morning all well we are leaving today um I’ve already started to pack there’s one bag ready yeah um I don’t I can take another day on the aisle of white but as much as I enjoy it so yeah I think we’re going to head home we don’t have anywhere else um that I can think of or we need to go so yeah and we’re just waiting for our well uh pot noodle today um I couldn’t find um any noodles well I didn’t really look that hard to be honest i saw a pot noodle and thought I’ll grab that that’ll do for today so yeah we’re going to pack away um I think we’re probably going to just go direct to the ferry again um not too sure i’ll see um hopefully if we can get on fairly early the roads will be nice and quiet again right well I shall probably speak to you once we’re on the bike well we got going it’s lovely sunny morning it’s quite warm already it’s only just gone um 7:00 oh I’ve been sensible and put some sun cream on um we are going to go um directly um to the ferry um or fast cat so I’ll see on the timings once we get a bit closer yeah it’s almost a shame to be going home but well maybe I’ll see how my leg is hip arm is when I get home and then if it is okay then I somehow doubt um to be honest it was hurting a bit even after um yesterday’s ride and that was only um 24 miles unloaded so yeah we’ll see i I really do want to go to France cuz well if we go into hospital um chances are that’ll be it well at least for the summer hey ho we’ll see about that one morning he’s a big old boy might be able to go actually right let’s go and get on to Shawwell Shoot but at least once we’ve got the shoot out the way it’s more there’s not that many hills after that i mean there’s sort of one longest drawn out one but it’s fine shorewell shoot is the one little crows or brooks maybe wasn’t there something about if they nest high in the trees it’s going to be a good summer or something well they look very high over there let’s hope for a good summer well it would be typical if it was a good summer and I wasn’t able to get out right enough waffling let’s get going very hazy today hopefully once the sun gets up or quite high already it might clear a bit i mean it might just be um off the sea although it doesn’t doesn’t feel like a sort of sea mist actually we’ll be coming up to Shawwell soon so I’ll turn you around um I know I keep showing the wild garlic but I think it looks so nice right let’s try oh actually um on the other handlebar um I’ve got my um phone um oh god let’s get change um I’m trying to do a short um video each day as well as well as these um longer ones here we go all right oh dear right i shall see you at the top right we delayed it long enough and taken more photos must have hundreds of photos of this part of the island [Music] right blind me yay oh god ah we know the road’s closed we’re going on the path um when I came back through here yesterday I don’t know what happened but um further um down here there’s a roundabout and well as I came up to it I I pulled out and a car was pulling out in front of me i looked at him gave him a glare as you do and then suddenly realized that it was his this roundabout here it was his right of um way i don’t really know what happened then as if I don’t know well I’m doing my usual thing i’m because I’m feeling okay i’m thinking of going to France again we’ve only been on the road for an hour if that maybe I should wait until we get home um actually I’ll turn you around look um oh there you go um I might not do much more um filming there’s probably Well in fact there’s probably nothing that you haven’t seen in the past um maybe well I suppose unless something comes up or I suddenly think of something but well we’re going to miss that um I was hoping that we’d get the 9 Oh dear what is going on missing um the 9:00 ferry but I don’t think we’re going to make that but we’ll see um the next one’s not till uh 10:20 so we might be going on the fast cat again wonder whether the cow’s ferry is just coming seems to be a lot of traffic all of a sudden maybe I’ll turn you back again glad I put sun cream on that sun is really hot i’m I want to take off my jacket but I’m a little worried cuz I’ve um increased some of my um tablets they reckon um the blisters that I keep getting are caused by the um sun and the medication [Music] but hopefully we won’t come up in any blisters i mean although once we start going downhill I’m sure we’ll cool down a little it’s been a bit of a rush but I think we might just about make this ferry if we don’t it’s not a major problem we’ll get on the cycle path at the bottom and head to ride i don’t know whether that’s a good sign or a bad sign um they’re queuing that’s a new way lori on the other side bit dearer I must admit this is5 dearer than the other ferry now that might be the time of day perhaps that was good going we’re off really early it’s only half past 9 um I’m off to see my friend lives seeing as we’re here so early although for me even early otherwise going to be there for her so I think we just go morning and have a look in old ports actually let’s go into the port the old um the old harour go quite nice for long always enjoy it you can see it smells of fish around here which probably not surprising take the smoother route out through the car park i was going to say I’m surprised how many people there are around i’m not really considering it’s so nice that was good to catch up with um [Music] Leaw she’s well so that’s fine the wind’s a bit more favorable today although not as um favorable as I was expecting when I looked yesterday I think said it this morning it was uh uh southwesterly which is ideal what we want from blowing us home but it seems to have changed although it’s not too bad I think it’s southeasterly but it’s nowhere near as strong as it was the other week when we came back don’t know whether It’s made that this path feels a lot more bumpier than normal bloody hell glad to get off it i just got recognized again ah oh I’m famous or infamous one or the other that was just a very passing um chap on a bike i watch your videos that was it be gone much appreciated thank you i think everybody’s gone to the beach the roads really aren’t that busy as a load of cars come past i don’t know whether to stop off and get a steak for my supper undecided you can always pop into um the supermarket um ch stuff i thought I was doing all right but my hips just started to hurt now maybe I was pushing it a bit cuz I was bowling along at quite a nice pace for a while then well as much as I do want to stop for a and get a steak I I don’t think I will I think that could be uh quite painful so I think I’m probably best just to keep going and then stop when we get home and wish we had stopped for a to get a steak my favorite roundabout that is paying attention oh let’s see [Music] welcome well as you can see we’re in Chuchis now that was a fast ride home probably suffer for it later but hey ho i’m not so sure going along the seafront would be a good idea today i think it might be rather busy but we’ll have a look first see loads of boats out on the water why not maybe we’ll stay on it till here [Music]
