Cycling to all 18 teams in the Thurlow Nunn Premier League, completing 1000 kick ups at each ground and taking all of my camping gear with me.
Setting off on Friday 1st August and finishing on Tuesday 5th or Wednesday 6th August.
All with the goal to raise awareness and much needed funds for St Helena Hospice in Colchester and Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge.

Hey guys, my name’s Damon and on 1st of August I will be doing a cycle ride. We’re about 400 miles across East Anglia starting in Essex where I live going through Suffk to North and then back to Cambridge. I’m going to be cycling to every team in the furow num premier league starting at Hadley moving on to Wanderers Woodbridge Holston Kirkland Pfield Grey Yarmouth Marton Durham Town Fenham Town back down to Summ City Lake and Heath Thatford Town Walsh Willow Stow Market Horn finishing in Cornard every go to we do a thousand kickups without stopping and I’m going to finish at cornard try and do a th00 3,000 which will take me up to 20,000 in total take all my gear with me so my tent sleeping bag all my bits of food clothes etc and I’m doing it all for two charities are very close to my heart which is one based in my hometown Colster and Adam Brooks hospital based in Cambridge my full story, the reason why I’m doing it.
