the fing. The ultimate fuel test. Going to make what I call the Valhalla. A butterbasted triple 200 g burger with bacon. Chili cheddar. Carolina reaper puree. Normal chili. Cayenne black pepper salt some Warchester and some trinad scorpion. So in the burgers we will also have garlic, basic yellow onions, one piece of egg for consistency, some sweet potato on the side and this while the this is not for now it’s for later. So yeah, better get started and then we shall see how good this type of fuel is. sort of action had some action problems. Eat the burgers. Feel the sh And now, as you can see, we have a beautiful sauce of burger and and butter. Just have to be careful to not get the burger all over the place. We’re getting places. The butter is almost fully condensed into the burger now. It’s even so powerful that it’s making it take a little bit extra time. And now that’s the Valhalla pure fire. It’s time to eat. So, the burger is down about 3,000 to 4,000 calories. Should be pretty good fuel for tomorrow. But tomorrow is going to gonna be pretty crazy. Going to be a lot of fun, but going to suck pretty hard as well. So, yeah. Time for some time for some movies. Going to watch Man in the High Castle. Chill out. And then tomorrow morning early, maybe around 700 a.m. head out. See you then. So, it’s next morning. Still feeling full from my meal yesterday. But still need to get some breakfast in. Heading out in about 30 minutes. Going to be a wild ride. So yeah. See you out there. Heat. Heat. N. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. N. Heat. Hey, Heat. Heat. Heat. 2 hours in. 2 hours in and still feeling pretty strong. Definitely some some fatigue in the legs, but not too bad. won’t I don’t feel like I will have any issues keeping this up until I hit my goal and I need to see how much time I have left because again I need to do few things at home as well some chores some this some that definitely doing good time despite having to do some quick breaks with a GoPro and the recording Yeah, time to get back to it. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Almost done now with my 100k. I still have energy to go, but I definitely had a good workout. My legs are getting pretty pretty tired. Still okay, though. Still fine. Like I could keep going, I think, without any major issues. Just don’t have that much time today to keep going after after this. However, not next week or the week after the next I want to do my 200k and yeah we’ll see how how I go about it. I think I will go think I will do first a benchmark and then maybe I do an interval ride 200k. It gets harder and harder towards the end. The first two hours is pretty fine. Third hour start going slower and harder and harder to just get the power down. But yeah, definitely fun. Definitely hard. Good fun challenge. And yeah, word. Heat. Heat. N. So the ride went really well. Went 30 minutes faster than my benchmark and uh under 4 hours 100k. So now in one to two weeks I’m planning to do my first 200k and just do a basic benchmark and see how that how that turns out. But all in all it was pretty good. The weather was decent. It was a bit fluctuating and I thought also that we would have rain at at some point, but yeah, it went really well. Decent speed, lots of people outside, lots of cyclists. Yeah. Made me realize that there’s a lot of people in Germany that uh don’t use cycle helmets. And I don’t know why it’s mostly by the vast majority ebike ride like ebike cyclists for some reason and I don’t really understand why because yeah you only have one head. I don’t get it. But in any rate um the ride went well over expectation. I had a blast doing it. It was about as tough as I thought it would be. It was a bit harder, but I want a bigger challenge next time. So, the 200k will be it. At least the first one as a benchmark. I will try to keep in zone 2 only. Maybe then before this season is over this summer, I’m planning to do a 200k interval session somehow and try to build it up in a way that works. And uh yeah, I skipped over the burger eating because I didn’t think it would be too interesting watching me just eating a burger for about 1 hour. It was a big big big burger with lots of calories and yeah, it wasn’t very interesting, at least to me. But if you would like to watch it, see it sometime, you can just write it in the comment down below. See what I can do. And if you have any other suggestions as to what to make food wise for fuel, same thing. Let me know and I’ll see what I can do. As for how to rate the burger, so in terms of fueling and in carbs, I would definitely rate this burger a B rally car audio quattro out of 10 without doubt. There is no way no way that you don’t max out your prefueling with this with this meal. probably a bit overburned, even overkill. Uh yeah, there’s just so many carbs in pretty much both the sweet potato and and the burger bread itself, whatever you put, whatever you have in there as well. But especially with the burger breads and the sweet potatoes, not you can’t really go wrong with it. As for the protein and recovery rating, I would pretty much give it an Arnold out of 10, not much else to say there because it’s a protein on wheels. You’re going to recover good, especially for into into the next day. And you might even be recovering during the ride the next day because it’s so much protein and your body is probably still process processing it. That’s how it felt to me. So, pretty good. Now, in terms of fat, there’s only one rating that I can actually give it, and it’s pretty much an America out of 10. It’s a lot of a lot of fat, a little bit of butter, but yeah, it is what it is. It had to be done. I think it was a pretty well good balance of everything. And uh yeah, finally we come into the calorie efficiency and I would pretty much give it a Ving Express out of 10. So yeah, Swedish flag to that pretty much will be ready to rock the day after whatever you’re going to do. So yeah, and with that said, yeah, that’s pretty much all all there is to it. Had a blast doing it and hope you enjoyed. And if you did, subscribe, subscribe, subscribe, and we’ll do some more crazy stuff here. You want me to do eat something else, try some cycling challenge, or make a new cycling challenge? Let me know. We’ll see what we can do. Be man out.
