So today I’m going to record my way to work. Tell me if you like it. Now I’m going to pick up a scooter, a mini scooter, electrical one. So here is the main street where I live that direction toward the highway. Now I’m getting to I’m going to get this bolt which is right here. Right here. And then we go. Let’s see. Go. Ride started. Please avoid crowded places and keep yourself safe. Let’s see. I think I’ll made the wrong 15 minutes 20 something. Let’s see. There is not much I think I can say while driving. Uh I have some headset because it’s cold. It’s 11° and uh yeah, I don’t have much on me. I think I won’t freeze before I get there. When you are on this stuff, it get much colder. Actually, it feels much lower, but it’s okay. It’s nice. Let me double check if I’m recording because it will be a bummer. Yeah, looks like it is. This is the highway if you see it here. It’s a quite nice road or part of it. So, it’s nice having this back bike pads bike. [Music] Oh, sun is strong today. Actually, it’s almost only bike lanes or yeah, good conditions until close to work and then I have to use the walkway for for people for pedestrians. Oh, this sun is really strong. I might have to need to put my sunglasses on. Yeah, let’s see. I’m already crying. Cold and sun in my eyes, in my face means crying. But I will not complain about sun. So I will not do dancing here in Orange. Okay. Now we’re getting close. This is a very nice place. This we’re very close to the place where Volerena plays the home games, the football games here. See there? You see it there? Right there. There is a stadium. And this is also very close to my company’s main office for now. They are moving already to a new or we are moving already to a new office. This one right here. this glass building which you can see here. You see it? The big one, the tall one. We have few floors here. And we are moving a bit uh further away, not further, not too long, like it’s 1 kilometer or something like that to the next crossing in a new building where uh we build it. So, pretty exciting. Um a big upgrade I would say. But yeah, like I was saying, this is a very nice area. Office area and the stadium. You see it? You see the stadium, the corner of the stadium there? Right there it is. Something cool about this is that this club volai, it’s founded in the same day that I I have been uh born 29th of July. So it’s pretty cool just that they have been founded in 20 in 1913 and I’m just uh I was born in 84 to be to celebrate my birthday at the same time with their celebration. Um and uh that they are like the stadium is a walking distance from my house and we’ve been to some games with my son. He’s been playing some football there. So yeah, pretty cool. It’s a good neighborhood. A very very nice area. We love it here. Love this place where we live been living for more than one year. We lived here also before when my son was young. So now we are getting kind of halfway to work. [Music] So, let’s see. You see, it’s not only me on the streets at this time. By the way, it’s 5:30 a.m. in Oslo, Norway right now. That’s why it’s so cold and quiet, but uh it’s summer time. That’s why it’s so much light at this time because it’s no really night right now. So yeah, 5:30 because I start working from 6:00 to 2. This is my working schedule. Okay, now I get again the sun straight up in my face. I think I’m going to stop and uh put my glasses. I’m crying too much. Trying too much. So So let’s do that. Let’s do this. We’re almost done. There we go. Okay, ready to continue. It’s a pretty nice uh way to work here, but I don’t do this. I take the bus. I use 22 minutes from door to door. with this with the scooter I would need uh 15 or 17 I think or maybe 20 like from dot to dot so yeah it’s 15 only on the bike but uh yeah it’s a it’s a great uh area but uh it’s a great way or road to work but still it’s uh it’s much easier to just sit in the bus especially when it’s raining and stuff like that so don’t have to think about anything. But it’s cool to take also a stroll like this, a quick one. I I did it twice so far with this with the scooter. So, I wanted I always wanted to record it and uh share it with you guys. I love to hear from you if you like it or not if it’s uh nicer than or nice as nice as the place where you are living in. Now we are getting into a place where this is like a bus station. A lot of buses are parked here. One of them, one of these stations. And it’s also more industrial. There are more like car selling companies. Uh I don’t know like deposit stuff like this is not super industrial. You see here Ford. Um but yeah like it’s um not so yeah it’s an area that has to be as well because you need these places to be somewhere and it’s it’s a bit outside the city center 10 15 minutes drive again more buses if if you can see it here as well few of them it’s not the only place but yeah they are also charging because most of them are electrical buses. So, they are charging. Here is a furniture store, a big one. And we’re getting closer and closer to my office, which is not an office. Well, it is an office, but it’s on site, right? It’s exactly where the site is where we build this project. So, uh, we have barracks and everything and they’re quite good standard. So, I can’t but I won’t complain about decent. [Applause] Let’s see. You see the highway there on both ways. Now we’re getting close to this bus stop. Slow down. [Music] [Applause] Just drive right under this bridge. Let’s see if we can take the bus. No, no chance. Much quicker. You see, that’s exactly the bus that I use 100 every day. Been doing this for uh 1 year and 2 months now. Very short way to work. I’m very grateful for that. I just have to be on the bus right under 10 minutes. So, that’s nothing. or something like that like 10 12 minutes something like that 10 lit some storage stuff I think I might have to the map in this video so you can see where I’m driving let’s see we’re getting very Close. There is a gas station with some cars. There is a car retailer here and Mini LMG and BMW BMW. And there right in front of us. This is a big uh retail store. has a lot of things including uh construction materials but yeah it’s not like for yeah it’s mostly for for people for not for there are companies who use it which are using it as well mostly for normal people that’s small companies now I’m uh going right over the highway So yeah, getting really close now. Here is a McDonald’s. This is the bus stop. Very close. And here I’m going I’m getting close to um I would not call it a mall because it’s not really a mall, but it it’s a shopping center. Yeah, let’s call it a shopping center because it has more stores here. There are more like uh also construction material stores like MaxBo and Bilma like for house class also. It’s called Alma Center El Shop Electrical stuff. Yeah, it’s it’s quite big but is not like that kind of huge mall or shopping center cuz Yeah, it’s not it doesn’t feel like it’s a mall. It’s not like a it’s it’s also comprised by few buildings that are outside. So it’s pretty you have to get outside from one building to get to the others. So it’s a bit different than the normal mall where you go into a box and you’re there for to do everything you need. But yeah, it’s closed. This is Yeah. Uh H TH uh kitchen mini onto sport mini it’s a one of the largest uh yeah groceries chains in Norway the most kind of yeah one of the most expensive as well they also have more quality better quality products they say at least See? And now I’m going to I don’t like to run to walk on this uh street here. It’s very heavy traffic, a lot of uh trucks, stuff like that. But not at this time of the day. As you can see here is a charging station for the trucks and a bit behind me it’s uh if you see there this is where is my site right there and there is like there those are the segments and you see there like under those blocks we start our tunnel. So yeah, that’s how it looks. And on this uh barracks right here is my office where I’m sitting all day for the last two and uh 2 years and 7 months. We got where I needed to get here. It was a building which was demolished. And yeah, you see here is the site and this is the bike. And now I have to stop. I hope you enjoy this ride.
