Coming from a Canyon Grail I decided to try something new and switched to the new G Line. And I love it. I simply love how much more fun it is for me to ride it and how easy it is to pack just one big bag. The riding experience is also great thanks to the forward weight shift and the tight fit of the bag. I only would have liked one more gear on top for a bit more speed. Maybe something I’ll change in the future (if you have any ideas, let me know 🙂
I cycled the route in 2.5 days, covering just over 320 km, and can only recommend the Danube cycle path. For me, at any rate, it was a wonderful first ride with the G Line.
The transportation of the G Line in a total of 4 trains (Berlin-Krakow, Krakow-Vienna, Passau-Regensburg, Regensburg-Berlin) was a bit more complicated than I thought, but you learn with every ride and talking to people to find solutions always helped.
