I’ve been intrigued by the nice promo videos from The Grand Escape on Instagram for a while now, so this year I decided to sign up for their Austria/Germany tour — 550 km of self-supported riding along quiet backroads and bike paths, starting and finishing in Innsbruck.
But here’s what’s puzzling me: I’ve been trying to reach out to the organizers for weeks now — via email and WhatsApp — but haven’t received any response. On top of that, there’s no mention of the Austria/Germany tour on their website https://www.thegrandescape.cc anymore, which makes me wonder if the whole thing is even still happening?
Is anyone else signed up for the event in September? Have you had a different experience?
