Join me for a spontaneous summer day along the French Riviera! ☀️🌿

We start in Le Lavandou, a colorful seaside village known for its relaxed beaches and Mediterranean charm. After soaking in the sea views, I head to Toulon, where I wander through the old town streets, explore the port area, and share a glimpse of daily life in this historic naval city. 🚢🏘️

If you love authentic moments, French coastal towns, and slow travel, I hope this video brings you along for the journey.

[Music] [Music] okay okay [Music] [Music] hello everyone this is the like a old town of uh Lavandu i stopped here wasn’t pl oh wasn’t planned to stop but before I fell down uh walking and talking to the camera i was on my way from Nice to Tulong and uh I decided to stop in Lulandu it’s in the same area as Borum Liimo i’m just passing the Bim Moa uh this is beautiful village where we stayed overnight recently and uh you had a video about that if you want to uh swim when you are in Borl Mozan you’re going to go to this place Lavandu and uh it is very small very cute so if you visit Bori Mimosa and you want to swim uh it will take you I believe like five minutes to come here and the beach is just crazy and you can still walk a little bit and and find this beautiful places [Music] [Music] [Music] the restaurants are closed because it is um early morning and even if it’s June and the season started already the restaurants are open only um in the middle of the day and then reopen in the evening so the Lavandu is now a coastal resort but it is a former fishing village and uh when you visit a local church you will see beautiful paintings on the wall and you will understand that it was a traditional fishing village in the past so let’s take a moment and go inside this streets are empty and there was nobody in the church and uh uh it seems like a ghost place but uh their answer is where all the people they are all on the beach because Lulandu it’s famous for its beaches and uh everybody is chilling out on the beach there are 12 different uh sandy beaches uh that stretches along almost 12 kilometers after the village we will go uh to see the beach in case someone know this place better than me and probably I didn’t showed everything but yeah there are a couple of cute streets and and uh you feel like really relaxing mood like mood um of the vacation look there are lots of things you can buy so it’s beautiful now we are back to the beach and this beach is just in front of the village there are 12 fine sandy beaches and uh uh Lavandu offers an idealic setting for all sea lovers look at this golden sand and if you drive along the coast you will discover other beautiful beaches with the turquoise waters and golden sand but I will leave it to discover it uh yourself i need to go to Tulong so let’s go we are in Tulong and uh today uh I had an appointment here for um for some things and uh I have only 1 hour to go in the town in the old town and explore oh my god it’s hot i parked at the port of Tulong you know Tulong is a port town and uh you will definitely hear about the National Maritime Museum of Tulong and I think if you will ever visit Tulong it will also uh be connected with the port of Tulong so from here you can get the cruise to go to Sardinia to Corsica and also the little boats to the beautiful islands the Portolo here you can take a ride uh on the boat on the different boats uh for a day trips to the island and uh while waiting your boat um on the port there are lots of restaurants cafe shopping [Music] it is a very important port on the coastline and uh at the end of the port there the big building is the National Mariti Museum [Music] tulong as you see is the big town but in every big town you have an old town which is also worth to visit so let’s go inside the old town tulong was built around its port and um you have a medival lower uh town and the modern part at the foot of the hills everything is closed here i’m wondering that everything is closed again and there are not so many people until I found a main road this is the main street in the old town very nicely decorated with the old shops and boutiques for some tourists I will say that um I wouldn’t come too too long for a vacation that’s 100% so the people come here occasionally I guess to take a boat to go somewhere or to stop on the road uh to continue further till the cod desour or or Italy i know that there are a very very beautiful cathedral in the old town here it is notam deed Tulong the construction of this church began in the 11th century and finish it in the 18th century [Music] so the tulong is behind of me i I will leave it behind i was here just for a quick uh 1 hour before my appointment and uh I went just to check a little bit uh what I can show you and uh there wasn’t much to show there’s only like this prominade border and after you can walk a little bit in the old town visit the cathedral very very beautiful and uh and that’s it and there are lots of shopping also you can make and uh well that’s it and sit in restaurant and eat and then we and then I saw the mache and I bought lots of foods with me i just need to clean it somewhere and uh I will eat it during my long trip because it took me two and a half hour from home to to get here so thank you so much to come along with me today uh this video was spontaneous um I don’t think that I will have time uh this week to make a normal video so but I just wanted so much to say hi and to say that I miss you to say that I love you all and we will see each other very very soon in our small teeny tiny village so thank you so much bizu Bizu

  2. We just got back to Dubai this morning after a lovely week in Provence. Not only did we get things sorted with our architect to restart the renovation, but we still got to enjoy our time. We finally made it to Valensole, where the lavender was peak, but we also rented an electric boat and took an amazing ride in les gorges du Verdon. I can highly recommend taking a long weekend camping trip at Camping Marvilla Parks – Les Gorges de Provence. Matt would love it.
