It has always been a shit hole so fix it with national service like other countries, bulldoze it and sell the stone off, no dole, training allowance only, child support with named fathers only as in no single parents and no visitors. Because when the magic money stops we have arrived as a third world country and anything you have worked for will now be worth nothing. So use it or lose it.
