so once I started cycling I found my muscles were getting stronger and the pain disappeared we discovered like the national cycle Network suddenly there’s so many more places to explore it was important for me to create this walking Bo for black women because I didn’t see any people of color or black people out walking in certain places while I used to walk once I discovered accessible cying I realized how much fun it was it’s really lovely being with a group of people when you recycling 150 men have joined us so far a lot of the men that do join us come for their mental health and we’ll talk about there you know without these paths it’d be difficult to do these walks people of different races religion they all come together and cycle to see so many people benefit from the group is fantastic it’s almost like the national cycle network is like a friend and that it’s saying you know here come explore in in a comforting and Safe Way seeing the friendships is forming is just fantastic and makes me feel so proud if you’ve just got just that little thought that it might be worth trying I’ll try it [Music] [Music]
