Hard to beat this price?

At $679.93, it seems hard to beat.

Are there any other bikes in this category that I should be considering at a comparable price? Everything else I can find that would complete is $900+.

This would be my first real bicycle purchase and this will be used primarily for cruising around the neighborhood, running errands, and hopefully working up to 10-15 mile rides on paved bike paths.
