sport Active here we’re at the uh the top of the call to Madlin it’s day two we’re um partway through the stage today i’ve got Steve with me here steve this is your third third ascent of Gal it is yeah third third third is definitely not a charm this is definitely the hardest it’s ever been but uh it’s it’s always hard but today felt even even tougher yeah didn’t Yeah it gets difficult but the surface the surface has been redone because we had the the stage off the the dolphin yeah on on Saturday isn’t that correct yeah exactly and uh so we were all going up there you know doing our best pocket chair impression trying to ride at 26k an hour myself and Sean did it we did it for at least 50 m 50 m well at least you rode 7% of 27 km that’s true nearly nearly but uh yeah but the the road surface is great and and let’s face it it’s a beautiful climb it’s it’s you know it doesn’t feel fail to deliver the len the length alone just makes you we have a gorgeous you mean the sun is shining short sleeves short sleeves all the way you know bottles were filled so we now have a a descent uh down uh to the uh valley and then obviously through the valley and then up the the the little air it’s beautiful yeah looking forward to that last time I was on that I had a puncture halfway So hopefully this one will be that’ll be error free exactly so it’s I mean it’s I don’t know if there’s a more beautiful kind of switchback climb out there i mean it’s you know very unusual it’s so unusual it’s it’s almost made for bikes it’s narrow it’s steep and windy and you just feel like you have the place to yourself it’s really good challenge so then we’re back we’re back in San Mar early day back get a rest get massage and all looking forward to that too looking forward to that absolutely time for a nap fantastic fantastic to have you Steve lovely thanks Mark and all the all the teammates are are surrounding us there so they’re all they’re all getting ready for the descent so it’s uh bye from Steve and by Sport Active
