Don't know too much about bikes, but I found this at Goodwill for $20 and I couldn't pass it up. Has some wear and tear, but overall in really good shape. The rust spots worry me a bit, but you think this is salvageable? Doing some research seems like these bikes are solid 80s models. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
