Well people, welcome back to a fresh YouTube video. I hope you’re doing all right. You enjoyed the last video we put on. Today I’m going to go and weigh this uh CMax in what we got on the back from the last video. Luke’s in Skipton at the charity shops with his wife shopping. It’s what I me and Mariss like to do, but Luke’s doing it now. So he’s rooting around Skippton picking old antiques up, I think. I don’t know what he’s bloody doing. Anyhow, I’ve got a Volvo V50 I need picking up from top of Burnley. So, I’ve got that’s the only reason I’m just going to go and wear this in now at 2:00. So, go off an old gentleman who’s bought a new car from the Nissan garage, bought from Nissan, r me up, Jason, get some bits of scrappers off the customers. Uh, so yeah, that’s not so bad. I’m going to get this weighed in now. See what the messes are on over at the yard. Give them a bit of stick. Yeah. And we’ll c on. I’m loving some of the names that you’ve put in for the uh podcast suggestion. We haven’t picked one yet. We don’t know what we’re going to be doing uh namewise, so we’ll see how we do. Anyway, see you at the yard. Well, I’m just down at the yard now. Seems to be quite busy. There’s a wagon just gone already. Well, recovery trucks just gone. Dropped the car off. There’s one looks like a Yaris has been drove in for scrap and then there’s a transit was just dropped to see one off. Brad looks like he’s raring to get out the yard. So, yeah, I like it when everyone’s busy. Everyone’s making a few quid. Keeping the wolf away from the door. Uh but yeah, wouldn’t mind a yard myself. If we can find one local, that’ll be great. But there are to come across. But anyhow, we’ll just keep plotting on as we do. Uh yeah, so Luke’s gone charity shopping. Me and the wife went to uh like a yard, you know, they do in America, they have yard sales in different places all over the show. Anyway, they did one near near us and uh they give you a map and just go around to people’s houses in the garages and on the driveways buying stuff. We did all right. Picked some good stuff up actually quite cheap. So yeah, I think we spent about 60 odd quid and she sells on vinted and bits and bats like that. We’ll end up with probably three and a half quid worth of stuff. So yeah, great enough. Wouldn’t mind doing that every week. So yeah, another little sideline that we do try and make a few quid. But anyhow, I don’t know what Brad’s doing. I don’t know if he’s coming in or out. So, I’m going to try and creep into yard and probably get shouted at, but it is what it is, boys. I bet there’s not. one then you’re not well you classing as rubbish you anything that’s got no value the full car I have to have dealt with me well that’s another one off the road boys going to go pick this Volvo up now and get shafted with that as well so I’ll take you along for the journey give him stick right I’ll just pick the Volvo up I couldn’t show you filming it cuz uh they’re an old bloke I actually know the bloke actually used to pick he used to buy things off us when we had the antique shop at padium used to come down and buy a few bits offers and all that. So nice to see him. Yeah, I’ve seen him for a while. So yeah, small world. This is what we picked up anyway. 2 L diesel I think it is. Yeah. 56 plate cream lever job. Won’t stop. It’s winding over. But I don’t know if it’s run out of fuel or not, boys. Because there had any fuel in it. It said no fuel in it. Got good tires on it. But I know it’s a 56 plate, but a good old car. Good for training pigeons in that. I keep I say that with every car I get. Good pigeon bus. But uh there’s a folder there. It’s a manual. Full folder there full of history. It’s done 140,000 I think. 140 odd thousand. But yeah. No, that’s a that’s an old bus boys. Probably end up in the bin won’t right. We’ll see what tomorrow brings. That’s it for today anyway. Well guys, you thought that would be the last of me today, but it’s not. I had a phone call. Diesel Fiesta on a 59 180,000. Engine gone. I’ve picked up off these lads here. Just been using an old work bus. So yeah, another one in the bin. I’ll run that one over to Jen and John’s tomorrow. Luke’s still at Carvy. He’s gone to Carvy now. You know what I mean? Stuff in his face. No good, is he? Give him some stick. So yeah, four fiesta. That will be the last one of today. So you’ll catch up with you guys tomorrow and you’ll find out. Well guys, I’m back home now. Just show you around this old Fiesta. It’s got the maroon colored interior. We had one of these before. We bought it from a woman in Akrington. Exactly the same. But this one has seen better days. It’s been used a bit of a boy racer, I think. Alley wheels on it. So 1.6 Six TDCI. Is it a good breaker? I don’t know. Looks like the same thing’s gone there with the lock. Looks like it’s had a replacement mirror on it. Mirror back. Anyway, tires look all right. I think not too bad. It’s a shed in it. Just shed a boys over there probably break that for parts. Still plenty of them about in there. So, let’s hope the phone keeps ringing, boys. See if we can get a few more cars in. Hopefully, we’ll have a few bits to pick up tomorrow, but we’ll keep going either way. So, right, I’ll see you guys tomorrow for the third time. How you doing? It’s Wednesday morning. I’m back in. I had day off yesterday. I went shopping with wife, went to charity shops and stuff and skipped and messing around. Didn’t find out nothing. But anyway, we’re down at message yard with this Burgundy Fiesta Dean picked up yesterday. Dean running out job all the time. You know what I mean? People giving me sticks saying Dean’s doing it. So, like I said, Dean’s here now. We’re going to go and uh get this lifted off here now. See what the messes are doing. The outl [Music] Have you seen what tickles your fancy in here? Nothing really. Well, we’ve just been phone called I did a Tik Tok on the Volvo and post it on uh on Tik Tok obviously and then someone’s phoned with a Vauhall Corser up in Rose Growth to go and get. So, P’s putting it on there. It gets you bits of business. So, don’t forget to put your stuff on there if you’re this in this game or whatever game you’re in. It’s a bit more advertising for free in it. So yeah, that’s we’re going to go and get it. It’s a 63 plate. Timing change jump. She said bits of the engine are in the back. So organized the price where she’s accepted it. There’s no alley wheels on it all that. So that’s another one to go and pick up. So that’s a good do. Let’s wait for Dean now. Then we’ll get set off and we’ll show you car when we get there. Well guys, this is the uh course Luke got. She’s on a 63 pulling round. You said engines in boot or something. Uh, it’s just a top end it just an old scrapper. I passed my testing one of these on an I think it 07 plate course a diesel. I passed my testing back in the day. Remember when you were going to go and get a brand new course of loot? Oh yeah. As you can see, top end’s been put in the boot. Still got the cat on it. Three cylinder one on it. I’ll put a break and I’ll pull it down. See if it’ll open. Yeah, [Applause] she’s free now. Yeah. So, we’ll take we’ll spin it around with now, bud. I mean, will it is it worth someone put an engine in, Luke? I don’t know miles on it. So anyway, miles it right. I’m going to spin this around. One sec. Right, we got back home now with this Eco Flex. It’s got a few marks on it, Luke. Bit of a scratch. Yeah, that’ll probably buff out. Only on the bonus side. Only one say it’s only done 65. Yeah, I think you said 64, which only three cylinders, was it? Just started to go on that back quarter there. A bit of scab in there. here. But the these are the sort of cars that realistically want to be sold really, don’t they? Yeah. Same. I mean a bit, isn’t it? It’s a bit flat on paint like in it. But I mean, bit of a ding there. First cars are it? But especially with it being black, it does show everything up. It’s a facelift side, isn’t it? As well. Let me know in the comments what you reckon to that guys. How many of them we had? Oh, we’ve had hundreds of them. But that’ll end up uh getting sold probably to a trader I reckon. Maybe father-in-law or something. We can do a bit more out of it. Yeah. Yeah. Cuz actually father-in-law might have an engine around. He’s got plenty of grand and stuff like that. But no doubt I’ll stick it on me Facebook in a minute. So I decided that I’m just going to run this old corer that we picked up yesterday. The old black co. I’m going to run that in to the scrapyard. Get rid of that. I put it on Facebook. No barters. So it’s going in the bin cuz I’ve got uh something what come off Facebook marketplace yesterday. A Audi A6 a big estate bloke. Put it on cheap just a scrapper. and our first one to see it. So, I managed to uh buy that. Going to pick that up to 8 at 6:00. It’s over in Bacup. So, yeah, going to pick that up. It’s like the one we picked up from Blackburn the other week. The big big estate version. So, there should be wages in that. This stands playing up on me, bloody camera. So, yeah. Right. I’ll show you over at the yard. You’ve seen it a million times, but it’s a bit of content in it. So, let’s see what the messes have been on. We Well, folks, I couldn’t film over at the yard. Well, I could have done, but it was chocker. There were uh wagon coming in dropping about six or seven cars off on the low loader. Must have been picked up from somewhere. I don’t know if they say the lad send them up Lancaster way. I’m not sure. Anyway, there about six or seven cars on that. There was a wagon in there picking waste oil up or dropping some diesel off or something like that. So, that were there filling in an hour in between, but it stuck in middle. So, I couldn’t be bothered filming. So, I just got it lifted off and uh got myself out of there before I got stuck. Luke’s gone fishing for a few hour. Um I’ve got to go and put the ETSs rings on me young pigeons in a minute. I don’t if anyone knows what if people don’t know what they are, just a little electronic chip which goes on the pigeon’s legs. So, when they’re coming back from the race, there’s a pad. I’m on a it’s called a brackon system that goes on the top of your landing board or underneath so they don’t see it. And when they land on it, it beeps and it gives you the read off on your clock, what’s plugged into the wire. So, you got to put every single pigeon in into the clock manually, but it takes a couple of hours. So, Chris is going to come in and give his hand with that, which is a good shout out for Chris. Good help there. Should take 40 odd pigeons. Probably take an hour and a half or something. But then that’ll give me a chance to get this block. What time is it now? Over in bake up. It’s only two, it’s 10 to 2 now. So, he said about 6:00. So I can shoot off over there at 6 half past 6 and pick that up. Me and Luke will probably go and get for that. Um all the other cars and stuff are gone now from behind mine. It’s very quiet, but that means all them cars have gone have been turned into cash and put in the bank. The house completes tomorrow, which is a good sign. So we can start ripping into that. So, next week’s vlogs probably will be something to do with some house bashing because we’ll be knocking out to pieces and get it skips filled and getting stuck at tip in that old Chevrolet bus we’ve got for tip that’ll be getting filled up with all the carpet and all that and chucked over there. Um, what else is there? Yeah, we are I know we’ve been saying for the last few videos that we are going to do some podcast and all that. We we’re definitely 100% are and some of the names are brilliant what you put in there. I’m not 100% sure what we’re picking yet. Um, any local businesses around here? Uh, we do have a few questions that we’re going to write down and answer self, me and Luke answer each other’s questions and let’s go from there and just go with the flow and see how it does. cuz I don’t bloody know how to do all this carry on. But, you know, we’ll have a do anything and it might take off, it might not. People might like view uh watching podcast and talking rather than the scrap side of picking cars up. Everyone’s I personally like it when say I watch the accident lads over there. I like it when they’re talking and telling you stuff and in the office and all that, you know, the ins and outs of how things are and what they’ve been up to and all that. That’s what I like cuz I’ve only cuz I pick the scrap cars up every day. I know what it’s like, you know. But yeah, apart from that, I’m going to leave it there for this video.
