I sold my Cannondale road bike and salsa mountain bikes before my 3 spine surgeries about 5 years ago. Bought the verve this year and have been upgrading stuff along the way. This was my “get back into biking” bike. I have plans to upgrade next year into a surly touring bike and some of these upgrades will transfer over and what I don’t swap over will stay on this bike as a family bike ride bike.
