[Applause] [Applause] Vaniti. Uh, it’s a fairy tale. You’ve just won a a stage of the tour to France. The fairy tale continues, but honestly, where are you expecting to be? is yellow. If you told me this before the tour, I think I I wouldn’t have believed you. Come on. Not here yet. Not here yet. He’s still not here. Ben. Ben. Ben. He’s not here yet. That’s it. Right there. 355. I hope they didn’t finish. Oh, let’s hope they didn’t finish. I don’t think they have cuz they would have said Pard. I think so. [Music] Yellow. Yep. Beyond belief really [Applause] [Music] yeah I mean uh it’s not every day you wear a yellow jersey in the in the tour France and uh yeah just incredible. [Music] It it’s it’s really goosebumps, you know, like to have a team that that believes in me so much and uh some guys that I can really really call friends as well is just it’s it’s really really incredible feeling. And uh yeah, I’m I’m so happy and proud that I was able to pay them back uh again today with a with a yellow jersey. [Applause] [Music] Ah, I’m crying. [Music] It’s Bastile Day today. Who will celebrate the storming of the Basti by successfully storming up and down the massive central? No fewer than eight category climbs. a GC battle or a breakaway going the distance. Perhaps it’ll be both. It’s going to be a hectic day. There’s no point making any lists of who’s going to go in and who’s not going to go in because everybody’s going to go in, including GC teams. Visma is going to be a big protagonist with UAE on the back foot. Okay. What do we want to do? We want to get Ben in, right? We want to get Alex in and we want to get Neielson in. How are we going to do that? One way of doing it is to risk a little bit with Ben, thinking that this is going to go on and on and on and on and then having the chance of being someone who’s a little bit fresher than everybody else in the break. What speaks against that? What speaks against it is how physical the first part of the race is. Right? Because when it’s hard, it goes and there’s no kind of tactics and there’s no this, that, and the other. Ben did what he did the other day, the way he did it for quite a specific set of reasons, right? Because of how the finish was and this, that, and the other. If everybody didn’t know it before, they also know it now that he did that. So I think that today it’s important to understand why he did that and what kind of circumstances would need him to do something similar in the final or do something different. Nearly 30 riders at the head of the race. Teammates Simon Yates and Victor Campenards there as an early indicator of Vizma’s intention to crank up the pressure. I think today it’s the best thing you can do is use the success that we’ve had to give yourself a little bit of freedom to move around and do what you do without having like clenched fists and this desperation to to do. But this is a tool for us that we can use. The best placed Escape in the GC was Ben Healey just under 4 minutes down. You’re always one of the strongest teams in any situation until now, right? So, let’s use it today and see what we get out of it. Okay. As they reorganized, it was EF Education’s Harry Sweeney setting a fierce pace that would help put teammate Ben Healey into the virtual yellow jersey. This is the best day of probably the whole race for this team. I mean, honestly, like, you get this entire side of the bus in the breakaway. Have fun with it today. I mean, it’s the best day of the race for this team. Everyone else is cracked. We’ve already got one in the bag. Like, just have fun with it. Like, cuz I mean, okay, a best scenario is that Ben wins and gets the yellow jersey or moves onto the podium or the white jersey. Okay, sure. Race with uh race with confidence. Yeah, exactly. race with confidence and panache and kind of just yeah just with them. 30 final kilometers in this small but elite group of riders had survived at the head of the race. Not too much on this climb. Not too much. Keep an eye on the others. There’s plenty of people here. What do you need? [Music] Yeah. something else. Very very well done. We want to stage so we can actually afford to just go all in and try to get the electricity and see if [Applause] the yellow jersey. Great Ben. Come on mate. Last gap. Six minutes. Just keep pushing. Come on, Ben. Come on. Screw the yellow jersey, mate. Attack of Simon Yates as he reaches the bottom of the climb. Ben Healey tries to go with him. All in, Ben. All in, mate. All the way. Come on. Yates wins stage 10. The Irish rider reaches the line and the clock starts. He has got 3 minutes and 55 seconds to wait to find out if he is the yellow jersey. 10 seconds. [Applause] TV commentator. 5 4 3 2 1 We have it. Yep. Good job, man. Good job, buddy. Honestly, I’m I’m suffering so much from that last 40k. I think uh when I when I go to bed tonight, then they are really just uh sinking, you know. Yeah. With the yellow jersey on. Yeah. I’ll be sleeping in this, that’s for sure. [Music] It means everything in the world of cycling, especially the way we accomplished it. Um, I feel like, you know, the the team this year is exceptionally well organized. Everyone is pulling their weight. Everyone is doing their best. The riders executed on our race plan exactly like we wanted them to. What a job you did today. You did it. You did that. Congratulations. There’s around 100k to go that I just I said to I I said to Tom I said listen we’ve already won a stage. Let’s go all in on the jersey. Which again is a way riskier proposition. It’s amazing. I mean for when you know that you have the yellow jersey in the end uh makes you like go even harder and especially on these days in this road with the the public was yeah amazing day. Yeah. I mean, riding up the final climb, I heard he was in yellow. I was nearly crying. I had goosebumps the whole way up. It was They told me Andreas was in the car. I was like, I have no words. Like, I thought it was going to be the normal, you know, massive fight for the break cuz so many people are interested and then UAE kind of just keeping it a minute, minute and a half. And like really, I thought it was going to be a hard day to even play for the stage. And that’s kind of the mindset that I was going in and I think the everyone really but then UAE just did something they’ve never done before which is crazy and it was great for us because they just anyone who wanted to be in the break they was like fine you go and uh that meant that we had four guys in the break which you know just incredible you know and yeah it wasn’t working well but with that many guys even just a few people rolling through is uh yeah you really start to build up the time and then when it came to crunch time like we had three of the strongest riders in the break honestly and uh yeah Harry and Alex were just incredible today and I I really wouldn’t have been I really wouldn’t be in this jersey if it wasn’t for them there he is the man the myth of legend oh I can believe it like you basically out drag race UAE for you know 40k so that’s I can definitely believe Alex. Yeah. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] I get used to it. [Music] [Music] Oh, nice change. [Laughter] [Music] [Applause] Thanks everyone. Yellow’s my color. I’ve decided. [Applause] Let’s keep it to the ender. In all seriousness. So, thanks again. You know, couldn’t do it without everyone here. And uh yeah, amazing. Cheers. [Applause] [Music] Uh, it’s Not every day you wear a yellow jersey in the in the tour to France. And uh yeah, just incredible.

"yeah, just incredible…"
TL/DR: Ben did that
Let's go!
Amazing ride by the team and by Ben! Well deserved. Super excited for everyone!!! WOOHOO!!!
LADS !!!!
YYYYYEEEAAAHHHHH!!!!!
The winner of stage 1 gets the Yellow Jersey. After that it is a cumulative effort. Winning a stage is great. The Yellow Jersey at any time thereafter is quite the accomplishment. No matter how long you can keep it, enjoy it. To take it off the back of who you took it from is quite the accomplishment.
yep, you did it again, i mean ben, but also capturing this vibe in a video. thanks so much. happy with the team.
So awesome! Congrats!!
Beautiful. Similar in obvious ways to Dan Martin also in background but also in wonderfully aggressive style of racing. Bravo Ben and the team!

Congratulation EF and Healy
Proud to have worked for EF Education in Stockholm, and Mexico. Good job Philip Hult and the entire company. Impressive how you built yhis cykling endeavour with a relatively low budget. For those that don't know, EF was established in Sweden by Bertil Hult in the 1960'ies and has, since then, lead by his son Philip, turned into the biggest education company in the world
What a team, awesome work !
Seeing Harry's journey through his channel content around last tour and now this performance at the tour is epic. 🫡
I think it is 28 years since an Irish man wore the yellow jersey Steven Roche. So as an Irish man I am extremally proud of BEN wish you all the best of Irish, Erin go Bragh.
Man I got so happy watching this stage yesterday. GO BEN! GO EF! Greetings from Colombia!
The team, the spirit and the attitude are so inspirational! It's such a pleasure to follow this tour and your journey. Super well deserved! Keep having fun and crushing it!
Beautiful film – really captured the essence of the TDF – Bravo Ben & Team EF Pro
Serious question. Do all teams have yellow and other color jerseys, helmets, bikes, etc in stock just in case they place in Yellow?
So well deserved—for an amazing guy and an incredible team! Congrats 💪
Another "ENGLISHMAN" who was born and raised in England🇬🇧 that represents Ireland🇮🇪 the 1 Irish Grandparent rule is an utter joke when it comes to Irish sport eligibility. There's nothing Irish about him, both his parents were born and raised in England and he's never even lived in Ireland😂 Sorry England fans, Ireland seems to enjoy claiming anyone who's English. Just look at our garbage Men's Football team, half the team is English! Born and bred with 1 Irish granny or owns an Irish wolfhound! If it was the other way round they'd be calling bloody murder. Oh, I'm Irish by they way. Real Irish, even have the accent😂
Brilliant 😍
I was cheering at home. Congratulations.
Bravo EF!
What a day for EF. The entire organization should take a bow.
STELLAR!!!

I am proud of you Ben and your team, you did a fantastic job, this will for sure stays for ever 😉 Continue what you are doing all of you and I have to say, whoever did that video in less than 24 hours is the best lol 😉 of course, the best to all the staff… even the color is so cool 🙂 I wish I had money enough to buy one of the jersey 🙂
