Hi all, I'm new to vintage road bikes, and I found an ad for one that I jumped at. The seller was selling it on behalf of his brother so unfortunately I couldn't get any more information about the bike from him.
One of the previous owners has stripped the previous paint and stickers and has painted over it entirely. So I'm guessing it might not even be a Bianchi.
There's a couple of unusual things about it. A light mount (?) on picture two, and a rear wheel lock, picture three.
There's a number on picture 5, but I can't make heads or tails of it. And on picture 9, there's a serial number that says E 062 1065.
