The biggest surprise today was how cool Rouen is. I’m sure if we had done some more research ahead of time, we would have known that, but, you know, we didn’t. Thankfully, France Facts with Soso in this edition got us all caught up.
We have also officially launched the RACETV FAN CENTER located at https://racetv.fans! Submit your photos and videos for a chance to be included in a future episode of RaceTV. We’re looking for all sorts of stuff;
1. Your own “You’re watching RaceTV!” intro.
2. A question for your favorite rider.
3. Send a picture of where you watch RaceTV from.
4. Show us your oats! (Or any Oatly product!(

How are you? [Applause] [Music] being [Music] [Music] switch off power saving mode. And now we go on uh what is it then? Rampage. Sport mode. Yeah. Yeah. Right. We all on sport mode. So, one thing I want to clear away first of all is that we all need to be ready to race from the start. He who’s doing the final, he who’s doing the start, ready and switched on. Right. A good scenario for us would be that a good move would go with either Casper, Michael or uh Vincenzo in [Music] Casper ascreen bridge the gap to the initial three escapes. The quartet building up a two-minute gap. Just trying to use my energy as best as possible, be as efficient as I can. I think it was also a hard day in the bunch, you know, uh crosswinds the whole days. Ben, Neielson, Alex, and Harry, you race the fine. If a move clips off with a fatigued Pelaton and it’s been going and going and going, one of you three is going to be in. Right. That’s part one. a beautiful city by the water pass in Paris by the way and then is a famous city cuz it’s uh the capital of Normandy for like since 900 and then it’s a pretty famous city because for different reason First we call it lavo sloce in French which mean the city of a 100 church. So which is a lot of church in a small city [Music] and then it’s been famous as well for Jandark who she got killed and burned in city center. So it’s a pretty cool city by the river and everything. Part two, kilometer 98. Be in position. Final look to anticipate. We know we can’t take on those people on steep climbs on legs, but neither are we a priority for them. So, we look to anticipate in races where uh moments where the race takes a pause and get ahead. What we’ve got is numbers, right? We don’t have freaks, but we have numbers. So, we have to do it a different way. And that’s by taking initiative using the fact that we’ve got numbers, right? And to do that, we have to be a team as well. Because if we have to start earlier, somebody has to go and not wait for the other one to go. Right. So that’s from kilometer 28. 28 to go onwards. Keeps climbing after K. Another little kicker. Then left turn flat. And then downhill begins. 3.5 Ks to go. Come on, boys. You’re doing really good. Come on. Keep it going. Keep it going. Don’t be afraid to get going. I would say cuz once you do and you’re in the race that also helps us if you go early. Yeah. Chief will get eliminated really bring it back. But then with 12 gear to go if then someone goes on the top there be hard to bring back and that’s that’s a good plateau to get good amount of time. Ben needs a bike. We’re coming. We’re on the way. We’re on the way. [Music] Okay, Ben. Car here. Bike change fast. Harry Ne in good position. Looking good. Ben still slightly off the back. Harry Neielen, keep going. Ben, Alex is with you. Ben is in the car. It’s exciting. It’s exciting. 13K to go. They’re going over climb onek climb all together. What is going to happen? Who knows? It’s going to be 100 career wins. Tare Pagacha stage number four. How are you? [Applause] [Music] Casper had a pretty insane ride today to be with that few riders making it that far today. Um it took him a while to catch him, but uh yeah, we tried to rally the troops from behind because we knew it was going to be really stressful and difficult coming into this final. It’s going to be basically like a our den style finish like Amstel Gold almost how the roads are so small and sharp steep climbs. There was no chance for a result unless you were top five from that last second to last downhill. Visma like split itself autonomous. Yeah. I was like one by one. My body was like burning before we even hit the last one. I just did a full sprint that whole flat road to try to get back. Yeah. Crazy. Yeah, we were probably one of the best teams positioned for the whole last 100k of the race. It was really nice to be in front of all the chaos from behind. Um but uh yeah, it was going to be a race from uh yeah, the GC favorites today from behind unfortunately. explosive was a kind of a easy day at the start. Not not stressful would say. We are really in a grand tour now. The team’s singing setting up in a bunch and taking it easy. I would say the final year was full guys. Full gas up and down and was quite quite funny. Yeah. But uh really really hot. I think as a team we’re super strong and a lot of positives to take away, but uh still chasing that result, but it’s nice to see that the shape is is here. Michael, I have a fan question for you. Yes. Throughout the entire tour, how many pairs of socks do you go through? Um I used to say 21. That may be meaning a new fresh sucks every day, but I reckon five. Yeah, a five. Uh, we’re going to try and invite fans to ask questions. Is there anything that you think a fan should ask you about? Is there anything like you don’t feel like anyone asks you about an interview, but you’d like to talk tell the world? Uh, guess I’m not that interested really. Used to ride my BMX a lot. I’ve got a fake tooth because of it. Maybe something interesting. Race TV. fans, send your message or uh questions, whatever. We’ll answer them and hopefully get back to you with some cool answers. Send me some question. Maybe I able to answer it. Okay? I’m there for you and you’re there for me. Peace. [Music]

Loved seeing Kaspar bridge up to the break! Great ride!
Great coverage, thanks for getting these out so fast
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
"i'm there for you and you're there for me" is all i had to hear to 100000% solidify this as my fav team. these pros understand that they're entertainers with fans and in the end it's not that serious
KASPER ON 🔥🔥🔥🔥 ❤❤
Love your daily reports from the Tour! Keep it up!
I have been a cycling fan since the mid 90s (early 20s age) and I seriously worry about riders hearts now. Not the "spirit" but the physiological stress. Watts per kilo and beats/minute. Some bodies are OK with the numbers but some are not. On a bright note: EF's TdF team for the TdF is strong. Hope you get some stage wins. Also cheering for the EF gals at he Giro.
I enjoy these uploads and watching EF racing, Best wishes to the EF family, loved ones and fellow viewers ❤❤❤.
👊💯 to the team from Monterey Bay California. EF Pro Cycling-Race TV 👏👏👏 Totally look forward to these “sneak peek” videos.
I love hearing about all the food/meals,also what tricks they use to keep their sanity onthe climbs
Thanks for sharing! It always interesting to see some parts of the big puzzle. All the best to the team! 🙂
Hey guys you are all the best ! cheers

Can we get some names on screen when someone is talking to the camera?
Hoping Healy gets away in a break and makes it stick! Would love to see Powless grab a stage too!
EF, my FAV team!! Keep it up, Gents!! Keep the faith!! I know it's not the win we all want but nice result today, Alex 💪
Showtime!
The inner game of coaching.
What have they in the breakfast?
Please send me an EF jersey that Harry has worn.
Do you have bikes fitted for every rider on the roof of the car? Or just a couple of variations for short or tall riders?
Go team EF!
