Hi guys. So we are at Mo Park in Maidstone. We were hoping to go live but we couldn’t go live because got no connection at the moment. If I find a better connection around the lake then uh I will show you. So there’s a lot of wild birds over there. I have got some uh swan and duck feed but you tuck it in the water and it sinks. So, it’s not all that great, is it? You would have thought it would have stayed. So, as you can see, there’s boats around here as well. So, they allow people to uh take boats out. So, can get your boats over that side of the river. I don’t know how much it is. Um, but I’m sure if you Google it, it’ll tell you on their website. So, here we go. Moat Park. And obviously, it’s quite a big moat. Well, I would call it a lake. You can fish here, but obviously you would need a fishing license. And they do uh they do lots of things over here. So, they’re doing canoeing over there as well. So, they’ve got loads of canoes over there and everything. So, it’s quite good for like, you know, fun on the lake. Oh, what was that? Whoa. Something just come flying towards me. Well, I don’t know what that was, but I had me feet dangling over. Maybe it’s my fault cuz it’s like something come flying towards me though. Probably some sort of fish. Fact, I think I do see a fish down there somewhere. Probably eating the food that I’ve put in there for the birds. Anyway, going to go for a walk. So, we’ll go this way. We’ll walk around the park and see if we can get a better connection. There’s tons of flies around there. [Music] Place is full of it. Uh we’ll try a walk around this way uh around the park. Uh see if we can get a different angle of uh the lake and see if we can get connection. And if not then it’ll just be a video peeps. So, I do know that YouTube doesn’t like the music and Tik Tok isn’t very fond of it either. So, we’re here at Mo Park and as this is filled the trees. So, you are here. You got birch in front of us. uh sweet chestnut I believe is there and we have an oak tree which I believe that’s an oak tree right there. So it says the bark of the trees can vary from almost smooth to deeply grained. There are some great specimens in this area. use this diagram to find the picture trees uh which are all in a short distance and they are great to touch. So there you go. It’s absolutely fantastic. It’s a huge park. It’s absolutely massive. And it’s in Maidstone. So it’s called Moat Park. M O T E. Moat Park. Look at this old tree. You know, there’s no more life in it, but they still leave it. They still leave it up because it’ll be home to uh certain things, you know. So, we had got the moat that way. So, we got the moat that way. Uh we’re walking this way. Um, and unfortunately there’s just no signal up this end. So I’m hoping as we walk further that end we get better signal. I like them trees there. Them ones they uh drape over. They’re fantastic trees. But yeah, it’s just amazing. Absolutely amazing. It’s a little bit noisy at the moment with the kids having fun on the lake uh of an evening time while there’s still light or early in the morning if you came down here. You’ll probably hear all the birds singing. It would be uh a really nice walk through the park. I would have thought. Uh this is another one of these uh beautiful locations. You know, you live in Maidstone, this is right on your doorstep and you probably don’t take much notice of it to be honest. A lot of people don’t know. They’re so busy in their work life doing their job and earning their money. And sometimes it’s just great to come out and enjoy nature. This is just beautiful, you know. This not man-made, it’s nature made. And nature is just a beautiful architect, don’t you think? Anyway, we’re going to keep walking this way. I’ll switch back on when we get to somewhere else. Quite interesting. Even though saying that, look at that dead tree there. Isn’t that amazing? Look at that. There’s another tree all growing around there as well. Fantastic. Well, actually, that one looks like it’s got a face in it, don’t it? Can you see that right on the boat there? Let’s go up and see if they actually carved a face in it or whether it’s just natural. That looks like it’s got a face in it. Just spotted that. Did you? Well, it is just natural. But don’t it look like a face? Looks like a face just looking at us. The trees looking at us. Amazing. Do you know what I would say that is a little gem we just found there. Brilliant. Right, I’m going to keep walking this way and uh see what else we can find.
