Finalized design on my 3D printed single bottle cage mount for the Aeroad (and I think Speedmax?) seat post mounting holes. Printed in carbon reinforced ASA, which is resistant to UV. Rode STP (Seattle to Portland group ride) this past weekend as shown, and it's solid. 200 miles over bumps, multiple railroad crossings, off curbs at rest stops – all in 90-95 degree heat and baking sun. The bottle is almost too secure, but I can thank Profile Designs for that part. It blocks a saddle bag, but with tubeless I just run my small kit in a jersey pocket.
I'm working on a second design that will mount two cages, one on each side, and possibly a third that would mount two, but at an angle between the single (facing down) and double (facing the side). Could also try a single design that leaves sale bag space. The doubles likely would, or will have a rail to mount the saddle bag to them, TBD. May try one with integrated storage too. Have a mount for Garmin/Wahoo on the Groove extensions printed too.
Figured I'd share here since I'm proud of it, but also see if there's any interest from others for copies. The single mount is about 55-60g, – matching Canyon's $80 option.
