Can I run mullet wheelset with 29er rear dropout on the chameleon?

I picked up this mullet wheelset today but don’t have the 27.5 rear dropout for the chameleon yet. Would it be fine to run as is until I get the 27.5 dropout? The HTA goes from 64 to 62 degrees and the BB goes from 315mm to 305mm.
