From Walsall to London! Ready, set, bike.

Councillors Gary Flint and Adam Hicken waved off 16 cyclists this morning as they embarked on a 166-mile journey to London! 🚴📍

Members of the Saddlers’ Company & Saddlers Hall, are embarking on the journey to raise money for Shelter from the Storm, which provides hot meals and a warm bed to homeless people. They will be visiting organisations and charitable trusts on the way that are involved in the saddlery and equestrian industry.

Ben Laurie, Prime Warden of the Saddlers Company & Saddlers Hall, officially launched the riders on their journey, starting at the Walsall Leather Skills Centre on The Bridge in Walsall town centre this morning.
