thought it was showing. Yeah,   here it is. The Jorgensson group’s coming up,
guys. Freight trains coming. This is Jake Stewart right here being pursued by two riders. Jagat
and then the Jorgensson group’s coming right now. Uh oh, I bounced the wrong group. I wanted
to bounce to Okay, I think we’ve lost some data just a little bit. So, Jagat is still up
the road just ahead. Is his data points just missing here. So, this looks like Jake Stewart
being caught maybe. Although, this is Velasco. Here’s Jagat. Let’s see where he is. Oh, is he
actually out the back? Is he actually out the   back, guys? Are we seeing this live? Here it is.
I’m watching my video feed. Matteo Jorgensson, Harry Sweeney, they just blow right past Jagat
and Jagat is struggling on the back. Wow. What I’m seeing here is virtually exactly what’s happening
on this video. This is insane. This is insane. Here, uh, just up the road, we’ve got Simone
Velasco being chased by the the Jagat Jorgensson group. They’re going to pick him up right away.
Then we’ll bounce up to Jake Stewart. Again,   we’re looking back. There’s Velasco being picked
up by Jorgensson Sweeney and Shagat. Let’s go to Kaden Groves. Oh yeah, Kaden Groves. Yes, he’s
got he’s about 800 meters ahead of them. Head down. Just giving her folks. We’re getting
closer to the end here. I think what I’m   going to do is bounce out so I can get the
latest data so I’m not missing stuff. Wow, that’s awesome. Awesome stuff. Kaden Groves
is over that bump. He’s got a time trial for eight and a half kilometers. He’s got to try to
hold off. Uh not only Frank Vandenbrook here, but the pursuing group, uh Jake Stewart, Velasco,
these guys should all be together. Unless some of them are jumping again right now. Oo, Kaden Gro
is taking it very sketchy around these corners. He’s like he’s basically riding through puddles,
guys. Head down now. Let’s go, dude. Let’s go. So here’s that group of six. It’s still saying
Velasco’s out front, four seconds ahead. So he must have like tried to jump away from him just
as he was getting caught. And Jake Stewart is   one second at this is all going to be changing
on the fly. I think it’s best to go into the map mode. Map mode here. Yeah, take a look at
this. So here’s Kaden Gross, Australian Rider, Alpas and Decoynic. kind of like their secondary
or tertiary sprinter between Yasper Philipsson, Machu Vanderpool, and Kaden Groves. Probably
like third ranked sprinter on the group. So, he’s been expected. I mean, Yaser was out
stage three. Matu bowed out. He is going for the finish now, guys. One really nasty corner
up here. This should be super sketchy for the   Pelaton coming through it here. Uh you
look at that roundabout there. Wonder if they could have designed that road better to
the finish. I guess they didn’t expect rain,   did they? Uh right now looking at a
picnic rider. Who’s this going to be? Oh, it’s Vandenbrook. So Vandenbrook is second on the
road right now. He’s riding solo 44 seconds back. Putting in a good showing for picnic today.
And I’m going jump back into the chat, guys. Drew Schaefer. Okay, Joe’s here. Joe made it in.
Good morning all cycling fans. Drew Schaefer. My brother’s home was post World War I all brick. 22K
in 1973. Sold for 580K in 2011. Dude, what’s that worth now? That house is a million dollars now.
Around here, we got no brick houses, but Calgary uh I think it’s gone through its housing boom.
The housing pricing here is scary. Like I think average home now like 700 and something thousand.
Uh, I bet you my house has almost tripled in value since I bought it 12 years ago. I am on an
acreage, too. Acreages. I always say to people, they’re not building more land. They can always
build more suburbs and there’ll be 500 homes in those suburbs. Okay, what’s going on here?
Uh, looks like a JCO rider. He’s giving them   a headshake. So, it’s a JCO Alula rider giving a
headshake over to the Pogy Group. They must have been saying something to him and he’s just saying
nope whatever that is. I wonder if they’re asking him to chase. It is 121. That’s Ben Oconor for JCO
Alula. So I guess they were saying, “Dude, are you going to chase?” And he’s just giving them a big
headshake. Uh Jordan Jagato. Oo. Whatever this We got to figure out this gap here, guys. It’s not
giving me any data here. I can kind of give you   a ballpark. 47 seconds to Frank Vandenbrook, but
then I don’t know the I don’t know the distances you got. Well, guess what, guys? We may be doing
something here. We may have to pull a bike terror   to figure this out. That group’s getting
bigger at the front. Looks like to me, well, that’s the video feed, so it could be a slight
delay. Kaden Grove still going. Fran Brandon Book still solo. And then we’ve got eight riders.
That’s what I’m seeing on screen here. Two,   four. Yeah, definitely eight riders there. Little
gaps forming. Five on the front, three kind of strung out on the back. Kaden Grove still going
solo. Roads are quite dried up now. And he is just going under the Okay, so that says Okay, so
that’s about 4 500 meters behind. I’m going to make sure I’m live here for you guys. Live live.
Try to get back to the chat. Uh, Cole, I’ve missed two days of return to friends commentary.
Had to go work far in the desert. No single,   dude. Don’t worry, dudes. Appreciate all your
support here in your comments. Cole, uh, I get it. Work comes first. Cole, you still haven’t told
me you’re an engineer, uh, completions engineer or what? I I see you’re saying you’re you’re out
in the desert, so maybe you’re at a wellsite. Uh, Drew’s here. Jacob, best
matching kit and bike frame colors. Oh, Evard. So, Jennifer Gray long before Dirty
Dancing. That’s what I would have thought, too, if   it was the same girls. Uh, Flyers 85, dancing 87.
Joe was going out in a yellow jersey today. Kevin Bacon on a bike and quicks. Yeah. Where he was
a delivery guy riding the uh the single speeds. Uh, Linden Bridge falling down. You mentioned
they you’re going to cover the tour fe. I’m   not familiar with who the players are
racing. Who should we watch? Demi. Oh, dude. Perfect question here, dude. This is this
is what I’m saying. You guys make this chat and this channel so absolutely awesome for me. Your
question here, dude. Lynon Bridge falling down,   dude. Special shout out. Who are the Pogy and
Ving Go of the Fence? The Pogy. I said this to myself. I was trying to tell Joey Jojo.
She knows nothing about cycling really.   Um, she just hears me talk about it all the
time and she gets sick of it. The Poggy in the Fem’s world is Demi. She’s super dominant.
She’s so good. Her odds right now, you know, it’ll say someone else 8 to1, like I think Cassia
Neodom, I think she’s 11 to1 to win. And there I think there’s a couple other girls like 8 to1, 12
to1. I think uh Marlon Rouser from Switzerland for Movie Star. She might be the second. Uh I I don’t
think I can even compare them. Poggy and Bingo, but definitely Pogy is Demi. She’s the female
version of uh Pogy. Incredible cyclist. So much determination. After that crash, she’s on
a mission. Like she is a brand new team. I think that was just the end for her at SD Works
Pro time. SD Works ProTime still exists. So, she’s the pogy of women’s cycling and she’s really
good. Really good. But her betting odds weren’t like 4 to one or 3 to one or 2 to1. They’re
like 1.37 to1 for her to win. So, so far away. Drew says he’s got to wash the dishes. He’s got
to be quiet. Sean Kelly about an hour from Dublin. Big fan of my namesake. Thanks for the commentary
over the tour, dude. Thank you for being here.   Dude, I’m I’m so far behind, guys. I got to start
skipping forward. Uh, and where are we here now, guys? Let’s take a look. 2 km remaining to the
finish. Frank Vandenbrook cannot pull it back. It was 44 seconds. Now it’s 48. Jagat here, guys.
Alpison is going to get their third win today. Nice gutsy move by Kaden Groves here, guys. I
think I am going to jump back into uh bike terror for this just so you can see the groups coming
in. We should be able to see the gaps pretty   good. Here’s our leading group, Kaden Gross. I’m
going to zoom out on him quickly and I’m going to come back here and I’m going to turn this on
and we’re going to do it this way and see if   I can keep track of it somehow. So, here’s Kaden
Groves out front. He’s got a 700 meter lead over Frank Vandenbrook. That’s apparently about 45 to
50 seconds. So, you can kind of start figuring out the groups. Here’s Frank Vandenbrook. Uh, we
are going through a town here. This must be the outskirts of Pontarier. And look at this here. The
Jagat group is coming up on Frank Vanderbrook. I don’t think he’s going to stay away. Uh there’s
too much firepower in this group here. Matteo   Jorgensson, Harry Sweeney. Harry Sweeney went
by himself earlier. Tim Wellins is in the mix, too. I think these guys are going to be the
best of the rest because I think Kaden Groves   has got it, guys. Let’s see where will the
finish line be. Uh on bike terra, excuse me. Okay, I’m taking a look here. I think we’re under
a kilometer to go, guys. I think so. Without me Well, I can quickly do a little double check
on that here quickly. Yeah, we’re under call   800 meters to go, guys. And this is still running
perfect, I think, here. Yes, it is. Oh, yeah. Dude asked me to do this. I’m doing it again, guys,
because I had my big skull in front of all the   leaderboards there. We can’t do that. I just I got
to phase it over because I’m facing the wrong way. That’s not the way I’m really facing when I put
it over there. Kaden Grove is going to the finish, guys. Uh the finish lines of Berra. If you were to
jump on today and do a route on Berra, you’ll see like a little culde-sac turnaround and there’ll
be a little statue in the middle and an archway.   Here it is right here. Kaden Groves is now coming
to the finish. He just won a stage at the Tour to France, guys. Boom. He just crossed the finish
line. Frank Vandenbrook holding on for dear life, guys. So, he must have put in a secondary attack
to try to get away. He counterattacked as they were coming up. It was less than that before. Will
this guy get caught by this group behind us? Hold on, dude. Hold on, buddy. Hold on, buddy. Kaden
Groves, I’m watching the video. Yeah, I think this guy’s in tears right now. Slapping his face kind
of like can’t believe it. Shaking his head. I can see him. Whenever you see them doing this, they’re
grabbing the radio. Their radios are like tucked   underneath their jersey and I think they just
grab it. Tap to talk. Telling the team victory salute across the finish line. Yes, dude. That’s
what I want to see. Absolutely love it. Okay, so we got Frank Vandenbrook out there still
coming through the town, guys. Take a look at   this here. Pascal and Horn has made a jump. He’s
trying to get up there. He’s trying to catch up with uh Frank Vandenbrook here from Picnic Post
Post NL. Finish line’s coming here, guys. Ooh, look at this huge closing speed. 46.3 km an hour
to Enkhorn. Frank Vandenbrook is just going to make it for second. Third place goes to Pascal
Enhorn. Wow, that was awesome. And the rest comes through. Guys, I’m going to jump out because
I need to see the standings over there now.   I need to see the actual standings. I want to
check that out right now. By Terra, thank you so much. By Terra, let’s do the the fems as well. So,
we’re going to come back over here. We’re back in here. Boom. There we go, folks. Okay, so Kaden
Groves, 4 hours 6 minutes. Frank Vandenbrook, 54 seconds back. And uh Enor here, I actually
don’t know his first name. Uh, it’s not showing me his first name here. Kaden Groves wins. What
a stage, guys. Just going to hang out here for a little bit. Uh, I’m going to look at the chat.
What’s my time looking like? Wow. I have time to do the fam today if I really want to go crazy
today. Uh, yeah, I’m really far behind, guys. I’m going to just Yeah, I saw this dude here.
Uh, Chris McConny, welcome aboard, dude. Thank   you for becoming a member of the channel, guys.
We got over 600 people here. Thank you so much. Uh, Robert Fe, watch for last year’s winner,
Cassia. Exactly. Neodoma, Demi Valerin, Lyopeki. Uh, Eliza Longo Borgghini, she just
won the women’s Jirro. Uh, Charlotte Cool. Uh, I say her name wrong. I think it’s Cole. She is
a good sprinter. Lorenna Weebs, she is a good, she’s a really good one-day racer. She’s known
for her more of a classic style racer. She’s trying to become more of a GC contender.
Of course, Ander Vanderbrean. Uh, retired, came out of retirement, and now she’s back
racing against Demi Volering. Khloe Dyer there, the American as well. Incredible cyclist. Uh,
a lot of big names. Um, yeah, it remains to be seen who will become the Pogy Jonas Battle. Demi
is definitely the Pogy in that, guys. the more coverage of I’m just gonna say ladies cycling.
I keep saying how am I going to say it without   signing, you know, I’m so nervous about saying I
don’t want to say girl cycling. Uh but if I do, yeah, I don’t mean anything by it. Kristen
Falconer as well. Exactly. She’s there. Uh oh, she’s a rich venture capitalist. I didn’t
know that. Yeah. So, Chris McConner, dude,   thanks for joining the channel. Thank you so much.
Uh Chris, where are you from? Brandon, yes, they are catching women using performance enhancements.
Yeah, I think the running is really bad. Yeah. So,   is it a diuretic or an anti-uretic? I
never understood that part. Brandon, they should test every professional. Uh Brandon,
yeah, dude, I’m going to do that. You should get the premium version of Bike Terror. Oh, free.
Okay. Uh you are like an ambassador. Maybe one of their first. Dude, yeah, I’m probably just
going to get it myself. It is really good. And   I And dude, I’ve only done two rides on it.
I did a test ride last probably December. I didn’t I recorded it, but I never made a video
out of it. It was just like a cool valley ride,   and I was constantly looking at the maps at
the same time. I go, “Yeah, that’s really there. That’s really there.” It doesn’t simulate
everything, but that’s not the point of it. Then, um, I climb Mount Palomar on a Thursday. There’s
a group called OTR Virtual Events. Shout out to James Oggovy who runs all that. He puts all these
cool events on. And it’s the Thursday Climb Club. So, anyone can show up. If you want to race, go
ahead. If you want to chill with a couple of bros, couple of dudes, you can do that, too. If you
want to ride way at the back, you’re welcome to   do that. It’s just your own pace. Does it become
a race? Yes. You got to push yourself, guys. Uh, okay. Oh, you had the Nigerian Prince
scam. Yeah, I like that one, too. Yep,   we saw the crash in the corner.
Got that from Ticula and Dixon. Oh, Brandon, he’s saying the dude raced
with Greg a couple years on Team Sub. Oh,   so that was way back when Paul Willton Anthony, they should have a race where drugs are
allowed. Then we’ll see which drugs are the best.   Yeah. Well, I guess they kind of did in the ’90s.
Just basically run what you brung. Do whatever you want. Pelaton’s still working their way in, guys.
I’m just going to hang out with the Pelaton here.   Watch them. They’ll be coming to the finish here.
Uh, we’ll see the GC standings. I’ll do the chat. Hey, Colin. Jetro here. Oh, this is Jetro,
dude. Wow, dude. Okay, guys. Good. Uh, well, what do I know about Jetro? Jetro races on Ruby.
Um, I’ve probably been in a few events with Jetro. I don’t do as much racing on Ruby anymore. I’m
kind of more of a solo rider now. I started doing all the race coverage for Team GRC. You guys have
seen my Team GRC jersey. Uh, I’ve worn it I think two days ago. Uh, Team GRC has its own Discord. I
created it a couple years ago. It’s it’s rocking. I’ve made my own another separate Discord for
Inside Cycling World just to keep that stuff   away from that stuff. Jetro is a key member on
team jersey. Very strong cyclist. So this is Chris McConny. Hey Colin Jetro here. I have been
lurking. Oh, he’s a lurker. Enjoying your coverage from work. Happy to support. Keep it coming. Push,
push, push. Yes, dude. Yes. Thank you so much, dude. Uh Don again. Jennifer Gray was busy. Flyers
ferris fuelers. That’s right. In Dirty Dancing. Pogy is just crossing the finish line now guys.
Here I’ll take a look at the map for you. Uh, I think they’re going to cross it like by the time
I get there. So, this is live. Hear them coming to the finish now. There’s Pogy. Some guys still have
the rain jackets on, guys. Really relaxed finish out of this group here. Pogy with the UAE guys.
Maybe a couple of the Astalon guys are going to sprint for what is it? 15th. Rounding the last
band. Yeah, they just crossed now. And they crashed. Oh, are you guys kidding me? There was a
crash behind. Poggy’s up, guys. I actually think Pogy laughed there. I think he saw the crash go
down. They crashed on the last corner. It’s kind of like a little bit of a chicane through the last
corner. Are you kidding me? And they are sprinting to a stand of riders sprinting uh a Uno X rider.
So, yeah, that did break up the pelon there. They fell on that second to last corner. I wonder if I
can get that as a video for you guys. Let me just uh hang on a second here. Let me catch up with the
chat and I’ll try to show a replay of that. I’m just going to Where can I do that? Kind of over
here. I think I can do it over here. I can find the videos. The race. How can I get back to that?
Maybe let’s show it here. Uh, I can do this here. This is all stuff I can show you guys. Stage 20
of the tour here. I’m going to jump back to the race version here. Kaden Gross. This is just Kaden
Gross finishing guy. I’m going to try to center   this a bit better for you. Kaden Gross crossing
the finish line. He is pretty ecstatic about this win. He was celebrating from about 150 meters out.
Uh next, I’m waiting for the crash on that last curve. Definitely not what the pro commentators
call a massive crash. Uh four or five riders down, but just it looked like a foolish crash really.
They were bas Oh, but a confidence rider is down. Like some of these slow speed crashes can really
hurt. Don’t know who that is. And he’s been down. One of the first guys I saw go down in that
corner. Medical’s pulling up now. Damian Tus. So they were all riding in pretty casual and
somehow they still touch wheels. Um okay, great app. Bike terra. Yeah, guys, check it
out. Check out Bike Terror. Great seeing the   lurkers join in. Yeah. So, I do know Jetro pretty
well from over in the GRC Discord world. Renzo, uh, no, Matteo Jorgensson is not in the top
seven. Well, what did he finish today? What did Matteo Jorgensson finish today? We want all
rankings. We want the stage, dude. This is just the stage. Jorgensson finished in ninth today.
So, he finished in ninth place on the stage. Kaden Groves away by himself. Vandenbrook by
himself. Ank Horn went up there, excuse me, to get uh third for Sudal. Then the group came
in together, Velasco, Gregoire, Jake Stewart, Jordan Jagat, Tim Wellins, Matteo Jorgensson, and
Harry Sweeney. Matteo Trenton was separated by himself a little bit further back and then
cost you in. We saw all those guys today. Okay. Wow. Okay. So, NTN not here. Yep. I think you read
about the same doping case involved in the   women’s marathon. Yeah, she is the record
holder. Substance she was caught using was a diuretic which apparently can be used to mask
other substances. Yeah, it’s basically the only reason you would use it is to mask other things.
It’s like the cyclist Allah 2010. Let’s just say they said there is no reason that a healthy
young individual would ever take this drug.   Maybe it was a drug for a disease that happens
later in life. I guess that’s the best way I can put it. And they said the benefit was that
it masked all of the other drugs. So guys, they are testing, but there’s people out there.
How can we hide it? Take smaller dosages and mask it even more. Uh friends Louie Galeno Aguar, what
place was errands? I’m I’m going to guess he came in with the Pelaton. Uh it’s still showing the
rankings just popping in. Guys, I’ve only got   to 12th place on the stage today. Sometimes the
tour to France site will be very very slow. Uh two of the front group playing feared crash ones
but look like Groves take that advantage. Yeah,   Groves was far and away out there today. Evar Demi Volin will be vicious. She is a beast
on the bike. Yeah, she really is, guys. And I’m going again, I’m going to do it the exact
same way. I want everyone to jump in, join the   chats. It actually starts in just an hour and a
bit. So, I think it was this morning I was saying I found out I’m like, why did the men’s tour start
so late early today? This is the earliest start so far. 5 after 4 in the morning for me. So, another
another brutally long day for me because you can imagine what I’m going to feel like at 7:00
tonight. And I’m like, why is the women’s race starting so late? So that they can you can watch
both. This is done before the women’s even start. Uh, and tomorrow it flip-flops. Tomorrow the men
start late and the women start early. The women are running slightly shorter stages, which I get
and I don’t get at the same time, but it’s still going to be fantastic. Uh, great chat. Time for a
ride. Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking, too, dude. I   got to get on the bike. Uh, swoosh says he’s going
to be definitely here for the fems. Colin’s just checking in from Hong Kong, dude. Late at night
for him. Uh, I just got to catch up now. Uh, June Vera is the same app. No, it’s totally
different, dude. Bike terra. I like it though. Uh, Boise is having a half iron man this morning.
I just spoke with one of the officials. Yeah,   can catch up with the TDF. Cool. Thanks for the
updates. Okay, dude. Boys, Joel Noggera, dude, I know this guy. Joel is a longtime dude I know
over from my whoosh. I covered a lot of my whoosh racing and Joel, I will be getting back to it
soon. Very soon. Uh, I think I will be involved with the Echelon Racing League again this year.
Uh, doing some commentary for them. I I don’t   know what they expect out of me, but um, we’ll
see. And by that I just mean I don’t know what they want. Annette, same with Edmonton. Crazy.
Lots of infills in my area. Oh, yeah. How? Yeah, I know what you’re saying. Just houses, houses,
houses, houses everywhere. I’m on 25 acres, guys. There’s no one building around me. This is
my private domain. Uh I was talking to a buddy a few days ago how bungalows are so rare in Calgary
and Edmonton. Like a onelevel house. All it is is twotory houses now everywhere. You might go
into a community and out of say 500 houses, there might be three or four bungalows. They’re
more expensive to build. Uh they take a bigger   land plot. It’s the concrete basement footings
that really puts the cost up. As you get older, you want a bungalow. So, I’m on my own little
private paradise out here. Me and Joey Jojo. Ah, yeah. Exactly. Avar, don’t forget the legendary
Marannne Boss. Like, guys, she’s 38 years old. She’s racing at the fe. Drew’s back from the
dishes. Drew’s a good boy. You got the dishes done. Drew, let me The wife was yelling you, Drew.
You didn’t finish the dishes. I hope so. Anyways, I get that all the time. Uh, Robert Gro’s biggest
win of his career. Uh, sorry guys. I kind of got the screen on a goofy setup here. Uh, let’s see.
You know what I’ll do? I’ll come back here. Jump here. Sometimes they’ll give me more stats here
now, dudes. Let’s do this. Okay, let’s do it. If I can if I can do this. Uh, hang on one second here.
Uh, I got to figure that out for a second quickly. I don’t know if that one is good. So, that’s
the last kilometer Kaden going in. Kaden wins the stage there. I’ve only got five. I’m actually
trying to show you more of what happened behind,   but I can’t tell yet. We’ll go to the GC here
quickly. This is general rankings after stage 20, guys. We got one stage to go. Nothing’s changed.
Jagato, though. Yes, Jagat. He did it. Look at this, guys. Here’s a big change. So, JCO Alula
for some reason decided to give up uh 10th place overall at the Tour to France. Now, this is
why I do this. Okay, guys. Let’s say you got some sponsors out there. You got some rich dude.
Hey, man. We want you to sponsor our team. Well,   why should I? Dude, take a look at the standings.
Okay, I’m going to look at the standings. I’m some guy that knows nothing about cycling, but I’m so
wealthy. I’ve got like, you know, $500 million in the bank. They they only want a mill out of me, so
big deal. I took a look at the top 10 and I’m go,   “Okay, let’s see. Let’s see. Let’s see. Let’s
see. Let’s see.” Well, you’re not even the top 10, dude. Why would I sponsor you? Get it? So, Jordan
Chagat with that move today vaulted up into 10th place. Total Energies now has a rider in the top
10. UNOX has a rider in the top 10. Like, awesome stuff here for those teams. That’s that’s huge
for those teams. Uh, Total Energies, I think, is a pro series team. I think they got a wild card to
the tour to France. So, they’re like one step down from world tour. Uh, just want to finish this,
guys, cuz I might do my chores and jump back on. Drew says, “See you tomorrow, dude.” Thank you
very much. He’s got to get off to work. Poggy   finishing far behind, but it doesn’t matter today,
guys. The guys that won, they’re so far behind overall that it doesn’t impact them at all. The
big change today was Jordan Jagat and Ben Oconor. And I saw Ben O Conor, at least I think it was,
absolutely shaking his head. I’m not working. Uh, Pogy Stone yellow, he rides caution and
finish. He’ll be crowned champ at 25. Exactly. Hendra saying we need Benny. Julia saying, “Am
I in Bearpaw?” No, dude. I’m not in Bearpaw. Not at all, dude. I’m north of Calgary. More like in
farming country. Dude, I’m uh Julius cuz I know you me you knew about Cochran Hill yesterday. You
haven’t really told me your background. You know   Bear’s Paw. That’s a big huge subdivision of
rich people around here. I don’t live there. Uh I’m north of Calgary. I’m east of Diddsbury
in that part of the world. The little town uh on the way up to Red Deer. So that’s where I live.
Okay guys, um I don’t know how long I’ve been   streaming today. Boom. We’re almost at 5 hours. I
think we’re at 8 and a half hours. Something like that. Uh what I’m going to do, guys, I’m going to
jump off, try to get my chores done, and I might jump on for the fems right away. Uh, obviously if
you subscribed and hit the bell button, that’s why   you hit the bell button. You’re going to know I’m
going live. I haven’t even made the stream yet, so I got to get that figured out. Ivard’s taking
off. Thanks again, Colin and Joey Jojo. Great   stuff. No, dude. Thank you so much for being part
of this. Uh, everyone, thank you so much. I can’t believe I made it to stage 20 of the tour
to France. I got one stage to go and I’m not   stopping. Okay, guys. Uh, I’ll see you again real
soon. Could be in the next half hour. See you.
