Had my eye on this CAAD13 for a bit as a first investment bike. It is in my price range (~1,400USD) and has some decent upgrades/add-ons (shown in pic 3). But based on what I’ve read, the paint bubbling under the seatpost might be enough to make me reconsider. What do you think? Good price? Worth checking out or should I cross it off the list entirely?
