Everyone, welcome to Kachi Kitchen Hanoi. And today we want to specially introduce one really special customer come to Kashi Kitchen Hanoi. His name My name is Sakiotei from Kosovo. Okay. He really inspire story for us because he come from Kosovo by bicycle to more than 12 country already and he also visit Macaka our holy place in Saudi Arabia by bicycle. So let’s talk and find out some really nice story about him. So so first of all why you decide to go to travel by bicycle? I my um like my real story was to propose to her. I have a girl in Indonesia. So I want to propose to her for marriage and first I need to go to Mecca and then perform URA. Yeah, I did perform Umrah. Then now I’m here in Vietnam. So I did go to Kosovo. I did travel to Macedonia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Iran then go to UAE. after UAE finished in Saudi then come back again UAE Pakistan China now I’m here in Vietnam and in this restaurant I cannot I always forget the name Kachi Kitchen Kachi Kitchen and the lovely people also that is really important then it mean you you decide to go by bicycle cuz of you want to propose or you’re not from Indonesia so people say oh but why by bike and not bicycle Yeah. Sorry, sorry, sorry. Why not by flight? By flight or why not by car or motor bike? At least motor bike because it will not be fun. You know it you will just pass 400 kilome 500 km per day. You will not meet new people. You will not do anything. So with bicycle you will take maybe 80 to 100 kilometers per day. You will meet a lot of amazing people. Some of they will be really not good. Yeah, you’ll meet every type of people in in this world. So why in like go first the Saudi because we are as Muslims we should at least like pure ourselves and then after that maybe it will be like blessings. Who knows? Because when you go to Mecca we all know what happens. Yes. Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah. Inshallah we also come to Iraq. Inshallah. Inshallah. Whoever whoever didn’t come like didn’t visit or perform Umrah is not too expensive. We buy phones maybe €1,000 or or more. So this is not more important than Umbra. Whoever didn’t do it, please do it. It will be really really good. At least one once in your lifetime. Then may I know in the journey of you when what is the best memory of you in the journey? Until now it was all Saudi. Oh, Saudi. I I swear Turkey too, Turkish people were very kind, very helpful. But in Saudi, every person I did meet was super kind and super like really really good. Everyone were welcoming me. Respect too much food. I did gain 8 kilograms in maybe two or three weeks eating seven days, seven times a day. So really good. Alhamdulillah. That is why the Makai is and not just Makkah but but all all Sabi. Yes. But uh people will say what is the the main main goal of this journey? Of course it it’s for her like propose her but also the man like to to respect your woman to cherish her also love her because she will be your partner until the end you know until you die. Yeah. Your kids will go and and leave and work somewhere else. Your your daughter, your your son or whatever, your brothers will go up. Your fathers too and mother she will be until the end. Yes. So that is really important to respect her and love her. Much and may I know what need to be prepared in the journey like you go by bicycle what need to prepare for me. For me, if you see my bicycle, I don’t have maybe even 10% of what other travelers have. They have cameras, they have equipment, they have everything. I don’t have any things that I should have, you know, just just the tent and stuff like bicycle, that’s it. Yes. But the most important thing is mind. If you’re prepared like okay, I will do it. I have I’m a bit too much stubborn. So when I do it, when I say okay, I will do this one, I will finish. Okay. And if you’re prepared mentally you’ll do it no problem. Okay. So it mean prepare your mindset and restless Allah arrangement for you. Anything anything you will just okay uh say Allah or make duas. Yes. And that’s it. And now how long how many days already you are your journey? It’s been uh maybe tomorrow or after tomorrow it will be 11 months in my journey. 11 months already. almost one year. 15th August 2024, I did start my journey in five in the morning after five prayer. Mashallah really inspired story. Yes. Alhamdulillah Allah bring you to my restaurant for we all of us can listen your story and alhamdulillah you know there are so many many many stories. I’m writing a book also. So you will see whoever reads it they will see many stories that I don’t know how they did happen but Allah did bless me with some really good people and and I said okay but I don’t want to meet this one or that one how did it happen some really good stories so also in Kashi kitchen Hanoi I was just leaving yeah maybe yesterday I was just going for for LA and then now I’m here it’s so easy Allah has plan for everything yes days and hope Allah inshallah will create every beautiful plan for everyone for everyone and and this these shops and also the branches in Sappa in in Hanoi they have many branches but this one is I think it’s the best yesterday you said you don’t have a good experience in Vietnam for start but today you have better so it’s also alhamdulillah for me as a Vietnamese give a good memory for the tourism who come to Vietnam especially is a Muslim brother. Yeah, Muslim brothers and sisters. Whoever comes in in Vietnam, you should definitely definitely visit Kachin in Hanoi. But when I did first day when I did come to Vietnam, yes, I did go to Laokai city and maybe it just looks to me but they were not too much friendly. Maybe it was my fault. So I said, “Okay, this is Vietnam. this people of Vietnam. Okay, I should be careful. And then when I come here now, I I feel very happy like open and laughing. You see with Muslims, we are like together and like brothers and sister whoever is Muslim, we are we are safe. Yeah. Alhamdulillah. And that also the reason we open kashi kitchen before that we when we start open kashi kitchen also called the reason when me and my husband the father co-founder of kach kitchen we pray in the mazi and many tourism they come they ask for hala food in Vietnam I want to try Vietname hala food the story happened in 2022 and then we start decide let’s make one restaurant must have a hali cuisine because the Muslim will come from all the country in the world so That’s why we make halali cuisine in Hanoi. That is that’s why Kashi Kitchen is the first restaurant in Hanoi Halami cuisine. Now I will show you something before from Laokai until here until Hanoi. I was just eating like bread you know baguette or or tomatoes, potatoes or or anything like fruits. I was starving you know I didn’t eat like real food. So now when I did come here I did eat many drinks like I did eat like the the dish uh that is the gore beef with noodle and drinks is dragon fruit and with mint and watermelon with at some point. So you see now I’m like really really really full energy and I I also laughing because before I was just so tired and couldn’t sleep. Now I’m maybe I will not sleep tonight. Thank you.
