I retired a few months ago and have developed a bit of a Facebook Marketplace problem. I've been consistently browsing for various stuff that l want and have gotten some great deals. Even though I really don't need anything else I keep looking just to see what pops up. Well, Friday I noticed a very nice looking Bianchi Touring bike in a small size. Long story short, we came home with a nearly NOS Nuovo Touring from 81. I'm guessing that this is about when Bianchi was transitioning to Japan because the frame was made in Italy, but it has 600 Arabesque parts. Aside from a couple of chips and scratches it is pretty perfect.
The seller also insisted that I take a crate of LPs and a turntable for 20 bucks. I won't say what we paid for the bike, but it was under the original ticket price.
