Was that a fish? Bloody hell. Oh, it is allig. Wow. Hi folks. How you doing? Got here. Okay. Uh fish or no more hen. More hen. That was There’s loads of fish in the margins down here. A little rud. Couple of nice ones. About 68 O anxious. An amuishers. Yeah, a couple of nice ones about six or eight ounces. But I’m not after that. I want to see if I can get a tench. I’ll take a mud pig. I’ll take a carp because you have a habit of catching them by default when you go tench fishing, especially if you’re in a place where there’s lots of them. Now, when I got here this morning, I wasn’t really early. It was about 10:00 or something. So, I’ve already missed the best part of the day for tent fishing. I know that the the wind was blowing into this corner. There’s a lot of weed and I thought that looks teny. Uh, it’s the wind’s since calmed down a bit and it’s gone a bit like a mill pond. Uh, and I’m now thinking, did I pick the right end of the pool? I don’t know. The other end of the pool’s in sun, but obviously the sun will move around. I don’t know. We’ll see how it goes. Maybe in a couple hours if I had no bites, I move somewhere else. I don’t know. But I’m not trying to build up a swim or anything. I’m just trying to look for areas under trees, gaps in the weed. Just putting a couple of casts in there with a feeder and some sweet corn and seeing if I can land on a fish. Really a lovely little place though. Really nice. Was that a fish again? Wow. Bloody hell. I Oh, it is. I wouldn’t mind having one of them on. That was a good size fish. That was hole in the shade. Slight left to stay on National Route 55, South Water Way, then turn right. Turn right. In 200 y, turn left. [Music] [Music] In a quarter of a mile, slightly left to stay on South Way. [Music] Slide left to stay on South Way. Once again, if your dog’s not got recall, don’t let it off the lead. Thank you. [Music] Turn left onto Stley Road. [Music] In 200 y, turn right onto Graange Avenue. [Music] You’re moving. Yeah. Don’t know. I’ve never fished them before. You see? So, half the time they’re under that uh concrete tree under there. Oh, okay. Have a look. Just have a look. Yeah. I might have a nose. Keep an eye on your stuff or whatever, my man. Oh, cheers, mate. I must be swimming myself. How are you? And there’s some good tension here as well. Well, that’s kind of what I was after, but I’m bit didn’t get up early enough. Ah, they’re about is what it is, mate. Take the lead. Yeah, you got have a point there. And you get you get your catch as well at the end of the day. So, but a lot of people fish with meat and worm down here and bread and cork. Yeah. fishes with them on here as well and catches a ver. I wonder why having to go fly fishing on here. Do you know what? You probably catch on it as well cuz the car jump up for the bloody flies and everything. Got a little perch. No video evidence is there, so it doesn’t exist. I thought I’d put some maggots on just to see. And a bunch of maggots on a size 10. Just got nailed by a tiny little perch, so I’m not going to bother with that again. But I’ve seen a tench. Just seen one cruise past. Haven’t caught one yet. M. Sadly, the GoPro battery has died. GoPo GoPro something like that. So, we’re back on phone now. [Music] [Applause] Proof I’ve got a fish. [Applause] They’re getting bigger. They’re getting bigger, but still not what I wanted. getting the uh elk safety gear on. It’s been a really nice day actually. Didn’t catch what I wanted to. No tench, but we had a couple of perch, which was nice. I should really come down here and fish it properly. I came way too over gunned, but it’s been nice. But I’m going to get home now cuz uh I need something to eat and something to drink. And uh I just had enough for the day. It’s getting warm. My back’s aching from sitting in the chair. Starting to get a bit of shoulder pain. And I’ve got a 25m minute cycle home. So I think it’s best to uh leave now before I get too stiff, too sore. Then I can have a nice hot bath and relax. But no, it’s been good. It’s been good. I’ve really enjoyed today. It’s been a really nice day. Um what a lovely little pool in Telford. What a lovely little pool. But um I want to get off cuz I’m really thirsty now. Catch you in a bit. [Music] Turn left to stay on South Delford Way. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Exit the roundabout on the Woodhouse Central way.
