In today’s video I’m traveling in the after-hours traffic for you, we start with an ERIXX Re10 from Hanover to Hildesheim and travel there in first class. In Hildesheim we change and use the RB79 from Start Niedersachsen Mitte and travel in this also in first class and then reach our destination Bodenburg station. Hi everyone , welcome to a new video. It’s very nice that you’re here again Bad Harzburg is supposed to go and that’s what I’m doing today but that shouldn’t be the only thing, after that we’ll go to Bodenburg with Start Niedersachsen Mitte, which is also a train operator , so we’re testing two exciting regional trains today and that’s what it looks like here on the S-Bahn. Shortly we’ll reach Hanover and in Hanover we’ll hopefully catch the entrance of our RE10. Welcome back to Hanover ‘s main station. You can already see our RE10 back there The RE10 has just arrived on platform 8, but it starts later from platform 7, but it still takes half an hour, but it’s great that we were able to catch the entrance, wonderful. Now I’ll look at a few more trains and then we’ll start right away with our RE10. Oh, here’s another Dutch buddy locomotive, that should be the train from Amsterdam, that’s a Vectron, let’s enjoy its exit. I think the Dutch colors are really good , take care. Normally it continues on to Berlin, but today is probably in Hanover end a beautiful old IC1 I used to travel to Holland quite often by train because Holland has the best festivals and parties. Here is an overview of our route today. We start at the main train station in Hanover and use the ERIXX Re10 to first go to Hildesheim. In Hildesheim we then have a short stay and then take the start Lower Saxony Mitte RB79 to Bodenburg there is Bodenburg and in first class we are there RE10 to Hildesheim for us today. Normally he goes to Bad Harzburg but today he only goes to Salzgitter. Now we’re looking at the small first class and looking for features. That’s what it looks like here. There are the seats. Let’s see if we can find adjustment options. That’s it. There ‘s a middle back. No, unfortunately not, but they’re not that uncomfortable If we look into the second class, that’s not a bad thing. There’s even a socket here. It ‘s really good on the train. It’s so cozy and warm. I can even take off my jacket and sweater. Unfortunately, we ‘re not allowed to drink alcohol here . Let’s click on it, what happens? well, never mind , that’s not what I wanted to use the WiFi for, well, it’s a shame that you’re happy that you can find WiFi 6 on German trains and then it does n’t work, oh but the conductor just came by, he was super friendly , he was even a little happy that I was making a video, that was nice. I found a little label, it ‘s our Alstom Coradia Lint series 622, that’s what the conductor just told me, that’s really funny, the train really rocks like that If it were a ship it is, I would say, quite quiet so of course you can hear the diesel engine but it is pleasant so I feel comfortable here. We have now tried again with several people to get the WiFi working. The conductor had connected briefly but was then unfortunately thrown out again. So it ‘s a real shame when you already offer WiFi 6 that it doesn’t work. I’ll show you What the route looks like today I started in Neustadt, now we’re going to Hildesheim and then on to Bodenburg and you probably want to know how much this fun trip is costing me today I’m paying €24.80 but a Bahncard 25 has already been deducted here’s another look at second class there are nice little displays and a toilet in first class, however there are no display boards we leave our first stop Sarstedt we enjoy the acceleration re10 to Salzgitter Ringelheim next station Hildesheim main station here even the GPS works now we see the aggressive acceleration of the train oh part 1 is almost over well we’ve seen everything about the train now I see the HELLO first because the window is so dirty so yes you can endure it here I’m very lucky that I have the first class compartment to myself the top speed I was able to measure was 120 km/h Is it correct that the lighting here is not continuous or is it defective? Let’s take another look at the seats in detail, so that these little tourist trains actually have a socket, that impresses me, I think it’s great, that’s what 100 kmh looks like in our little ERIXX Re10 with a completely dirty window on the left is nicer. The announcement just came again about construction work, the train here only goes to Salzgitter and then you have to continue by bus to get to the Harz, for example to Goslar or Bad Harzburg top speed 120 everything flies past us I have today Great luck with the train because it’s usually super full. It’s probably due to the construction site that people prefer to take the car to get to the Harz because that’s the number 1 excursion train because going from Hanover to the Harz is completely uncomplicated. Now come on out of Hildesheim with us here you can see the toilet again and the scoreboard again that’s what it looks like here, oh there’s another route network up there, it looks nice too and we also find a scoreboard, funny there was nothing in first class Entry into Hildesheim Wow, he brakes hard but he looks really big here and out he looks funny that’s an ENNO let’s take a look around take care of it ERIXX here you can see it again Salzgitter Ringelheim there are a few display boards now there’s a bit of action we have to go to platform 1 I think we have to go through the tunnel up we go into the tunnel we want to get to RB79 so it looks pretty gloomy down here we’re in the station hall There are also a few shops here and a lot of people right now and up there is the big display board, we see him RB79 at 11:34 a.m. from platform 1 we go on platform 1 I’ve been sitting so much I still have to let off steam a bit that was uncomplicated Platform 1 oh there’s really something going on here Biker our train is still a RB77 but it’s about to become RB79 oh RB79 is already on the first class is right at the back perfect once to Bodenburg please and in thank you first class haha oh I would say it has a certain similarity to the first class from the previous train from the RE10 that’s what it looks like here now I’m sitting in RB79 from to Bodenburg the train journey will be an unbelievable 23 minutes then it’s the last stop we’ll look for features we’ll first look at the seats what they have to offer a small backrest but that’s it and it’s first class engraved maybe it’s even leather we actually see a wonderful socket here and it’ll be fine better usb charging port really good here in the first class there is of course no display board again I go to the second class and look at the display board oh cool in the second class there is even a socket and charging ports really good here is a nice display board and another network map from the local transport in Lower Saxony and up here there is another display board we can see there should be WiFi here again there is no sign here that prohibits alcohol but I just read again that’s why alcohol is forbidden here Let’s toast again with the same can of RedBull as before, cheers! Have a nice trip with RB79, there’s a stop request button, doesn’t it stop everywhere anyway? Here you can see the entire journey again, a gigantic 23 minute journey time and you can also see the route on a map via the Deutsche Bahn app. Exit from Hildesheim. I always eat at 12 noon. Today I’ll do it a little earlier as usual. Wash my hands before lunch. Today we have a disinfectant wipe from Lufthansa. Clean our hands! Today we have bread with chicken, salad and peanut butter to eat. I actually found the Wi-Fi network. Let’s connect . Connection is being made and nothing seems to be happening. Oh my goodness, there’s no such thing as two trains, no Wi-Fi. That doesn’t have to be the case if you have GPS on and go to the train route in the DB Navigator app. Then you ‘ll see a little blue dot here so we always know exactly where we are. I think that’s cool Do you hear that, the little train is really, really loud? I’ve heard that the trains are allowed to travel up to 140 km/h but most of the time they only travel at 120. We’ve just reached our top speed of 120 km/h. It’s already nice and green here . Our current train is an Alstom Coradia Lint. Unfortunately, I don’t know which series it is. Exit from Groß Düngen our ERIXX RE10 drove on to the Harz Mountains, now horses are really going into the country , what a nice little cute place. In the train the lighting is not the same as in the previous one where some parts weren’t on so they were actually broken in the previous train of course we have a luggage system here too okay we drive along next to the footpath that’s funny and now comes the train station it’s Wesseln now we’re only traveling with one track cute, half of our journey time is already over, only 12 minutes from 23. Exit from Wesseln, well I think you can have some peace and quiet here if you live here. The horses seem to be doing well too. We’re just reaching Bad Salzdetfurth and there’s a saltwater bath here. It’s actually back there. It seems to be a health resort if there’s already a bath in front of it. It’s Bad Salzdetfurth. The saltwater bath is pretty nice. Everything is green here right now. Oh now I can actually film second class again. This is what the seats in second class look like It’s also like Bodenburg, there’s even a bicycle section here, everything was full of bicycles, and we can see it Bodenburg, how funny we’re driving next to the road, but the cars are much faster than we are. Entering Bodenburg and out the train now has a 5-minute stop, so let’s take a quick look around, here we see our train again from the front RB79 now to Hildesheim and that’s what it looks like here, there’s not that much going on back there, but it’s already the end. Now I’m sitting comfortably on the train again because it’s going just backwards back again yes, those were two very exciting trains for me and I was really lucky, both were on time and empty so I could really show what first class looks like and whether you would like to ride first class on these little tourist trains. I had a lot of fun. I hope you also thank you very much for watching and if you are interested in supporting me, become a member of my channel. Thank you very much for watching

  1. Sehr interessant wie immer dein Video. Da kommen die Heimatgefühle, hier: Hildesheim auf. Der Bahnhof ist echt ätzend. Seit Jahren ist dort die Toilette kaputt. Die Bahnhofshalle hat kein Flair
