Stunning sceneries, most of the bike trail are along the rivers.
My phone shut down and didn’t realize that my phone charger didn’t charge the night before!!! I was few miles away and Had no idea of the roads. I managed to use Garmin Navigation to get back to the hotel.

I was riding in heaven, beautiful country trails, the lakes are so clear. I had to jump in the lake, water temperature 20 C, just perfect, friendly locals, love it…
Cycling from Bad Ischl to Hallstatt was the most scenic bike ride I’ve ever experienced.
The trail winds through stunning alpine landscapes, with rivers, lakes and mountains at every turn. As you approach Hallstatt, the dedicated bike path ends, and you’ll need to share the road with cars for the last few miles. Fortunately, Austrian drivers are incredibly courteous to both cyclists and pedestrians, making the ride feel safe and respectful.
Hallstatt truly lives up to its reputation.
Dubbed “the most Instagrammable town in the world,” it feels like heaven on earth — a picture-perfect village nestled between mountains and a serene lake, straight out of a fairytale.
Lucerne’s countryside is absolutely breathtaking. The lake is framed by towering, forested mountains, with charming farms and houses scattered across the hillsides.
I couldn’t resist exploring every turn, and before I knew it, I was happily lost in the mountains, tackling steep grades of 17–19% along the way. Every moment was pure adventure — I loved every second of it!😍😍😍🚴🚴🚴
The Rhine Falls 😍😍😍🚴🚴🚴 is an absolute must-see if you’re in the area. The scenery is simply breathtaking — gorgeous turquoise water, dense forest all around, and a few steep climbs that reward you with incredible views.
Be sure to take a dip if you can, but be careful — the current is very strong, so choose your spot wisely. I was lucky enough to meet some super friendly locals who showed me a safe place to jump in. Under their supervision, I even jumped off a pedestrian bridge into the river — an unforgettable, magical experience!
The area and its people left a lasting impression on me: warm, welcoming, and full of life. Truly a special place.
Riding to Lauterbrunnen was truly special. The route was short but mostly without bike lanes, so I had to stay alert. Towering vertical cliffs surrounded by lush green trees created a magical, almost surreal atmosphere. Mid-ride, I got caught in a thunderstorm, but it cleared within half an hour, leaving a brilliant blue sky scattered with white clouds. To top it off, I had a flat tire — my first one with new Specialized Pro tires — and changing the tube was surprisingly difficult. Definitely my hardest tube replacement ever. But honestly, none of that mattered. Being in that stunning landscape felt like pure heaven. 😍😍😍🚴🚴🚴 🤘😎🤟

From blooming alpine flowers and crystal-clear lakes to snow-capped peaks and jaw-dropping views — this trail has it all. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking, with untouched nature at every turn.
One of the most unforgettable moments? Standing at the edge of a sharp drop and looking out over two shimmering lakes — it truly felt like flying without wings.
I could’ve spent the whole day exploring, but I actually ran out of water (totally worth it). Without a doubt, this is the best hike I’ve ever done.
