The driver of that car is a COWARD. He attack from behind. The kid didn't see him coming and had NO CHANCE to evade or defend. Dude (or Karen) should be in jail and banned from driving for life. However, it is EVEN WORSE than that!. NOT ONLY was this an attempted manslaughter. But it ALSO was a HIT AND RUN. The driver caused a serious and potentially lethal accident and then LEFT THE SCENE. He FLED. The COWARD. Where I live that is taken even more serious. It is seen as the most low and dispicable thing you can do. Serious jailtime!
